I do want to give a huge shoutout to Christina. I actually asked for her name because she consistently stands out as friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. A coach had to leave, go to a nearby store, and purchase supplies so the team could eat without waiting even longer and letting the food get cold. Situations like this shouldn't happen, especially when you're trusting a business to deliver for a large group and a scheduled event.
