We have been coming to Chick Fil A since the day they opened and have always been pleased with the food and service. You can tell that one of the major goals in this restaurant chain is speed and efficiency,and they are very good at it. I have to say that the last 3 times I have visited, I have been pretty unhappy with what I received. The size of the nuggets and sandwich has been scaled down drastically, yet prices remain in my humble opinion, absolutely ridiculous. The nuggets are the size of pennies, not just the odd 1 or 2, but the majority. Just like everything since Covid, quality has went down while prices increase. The most polite restaurant that I have ever visited. The staff was overly attentive to your needs and glad to do it. The food was good. hot and reasonably priced. You may have to wait a few minutes to get waited on either inside the restaurant or in line in your vehicle. They have it well organized though in order to eliminate long waiting times. The place is neat and clean and well staffed. You won't be disappointed. read more

Chick-fil-A certainly has a cult following, and they make a tasty chicken sandwich. But no friend chicken sando is worth the madness their drive through presents. They are as efficient as they can be, but it's just too much of a madhouse for me. The good news is, your food will always be hot. I'm not big on waffle fries, and my biggest complaint is that they are either under or overcooked resulting in mushy or rock hard potatoes. But for a chicken sandwich or nuggets, they are certainly hard to beat - but I'd recommend ordering from DoorDash. read more

It pains me to leave a bad review but it has been earned. The person who took my order interrupted me as I listed the items we wanted. As a result, she missed entering the chicken strips we wanted and they were not in the bag when we got home. But we did get three Buffalo style dip packs! We have enjoyed Chick-fil-a many times over the years. It's a reliable "go to". Not tonight. Our food was cold. One of my bites was undercooked. My wife ordered a sandwich without pickle. The chicken breast was served alone in a plastic container. The wheat bun was served alone in a plastic wrapper. Nothing comes across as "fresh" when in plastic wrap. Nothing speaks more of convenience when you have to build your own sandwich. This location recently opened after extensive renovations. The renovations are underwhelming. The place looks cheap. They removed booths and replaced them with uncomfortable chairs/tables. This location is usually slammed. Not tonight. Many unfriendly teenage employees standing around, blocking the relocated condiment/utensil area chatting, laughing and checking their devices. No one came around to check on us or anything. Nothing special this evening. Not a good experience. Doubtful that we'll go back any time soon. read more

This was my first time going through the drive thru, it was crazy busy! And I thought it would take forever but it was surprisingly quick! I'm not sure if this was their normal operation or if it was because of covid, but they had employees outside taking orders with tablets and then another employee taking payments.the process was quite smooth. The only thing going for this CFA FSU is the location...right off I-79 and the turnpike in Cranberry is good, but trying to negotiate the silly roundabout and the crazy parking lot is annoying. Generally they're very nice, but something about PA CFAs, if you ask them at the drive thru for condiments they bark at you to ask for those at the window. Most CFAs around the country don't do that. Even at the original Dwarf House CFA in Atlanta, if you ask for sauce at the drive thru microphone, it's waiting in your bag at the pickup window. I love this place. There is no chicken strips, chicken sandwich, or chicken anything in the fast food world that can compete. I can't complain about having a line because it really just means this place is that great. The best thing at this location is the excellent customer service. They bring you your food if they have to, someone will come up to refill your drink if you want, they bring you some mints, and basically make sure you are taken care of. Even if, lets say, you never needed any of the help, it is truly and highly appreciated just knowing they are reassuring you that it's ok to ask if you do need something. I hope chick-fil-A as a company/chain do not lose that southern hospitality as it really sets them apart. I say this because in my experience of traveling to any of the southern states, everyone is truly polite. Also, when the drive thru is busy, they will have workers standing outside even in the heat of the summer to take your order and speed up the process. I love Chick Fil A. And for whatever reason I always want it most on Sunday(SO disappointing!!) Needless to say, i get my Chick Fil A fix at least once a week, either for breakfast or lunch. Surprisingly their breakfasts are just as good as their lunches! My go to is a chicken biscuit - seriously delicious biscuit made better but their yummy chicken. Their mini hashbrowns are also my favorite breakfast potatoes! I am a lover of anything spicy, so for lunch I typically get their signature chicken sandwich spicey. I don't know what they do it do, but it is seriously so good and just spicy enough! And who doesnt love their fries with Chick Fil A sauce?!
