How does Chick-fil-A do it? They train their staff to be so polite. Most of the staff is young yet they handle themselves well, I work in retail and it's a constant battle trying to hire trainable help. I asked for a slightly odd modification to my order and the girl was so nice and said she would check to make sure they could do that. The tone of her voice was kind and friendly. It's lunchtime I'm hungry where do I go - Chick-fil-A. Why Chick-fil-A? because the chicken is always awesome the Frys are always hot and nobody else has Chick-fil-A sauce. It also seems that Chick-fil-A have reinvented the drive-through window with adequate staff to keep cars moving quickly without wasting their time for orders to be created one at a time. While serving the menu board I saw their new Picchi shake sound like something I should try I did it taste great although the peach chunks are a little too for a straw. Yes I know it's just another chickfila, but this one just opened up today. We needed a chickfila up this way so bad. It's 5 minutes from my house in Cross Roads. TX on hwy 380. I had breakfast and coffee here this morning. Everyone seemed real nice and happy to be there. I got my order quickly. Everything is brand new, shiny, and clean. I really like their coffee. This gives me another option besides starbucks across the street. I think the plain coffee is just as good. I know my son is happy. We both really like the food at chickfila. Every time we have eaten here the food has been delicious! It's 100% consistent. I recommend this place 10/10. One of the times we went, they ran our card a few times and there was something wrong with the chip and they couldn't run it manually. They handed us our food and told us to have a great night. The waffle fries are Lyfe! The chicken nuggs are THE BEST. And their sweet tea and lemonade are AWESOME. Plus your kid can trade in their meal toy for free ICE CREAM! However their stance on marriage equality and homosexuality in general makes it hard for me to patronize this business. I love them but they hate me. How do I work this??? Well either way - you make your own choice. If you can reconcile the social issues it's worth it! It's not fancy but it's good. And they do a lot of fundraisers for the kids. A lot of my gay friends say "they said they were sorry" and eat there anyway. My wife seems to think they fund questionable groups. Even though I would prefer more salt on the fries and occasionally they get my name wrong I know the former is for my own good and the latter I should probably change so it's not so confusing for the attendant. I had the Mondayest Tuesday ever.... I had literally cried my whole way home from a doctors appt I had this particular evening. Almost forgot my kiddos choir meeting, was 15 min late to pick up my youngest from after school care and decided I wasn't cooking dinner tonight. I haven't been doing great health wise and I was tired. Went to chick fil a to grab dinner and when we arrived, realized we had forgot our wallet. We had to pull out of the drive thru after ordering to set up Apple pay. Got it done and paid for our food and headed home. Upon arriving home we realized they had forgotten not one order, but ALL orders of our fries. Bummer. No big deal, I'll call them, let them know and they said they'd credit our Apple pay. Woohoo! More Chick Fil A for another day. A few minutes later they called back and said they would happily deliver our fries to our house and not only that, they'd bring some cookies. I'll preface this by stating that it was lunch time when I went to this location. And also, I was there with someone and did not really want to go here. After waiting about 10 minutes in line, I waited another 15 for my food. I ordered a Chick Fil A deluxe simply because I wanted cheese on my chicken sandwich. So after the 15 minute wait, I received my food. The sandwich I received was a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with no cheese or toppings. So I looked at my receipt and it did state "Spicy Chicken Deluxe with pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce." So not only was my order wrong, it was entered wrong, AND the wrong order came out wrong. So I let the lady know who was in charge of disbursing meals that the order was wrong and I wanted a Chick Fil A Deluxe. She was very nice about it and then came back with a spicy chicken deluxe o_O Well, at least it had the cheese and toppings this time. I was too hungry to order it again... Overall, customer service was great. Wait time was horrible. Accuracy was horrible. This is only my third time at any Chick Fil A and won't be back here or any other one. read more

I love chick fil A. It's my fast food restaurant of choice. I recently started going there in the morning for coffee and breakfast. I wish you would start adding the cream and sugar in the coffee when I go through the drive through. Multiple times I ordered and was given the wrong amounts and no stir sticks. This is our favorite place to eat! The food is always excellent. It's the one place that is consistently good. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very involved with the community and have lots of events for kids and families. If that's not enough, they'll give you all the sauce you want and they even stock delicious buttermints in the condiment bar. This is how every restaurant should do it! The food came out very fresh, but the two things that I will comment on are the wait and the service. The wait here versus the weight on Eldorado Parkway are very different, even though they get the same number of customers. On El Dorado, the line will be wrapped around the entire building, yet you still manage to get your food within five minutes, hot and fresh. However, here you will wait a good 10 minutes before you make it to the window. I'm a very patient person, so this does not bother me at all. But regarding the service, two other occasions, I have had excellent service from the very nice staff, including the manager Jordan. However, today, I had the misfortune of being served by a very rude server, who wasn't too happy about me using my Chick-fil-A one app for A free fried. Though other occasions have been decent, the experience I had with a very rude and loud girl at the window, it's almost enough to prevent me from going here.
