I played a two hour tennis match today and a Fletcher Corny Dog was to be my celebratory meal. I drove 20 minutes to this location. I waited another 1/2 hour in line! No "fast food" should ever take this long. One car ahead and two behind left. I'm the sucker that stayed, with only two cars ahead. Still it took a frickin' insane amount of time. I ordered the corn dog meal. The corn dog was burnt and bitter. The hot dog was also flavorless probably because it was overwhelmed by the burnt coating. The hot dog should be smoky and salty and the coating should be slightly sweet. The coating was also too thick. I drank my Dr. Pepper and had a few soggy fries. This meal cost over $8.50 and it went into the trash. Not only will I not visit here again, I am unmotivated to go to a Fletcher pop up if this is what they will be serving. Sorry but in this case two more wrongs don't make a right. Wanted something relatively quick and an easy place to get to with 380 traffic. This time they made my Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with a chicken thigh seasoned for the task. Although the flavor was good, this was not the juicy chicken breast I was looking for, and biting into bones was rather frustrating. However, this visit the catfish was simply wonderful, thick and perfectly cooked. The real disappointment was when I went to the counter to pickup a cone for the ice cream machine. It was like the staff was seeing a ghost: no one would make eye contact, employees just get walking left and right Infront of me, and the staff had clearly been put on-edge with me just standing there waiting. When finally an employee came from the back to speak to me, I was told the ice cream machine was broken. No sign was on display, and I could have sworn I saw ice cream accumulated at the nozzle. I don't know hot long this machine has been out of service or when it will be repaired. Inside seating at this location has a column of tables along the windows that are not at all centered under the lights. One of the TV screens was just showing an error. Some other game-type item in the corner near the entrance has a sign indicating it was out of order. No clue for how long, but I believe it may be out of service since my last visit months ago. Two trips and two orders that had serious mistakes. No real indication of any concern or pride by the staff or management in their service. I think we are done with location and will have to find an alternative. read more

Two terrible experiences and I'm done. The first, I'm sitting in the drive thru in front of the menu, 1 person ahead of me at the window. For at least ten minutes no one says anything on the menu speaker. No one comes up to our car. When I get to the window the person working is surprised that I haven't ordered yet. I tell the cashier I had an online order and I've been waiting outside for 15 minutes. No words. He just turns around and grabs the order, which was sitting in a heater where they keep food warm. He makes a drink, which we didn't order. Hands me the bag of food. Again no words. We ordered jalapeños and there was a bag of them on a table behind him. So when I get the bag I look thru it and ask, are the jalapeños in here? What does he say? Again, he says nothing. He just *shrugs*. This is the guy they chose to be up front talking to people. Feeding a crowd of 6 on short notice is not easy. This store staff was very accommodating and "The Mixer" was just right to satisfy various tastes. Hard to believe, but some people have phobia about bones and will only eat tenders. So I needed something fast and spotted this fast food restaurant. The mixer came with 8 pieces of grilled, plenty of spicy and regular tenders, and three sides. I chose green beans, M&C, and mashed potatoes. It came with a pint of gravy which we really didn't need that much of. The choices of mixed chicken was helpful in accomplishing what I needed. The staff was also glad to supply cups, plates, cutlery without any attitude. Also gave us plenty of honey mustard and Ranch dipping sides. I forgot her name, but she double checked the bags to ensure everything was correctly included. Everyone loved the chicken and especially green beans. The only complaint was the small sides for 6.
