As someone with celiac disease, I especially appreciated how knowledgeable they were about gluten-free dining. Their menu is truly farm-to-table, and the majority of their dishes are either naturally gluten-free or can be made gluten-free without sacrificing flavor. We each had a salad, and we shared the Buffalo Chicken Dip--which was absolutely delicious! I've heard good things about Farm to Fit so I really looked forward to trying it for myself. The place is a small one, and it was so smoky in there, my eyes watered the whole time. The server took our order promptly. I ordered the salmon bowl and my friend ordered the shrimp curry bowl. She liked hers and I agreed it was very flavorful. My salmon bowl, was not something I'd want to have again. While the combination of quinoa, spaghetti squash and arugula with a piece salmon, sounded good. The execution was missing, well, flavor. The salmon was really good, but the rest was just a soupy, bland mess. As we were leaving, another server was welcoming a table and presenting them with the day's specials. Came here because they allegedly don't use seed oils and I can say that this is some of the best healthy food I've ever eaten. I had the salmon bowl and it was so good I ended up getting the red curry even though I wasn't even hungry - I just wanted the taste. We were so excited to try this spot. It was busy so we sat outside and 5 minutes later it immediately started to rain. Thankfully people made space for us on the inside. The service was very warm and welcoming. They had a big chalkboard wall that displayed the menu items as well as paper menus for folks when they sit down. The food was extremely fresh and good. I got the blackened salmon bowl, which was OK. It could've used a little more flavor, but it was very fresh and fulfilling. My daughter got the chicken enchilada bowl and that was absolutely amazing. Super cute/ local stop in Daytona Beach. The food is sourced from local farms which makes the meals extra delicious. My dad and I split the Cali club sandwich and we both recommend this dish. We had a late lunch here. The service was great. They were very accommodating to my sons allergies. He really enjoyed the meal they made for him and it was healthy and nutritious. I had the Steak Pho. It was interesting and was a well crafted dish but not all the way executed. The steak was a little chewy and I don't really think it bore a resemblance to Pho. My wife is of Vietnamese descent so maybe I am being overly critical. This place has great reviews and I really dig the concept but I was a little disappointed in the food. The pizzas here were pretty good. Especially for cauliflower crust. They have regular ones on the menu but they usually have a specialty. Have tried 2 of those and both were delicious. The regular pizzas have always been great. We have not tried any other dishes, however they did have options for gluten free deserts and the pizzas were, so that is amazing for those who require that.
