The service line is ver confusing but ok. We finally were able to figure it out. I purchased different meals for 5 different people (some strips, some sandwiches of different types). The problem was all of us got intestinal pain and diarrhea from it. So not sure on the cleanliness of this restaurant. Not all of us ate together later and that was the only meal we had in common. 1/11/2020 today my mom started to feel sick so after some errands tonight we stopped by Chick-fil-A for a large chicken soup except it has no chicken in it!!! I hope this can be fixed and next time have soup with some chicken. read more

These guys have the lunch rush down to an art. People taking orders on tablets on the drive through line and another taking payments. I'm at the pull up window and they greeted me by name and handed me the order with the staff member standing outside. Very personable and my order was correct! read more

This place is going down hill BIG TIME. I waited 45 minutes for my BF order and was ignored the whole time without anyone acknowledging me or updating me. I love CFA but this location just doesn't measure up to other locations I've been to. They don't have enough cashiers and when you order catering to go it takes forever and you end up waiting in the regular line (only one cashier) just for someone to hand you food you've already paid for. They need to up their game to keep up with other locations. read more

Like just about any Chic-fil-A, the service is outstanding. I tend to flock (see what I did there) here after a morning workout for an early lunch. By 11, they already have a couple attendants outside so you essentially have 3 drive-thru ordering windows. They are extremely friendly and you move through with your order despite a long line that seems to be there every day. Absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A in America. I travel and I've gone to a lot of Chick-fil-A's because you can depend on their good service and food. Most of the time when I go in there teenagers are sitting there talking and not waiting on the counter there's usually one Ragged person waiting on the line. Best food and service around! I go here at least 2-3 times a week and everyone is always smiling and happy to be working there. As soon as someone walks through the door you will here a happy voice saying "Welcome to Chick-fil-A!" They are always ready to work and help serve you! read more

This place is the most well run fast food establishment I've ever been to. They are extremely clean and efficient. The food is always top notch. Service rivals that of ANY restaurant I think I've ever been to, and here's why: What really drove me to write this review was my experience today. While I've been here a hundred times, always with an exceptional experience, today was different. They made a mistake and forgot to give me the breakfast sandwich I ordered. I didn't realize it until I was already at my office (20 minutes away) and I decided to call and tell them. Their staff, who was very apologetic, insisted that she drive and deliver my sandwich to my place of work! I declined (they took my name down for my next visit), but it was the best gesture of customer service I've ever experienced - even from high end restaurants. Well done chik-fil-a. Consistently shortens you on sauces and tonight they didn't put any at all. Very frustrating and takes away from my Chic-fil-A experience when I get home ready to enjoy my meal and realize that I don't have the sauce to compliment it. Additionally, don't even bother with their curbside delivery. I have tried that two times and ended up waiting in the parking lot over 15 minutes before calling into the restaurant to let them know I was there for my food. This Chic-fil-A is sub par. read more

All Chick-Fil-A's are great and this one is no different. The #1 Chicken Sandwich is wonderful and the waffle fries are yummy. The staff bends over backwards to make sure your meal is excellent. My only complaint is the lack of buffalo sauce... Anyway, on to the important things. First of all, I love Chick-Fil-A, and I have been to many other locations. However, tonight was the worst experience I have ever received during my time at this specific location. The cashier "In Training" was rude, and was texting on her watch the whole time. Then, as we got our food, she told us that they ran out of fries, and gave us potato chips instead. The chips were disgusting, and definitely not the same price as fries. One worker was cleaning tables and decided to drop an f-bomb because he saw someone had left there trash on the table. Another worker had a bad attitude, and horrible customer service. I promise I will never give my business to this location ever again. read more

I just went through the drive through at Daphne's location. What an awesome bunch of young people working. There was a lot of cars but we kept moving. I come here all the time in the afternoon. Today was one of my first early times of them opening. I get here at 5:56(before they open yes) and I wait behind the only other vehicle there. He orders then I order and 4 count meal with a coke. I come to the window and I couldn't understand the lady but I've never had a wrong order so I just hand her my money. She hands me a bag of medium fries. I kindly said I ordered the mini meal with a coke. And she continued with well I said fries. Where I told her I didn't hear her. Then she gets a slight attitude with me and becomes very quiet. Never said "my pleasure"(which I know they have to say) and then they are out of CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE. If I knew that I never would have gotten the mini. It's the main reason I go there. My first bad experience and i probably won't come during opening time again. read more

Once or twice a week for breakfast or lunch; service employees are consistently courteous and place is clean. Food served quickly with good quality and reasonable price. Their coffee is strong, always hot. In category of fast food, Chick is much better than most chicken sandwich/salad restaurants. read more

Who can't love fried chicken that doesn't taste greasy with big waffle fries? This place is CONSTANTLY busy, CONSTANTLY. But it's great, they always have 2-3 people working the drive thru, but be warned you might have to know what you want prior to looking at a menu if you do the drive thru.
