The first time I had a horrible experience at chick fil a! The lady who took my order was nice and that's it! I ordered grilled nuggets but I received fried nuggets. When I went back to explain what happen, I was directed to return my order with the manager. The manager tallied my order and said the difference between the grilled nuggets and fried nuggets were $1.34! They messed up my order, why should I have to pay the difference. On top of the inconvenience of having to go back into a crowded chick fil a during lunch time to wait all over again. There was no apology... just you owe us a balance! Honestly I don't think there are many restaurants or people who treat others as good as Chik Fil A treats people. I've always had wonderful service and positive attitudes at ALL of the the chik fil a's including this one. I frequently come to this location in the early AM in order to make larger orders (20+ sandwiches) and they have never had a problem getting me in and out without a hassle. One time i ordered about 35 chicken biscuits and was in the process of waiting when I realized someone had request a coffee and I forgot to order it. I went up to the counter and the manager simply said don't worry about it here's a coffee for free. Yeah yeah I get it I spent a ton of money but they were really gracious about it and I respect them for it. The drive through is horrible and the line is backed up through the street and the lines doesn't move fast at all. The girl who was supposed to take my order asked me if a was another person then told me to hold on the walked away looking for another person. She never came back to take my order and I didn't want to hold up the already long line. I arrive to the window where I told them my order was never taken and the girl standing outside the window told me next time just wait( ain't gonna be a next time because that's not how that's supposed to work) I told them I had a mobile order and was told to drive and park. Ordered online so I could skip the long regular line but apparently that didn't matter. I went to the location for online pickup inside the restaurant and no one even looked at me. So I went and got in the regular line and waited behind 4-5 people then got to the cashier. I asked if he could help with my online order since no one was manning that register or even going over there. He looked at me and immediately asked if I'd like to see the manager in a condescending tone which I said no because I wasn't trying to make any kind of stink about it even though I could see my order on the "online order" screen all by itself. This location is away busy. The drive thru is alway wrapped around the building. However, the wait is less the 10 minuets. The food is always perfect and the staff is always polite, eager to please. Which makes the incredible service from Their staff and the consistent accuracy of my orders all the more impressive. Dont bother using their mobile app at this location. They don't even place your order until your in line and they "check you in". I had a large order that I placed with enough time to go through the line and pick it up. Just to find out they don't place it until your at their order person. Here's another quick Yelp review, passing through on my way back into N.Dallas. The family and I were famished-we thought the ChickFilA Gods had smiled on us. NOT! The lines are always long, quite characteristic of any location. To that end, most of them usually move quicker than these. We had two individuals who finally come out to take orders and apparently one is training. At 12 noon this is not an ideal time to be having a training session Management! By this point, the family was in distress and I was just pleading with them in my brain that this line would move along. We get to the window and they evidently had the order of the car behind us. This Chick-fil-A has awesome service! I came in expecting some fantastic chicken (which I got), but what I got in addition was some fantastically on-point staff. We were greeted at the door by who I presumed to be the manager (who paused his business-related phone conversation to say hello). The staff was prompt and ready to serve us with a smile. They all used the same language, they all were friendly, and you just felt like you were about to have a great meal when interacting with them. When it got busy, the manager went back and was serving up food right alongside the rest of the staff. Food was great, just like any Chick-fil-A. Restaurant was clean. Every single Chick-fil-A you go to is always the same and fast friendly service. You always know what you're getting before you walk in the door. I love that about this place. This location, well I will give you step by step of how this visit went. We arrive and get in line We order our food, Ashunti was wonderful. We go and sit down and someone brings our food All so far friendly and just like all other locations, not one complaint or anything bad. As we are leaving (I always get a refill before I leave), I was standing off to the side, and the first register no one was there, a young lady walked up made eye contact then turned and said next. Ok, I understand I'm not in line, but at least acknowledge me or something. For this establishment, not what I was expecting. She then proceeded to help the next person in line again and still did not acknowledge me. The whole time this was happening, their was a manager, (who kept walking by and making eye contact) never said a word either. Meanwhile the associates standing by the to go area (also making eye contact while just standing there) were no help. So, I had to go get in line and ended up at the mobile pick. That is when sweet wonderful Peggy came to the rescue. The manage that kept walking by went in the back to get her to come up front and help me out. While all the people up front could not. Yes, it's always busy (but never too busy to take care of ALL customers), but not inside at the time I was there. I will never return here, I will always go to the Red Oak location out of my way because I get better service there no matter how busy they are inside or drive threw. read more

Everytime I've come to this location I've left shaking my head. But today's lack of customer service experience is the last straw. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and the cashier tells me they don't have it...ma'am I order this sandwich to frequently for you to start with these shenanigans. I informed her you have to order them separately in the system. She advised it would come from the lunch menu...ok just order it please. I asked for coffee and water and while she got the coffee ready she placed my water cup with the rim on the countertop and then tried to give it to me to drink. No thank you, so I requested a new cup and told her why. So I'm waiting the allotted time for a spicy filet in the morning and it has come and gone, I go to check up on my order and what do you know they've been calling the wrong name for several minutes...tsk tsk. Ma'am I told you my name...I'm not sure why you abbreviated it to a letter. I'm not listening for a letter, that's not even my name. Then when I get the order they literally gave me 2 separate items. A biscuit and a spicy filet ....(blank stare) I understand they're ordered separate but never have I ever received them separate especially when I told you I wanted a spicy chicken biscuit. I requested the manager who told me "that's how it comes unless you tell the server"...I told her I did and she said oh well sorry about that. Then i told her that I've been waiting an extended amount of time for this order due to the wrong name and again she said sorry about that...no compassion even in her tone, no mention of how she could correct it or work to improve it in the future, nothing. I cannot being to describe how terrible of an experience this was. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. We're FIRST 100 members so we get 52 free #1 meals in a year. (Usually the whole family can get a meal and eat happily) However this establishment won't allow multiple orders. we go to pay and now there scanner doesn't work(The GIRST 100 is a card with a QR code). So they then want us to pay for food that is free any other location. When we asked for a manager, they then decided to use our free meals, bu then took back our food because they then thought we only ordered a sandwich instead of a meal. After another 10 minutes at the window, we left. After paying for 3 meals, we left with only 1. And no manager. Chick-fil-A typically holds itself to higher standards, which is why we love it so much... but not this one. Extremely disappointing. read more
