As a LOVER of Taco Bell, I have never had worse service in my life. It was not the girl taking the order that made a mistake; it was the female manager, whom I can't believe anyone would employ. Bad customer service I ordered online and came when the order was done but they kept saying it wasn't but it was in the back when I said that's my order the person in drive through though my order on the counter with attitude and cussed at me u said I ain't playing with the disrespect she called her mom to come fight me. I received extremely poor service at this Taco Bell on Dacula Rd. The staff was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. One of the employees refused to come to the register to take my order, and instead stood with other staff laughing and making fun of me because of a coupon I had. During our 20 minute wait for food, we witnessed just about every order had issues and grumbling customers. We finally got our order and it was incomplete. There is bad....... And there is this place..... I tried eating here a few weeks ago by going through the drive thru and there was two cars ahead of me. The first car sat there for about 10 minutes, blew the horn several times, but there order was never taken. After they left, the next car in line had the same experience. Next was my turn and my order was never taken. Tonight I learned why...... Tonight we went inside to order. No one was in the restaurant but we still waited about five minutes before our order was taken. Several employees were sitting at a table on their cell phones during this time. It took another 10 minutes for our food to be prepared even though we were the only ones in the dining room, but, several cars did go through the drive through. Food once arrived was sloppily prepared, very little meat, my wife had a Mexican pizza and literally one half had no meat on it at all. Lettuce tasted old and soured. When we left, all employees were sitting at a table on the restaurant and there was no one working in the kitchen, drive through or counter. There wasn't anyone back there. At one point, a person who we assumed was the manager walked in while all employees were sitting in the dining room, walked back to the office, and didn't seem bothered that literally no employees were working. All this occurred at 6:30 pm. First and last experience eating at this restaurant. I strongly suggested passing by this pathetic franchise and drive a few miles over to the Auburn Road location. Do Dacula a favor and shutter this place. The minimum one rating is highly over rating this location. read more

Very positive experience at this Taco Bell despite the wait on the food. They seemed to be short staffed and our food took about 15 minutes. However the young lady who attended us was very sweet & provided us with three coupons because we had a long wait. She did not have to do this and it was completely unexpected. What the heck Taco Bell!?! I have been sitting in the drive thru for an HOUR and 14 MINUTES with a two year old in the back seat. Unfortunately, the way their drive thru is set up, once you get in, you can't get out due to the curb, bushes and trees. Why is it taking so long?!? Who is running this place? You really need to do better. And I don't want to hear the "short staffed" excuse. If you are this short staffed, you just need to close it down. *update!* after 1 hour and 34 minutes I ended up with the wrong food. They told me if I went back around, they would remake my order. Placed a mobile order in the app for drive through. Pulled into the drive through and waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes with no response. There were 3 vehicles in front of me at that time that had already ordered. The vehicles behind me backed up and left so I was able to back out and go inside. I waited in line at the counter, then told them I was at the speaker outside for 10 minutes before giving up on the drive through and there was no response or apology, other than that they would need to check me in and our order would be ready soon. 30 minutes later, our food was finally ready. Checked the bag, and an item was missing. They made it and gave us several other items for free that had made in error. I appreciate the free food, but it should never take an hour to get takeout Taco Bell. The frozen drink we got was not frozen, and we had to ask for clean cups since the ones we were given for had something splashed on them. Also had to ask for lids as the dispensers by the fountain drink machine were empty. We try this Taco Bell once every few months hoping it will get better, but I won't go back after today. read more

