Food is like every other chick fill a, BUT SERVICE is literally the worse service I've ever gotten at a chick fill a before... they tend to say no a lot request compared to all the other ones I've ever been too. And it has happen more than one time. I have not had very many bad experiences with the franchise, but there are sometimes when I wish I had chosen a different restaurant to eat at. Nevertheless, it keeps most of its customers satisfied. It is a viable choice for dining due to its speed, quality, service, its family friendly environment, and flexibility with the menu items. When it comes to Chick-Fil-A, I have never had a problem with my order not coming out on time or with it being delayed due to a backup with orders. The minute I place my order, it takes a maximum of five minutes to bring my order out. Usually, the restaurants I have been to have enough employees to where it does not put them at a drop back when the lines begin to stack up. Although I never really order much from Chick Fil A due to me not having much of an appetite, whenever my family orders dinner, they still do not seem to struggle getting out the orders for my family of six. The food quality is not always the best here, but it has not been the worst. Most of the time, the chicken is usually fresh, and the fries are normally crispy. Other times, however, the food has been subpar, with the soups sometimes being a little too salty, or the chicken being lukewarm. Although this might be the case, it all depends on the location you stop by. Regardless, the taste of the food is usually kept the same due to the preparation that takes place before being served. Each time I have been to this Chick-Fil-A, the employees are always exceedingly kind and helpful, comparable to that of workers from Disney Land. I usually encounter good employees, but other customers may digress based off the day. The overall environment at this location is usually family friendly, with the atmosphere usually bringing in good vibes. I have never felt uncomfortable or out of place at the restaurant, and I have never seen angry in person customers. There is also an area where children can play around while they wait for their food, so they do not grow impatient because we all know how children get when they become restlessly hungry with nothing to do. The warming environment tends to put customers at ease, which gives all the more reason as to why a pleasant atmosphere is key to having a good restaurant. The menu has a plethora of options to choose from. The entrees are usually rated equally the same in taste, with the cobb salad being my personal favorite. They also bring in seasonal items so that way you do not get tired of ordering the same thing every time you are there. The menu items tend to come with a side of your choosing, along with you being able to adjust your entrees if there is something you do not like or are allergic to. All in all, Chick-Fil-A is a fast-food chain that has proven to keep their customers satisfied for years, not only through their excellent employees, but decent food quality as well. This is a very nice Chick-fil-A. We rarely eat fast food, but like that they do have many healthier options for the kids and adults. The bathrooms here are clean and the place is well maintained. Parking can sometimes be a nightmare, as it seems a bunch of the locals come here after high school football games. As a bonus: This location has a indoor playground for toddlers in the front. Came after picking up a Ukrainian refugee from the airport as she was hungry after a long day of travel. Her first restaurant experience in the U.S. HAD to be Chick-fil-a and they did not disappoint. Taylor (ops manager) noticed the broken English and we told her about our new friend we were sponsoring as a refugee and she was thrilled to help us by offering her first meal for free. We go to the Dacula Chick-fil-A all the time! If it was a public company I'd definitely have stock. My son probably sweats Chick-fil-A. I sometimes wish we didn't pass by it so often because the meal prices have gotten expensive. It's hard to say no to the thought of delicious chicken, much less say no to my son, but sometimes it's a must so we don't break the bank. Well, today I decided to give them another chance due to its proximity of an appointment that I had. I pull into a spot for curbside and pull up the app only to find out that service is drive-thru only. So I place my mobile order and wait almost 10-minutes in the line. When I received my food, I did not have all that was ordered. I had to ask for the items. The wrap did not have any chicken... they took my whole $9 and kept the chicken }:-(. I called and would you believe they offered me a coupon for a salad... Have you heard of the Chick-fil-A "FIRST 100"??? Neither had I until the opening of this brand new Dacula location. Today is the official first day of business and there have been people camped out here since yesterday. A field of tents cover the parking lot along with people playing card games, bean bag toss and nearly any outdoor game you could thing of. I mean these folks were dedicated to being part of the opening. Why you ask? Because the first 100 customers on opening day receive 1 free meal each week for an entire year (52 meals total)!!! Not to mention Chick-fil-A feeds them throughout the day and offers a free coffee station. Although I'm much less enthusiastic than these folks, if you are a business opening your doors in Dacula... you can count on me to be there!!! It was not a madhouse like I expected and I took full advantage of the opportunity to say I've been a customer since day one. They did an amazing job keeping the lines moving both inside and in the drive-thru. You would have never guessed it was the first few hours of the first day of business. The Owner/Operator was there, along with the founder of Chick-fil-A (Truett Cathy)'s grandson. I watched as one employee helped a mom struggling with two small kids get seated while another took her order from their table. Another employee brought her a high chair and her change while yet another brought her food directly to the table. I don't know If I have EVER seen that in ANY FAST FOOD restaurant before! They walked elderly couples to their table while carrying their tray, refilled drinks and even passed out souvenir mugs that said 'Grand Opening Celebration'. Chick-fil-A, seriously, you are all that and a bag of chips dipped in your awesome Polynesian sauce!!! There is a closer location but I go out of the way and come to this one. Why?!? Traffic flows smoothly, service is excellent, food is fresh and hot and the cleanliness is high standard. I've only had one issue out of this location. I ordered an ice cream in a cup and they prepared it in a cone. When I brought it up, the cashier asked if I wanted them to just flip it over into a regular cup. Ummm ... No! Lol. I want the ice cream in a cup with a top. However, it wasn't a big enough deal for me to discontinue visiting. I laughed about it afterward. Hats off to the owner/operator of this location. It seems to be run and organized well. I tend to always go to the drive thru because I'm normally trying to rest in between going back to work. The flow most days is seamless. However, I definitely want to try to mobile ordering. First bad experience was receiving extra burnt chicken nuggets that tasted so oily and very stale/hard to bite. Following bad experience was picking up an online order I put in.
