I can honestly say today was a historic day because for the first time in my live I had a negative experience at a Chick-Fil-A. I've never had a truly negative experience until today which is why Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid but this is by far the worst restaurant in the entire franchise. Did dine in and the service was unbelievably slow. The cashiers working the counter had 0 sense of urgency or desire to please "as is their slogan." Extremely poor work ethic and attitude. Additionally, at most Chick-Fil-As there is exceptional service where the food is brought directly to your table with a smile and a "my pleasure." Not here. Dine ins are forced to crowd next to the counter waiting for their order to be called. On top of that, when amy order finally was fulfilled it was missing the main entrees. When this was finally fixed and the sandwich was found it was very clear that the sandwich had been sitting on the heating rack for quite some time because all the lettuce and tomatoes were boiled with the heat making them in-edible and the chicken was dry. DO NOT STOP at this location if on a road trip. Just wait for either the Crestview or Marianna locations down the road. read more

Your restaurant chain is known for being clean and family friendly and it's polite staff, but this restaurant location is a complete fail on all counts. You have tons of staff standing around doing nothing while people wait for their food. The restaurant dining area is dirty and the floors are covered in food and scraps of paper. Those working the register don't make eye contact and they know nothing about your menu. This is all the time not just today. Your staff should be better trained and for what you pay them they should have a broom or a rag in their hands to clean when not helping customers. read more

Untrained staff. Completely messed up out online order and we had to wait a half hour. This was during a raid trip, which is why it is super inconvenient when a fast food chain takes 30 minutes to get your order right. While we were waiting they messed up other people's orders too. So many times at this point I've had my order incorrect. Missing a straw, missing utensils, no napkins, wrong chicken sandwiches, leaving pickles on my food after requesting none due to allergy and what has gotten me is that management DOES NOT answer the food. Going to the location is pointless. Waiting in mobile line for 30 minutes to get food, so what's the point? They have no play place inside. Kids have nowhere to play. This is a huge miss. I was a fan of chick fil a until I started going to this specific location. Not to mention, I have had no way to contact customer service outside of sending them an email through app. Can't get money back and have inedible food because of the allergy I reported to them with the pickles. We've been here twice. First time, the bun was super stale, and there was so much ice in my lemonade I only had three sips. Back for breakfast. Order totally wrong and had to go inside from drive through to remedy. Got back on the road, no ketchup even though we asked for several, and no Splenda for coffee. Will never return as my other friend received it as well from this location about a month ago. Be careful and check your food. THIS LOCATION OMG. They had so many customers. The place was full. They have great business. What's even better though is the service! I'm dumbfounded by how they kept their cool with people literally harassing them about the wait. This poor girl Ana was being yelled at "HEY ANA BANANA. HOW LONG IS THE WAIT GOING TO BE. THIS IS CHICK FIL A. THIS IS RIDICULOUS." Poor girl honestly. She kept her cool so well. I don't think I could've done that. On top of ALL of this, they still got our food perfect and spent time with us to make sure we had everything and the workers are so down to earth. Holy moly these people need to be recognized for all of this. Everyone here needs a pay raise with the way some people treat them. If you have time to wait, I would stop here. 10/10 read more

Restaurant was open for mobile orders on the app, but when we went to pick up our order, there was a note taped to the door saying they were opening later in the day. Went back to try to get a refund and was told to call the Chik-Fil-A cares number. Called the number and they are saying the restaurant has to issue a refund. Just A Frustrating Mess. Edit - After 4 phone calls to their "cares" support team and a few emails back and forth, a refund was finally issued a week and a half later. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. You can only do mobile ordering (can't pick up inside) and once you get in the drive thru you're trapped. We ordered breakfast and got in the line at 10:10. By the time we got up to where we could scan for our order it was past breakfast time. Aggravating. I now realize all the people getting out of their cars and walking up were probably scanning in their orders. Maybe that's what makes the mobile line go so slow? Either way it's ridiculous. Most Chick-fil-As have employees working to move things along but the 2 I saw were talking to each other and not paying attention to the line. As of right now we've been in this line for over 40 minutes. If you are on your way in or out of town skip this spot unless you have 45 minutes to waste. read more

One of the managers were off duty and went to the drive thru to order. We had been waiting about ten minutes then finally went to the end where you get your food! About three of the employees kept going to her car window talking and laughing while the food was being made. Finally she moved up alittle and then she blocked everyone behind her to walk back into chik fi la. Finally they brought some more food to the car and the lady in the passenger seat was made to get out and move the car so everyone else could leave. The car infront of us kept laughing and chatting with the young man working and also wouldn't move out of the way! I recently visited this Chick-fil-A and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. Despite the usual efficiency associated with the chain, this particular location seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. The wait times were long, and the staff appeared frazzled and disorganized. I ordered a chick-fil-a biscuit for breakfast at 10:15 and when i got to the restaurant to receive my order they told me that they were out of biscuits and were not going to make any more for me but continued to hand them out to other orders placed in the line after mine. I hope they can address these issues to maintain the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. Never coming back here though. read more