I've really given up on expecting good food and service from these American fast food franchises. The food here was definitely subpar, not much flavor, while also forgetting items inside of your order. Y'all remember back in the 80's when EVERY fast food chain was good?? You couldn't miss back then. Any fast food restaurant you went to back then the food was awesome! From burgers, to chicken, to Taco Bell back then. All hope is lost now. The WORST TacoBell & KFC anywhere. Even before the pandemic. Their customer service is terrible, 20+ minutes in drive through for basic orders. Dining room is closed 90% of the time and when it is open it is filthy. When they get items wrong they give customers a hard time about getting the items they did order. Today was not good, but to be honest, it never is at this location. I believe in supporting my community, and for a very long time I have been overlooking the fiasco that occurs EVERY FRIGGIN' TIME I step foot in this KFC. Something has to change. Here is how today's visit went: Date: 8/25/2012 (Saturday) - Time: 1:15pm Originally I was in the drive thru line, but after several minutes with no cars moving, I glanced inside and noticed it was practically empty. So, I park my car, but had to wait about 5 minutes for THREE employees to handle ONE customers order. They were huddled up about 4 feet away from the customer, but for some reason, the manager on duty would only address the employee who in turn addressed the customer. This relay of information went on long enough for a line to build behind me similar to the line in the drive thru. After the huddle was over... "May I take your order" me - Yes, I'd like a two piece original. Breast and wing. "ok, white meat or dark?" me - Ummm, a breast and a wing... white meat "ok what side" me -mashed potatoes please "Original or crispy" me - Original *PAUSE* "Oh, we don't have any original chicken" me - By don't have, do you mean you're completely out for the day or out for the moment? "Oh, they just dropped it" me - How long is the wait? "Let me check. You wanted white meat or dark meat?" me - White *a minute or so passes and when she returns* "We have one breast , but no wings" me - Ok... but you said you were going to check to see how long before the original that's cooking is ready. "Oh, one moment. White meat right?" O_o *blank stare**Nodding my head yes* walks away and soon comes back... "It's going to be about 13 minutes" me - I'll wait "you're going to wait?" me - Yes (my patience is beginning to run thin) In the mean time, one customer discovers several of the fountain drinks are out. Another customer is convinced by the manager to take a mixture of original and crispy to achieve her order and yet another customer is complaining about her Taco Bell order being wrong. She rejected the offer for free food and respectfully asked the manager to "get her orders right INSTEAD of always substituting food as compensation for bad service." She's been here before too! So, I post a tip while waiting: "This is the worst KFC on the planet! NOTHING is EVER right here! EVER!" --- That's an excellent tip by the way! Meantime I'm offered a complimentary drink while I wait. Several times during my wait I was offered someone else's order because they can't seem to remember who placed what order here. They even asked a lady and her children (who'd just finished their meal and were leaving) if they'd ordered the food currently in their hand. Sad. Just sad! After about 10 minutes I started getting "almost ready" updates from other employees, which totaled about 9 from what I counted. Once the original was ready to be pulled out of the frier, the cashier called me over and said "I can ring you up now." I stepped into her line with my wallet out waiting to give her the money for my total that I assumed she was about to ring up. She gave me a blank stare, so I asked, how much is it? "What did you want to order?" she responded. After my less than flattering death stare, she miraculously figured it out and my nightmare was almost over, except for when she tried to charge me for the drink she offered while I was waiting. Kitchen guy brought out my order and told me it was hot so don't burn my fingers. He also mentioned he'd thrown in an apple pie (which I wasn't aware they sold). Minutes later I was home, food still piping hot and the one good note to it all was EVERYTHING was hot, not just the chicken. Thankfully they didn't give me hot chicken with an old biscuit and potatoes. It ended well, but that's the kind of stories you can regularly expect here. I've got about 9 more just like it! Truly abhorrent. We waited for 30 literal minutes in the drive through with no way out. People HONKING toward the end. THEN no apology at the window. The taco bell half of the order was fine the KFC side was dry and had clearly been sitting out for a while, not to mention the size of the tenders were small. I'm trying not to completely lose my cool at this Taco Bell. I ordered all of my tacos with no cheese "fresco style" with beans..and they not only served me 2 with cheese but all the others had cheese fragments in the beans and throughout the lettuce.... then they tell me that there really isn't that much cheese on it and that I ordered 2 with cheese???!!!... finally they remake my tacos and had the nerve to call me "mr vegan" when they brought out the new tacos! If I order no cheese and substitute meat with beans then I should have no cheese and no meat in the food I ordered. Being vegan isn't easy and our options at fast food establishments usually really suck so I shouldn't have to argue with staff over the food I order... the food that I'm paying to put in my body. If you buy food at this location, check your order before leaving. Out of approximately five visits to this location, they are yet to get my order right. I have ordered grilled chicken and got fried. I have ordered all white and got mixed. We have gotten the wrong sides before, and today I ordered 8 pieces and got 7. It may be coincidence, but, 5 times.
