we made a mobile order and got our food within a reasonable amount of time, the staff was super friendly and professional.

Service was amazing and food is consistently good! Sometimes I get my food and sit close to the ocean while I eat.

How about if you are in the drive through line @ 10:25am you still get to order breakfast? If you choose the wrong lane that doesn't move for over 5 mins you're just out of luck. This has to be the most unprofessional and disorganized CFA ever. The young man who took the order was great and he was evidently feeling the 93 degree FL heat but smiled and did his job. Asked for a refill in addition to the drive through order. Young lady delivering the food order indicated she would bring it over but we waited and waited and nothing. When we beckoned her over she nonchalantly told us "oh I thought they came over to tell you we can't do that in the DT", I was not going back inside, with the heat, and back to the car. First off, the location looks fantastic. It is so much different than the one back home in Saint Charles. The staff is super nice, attentive, and the food was correct and hot. We ate in the lobby, and it was super clean. We ate here three times during our weeklong stay on the beach, and it was great every time. read more

I've visited many Chick-fil-A's in state and out of state, and no one ever fills up the fry box in its entirety except this location in Destin, FL (see picture). I was amazed, and totally in awe because I had never seen such a thing these days. I was starting to think it was illegal to fill the fries to the top and also serve them hot! So criminal. As a long-time fan of Chick-fil-A, I'm used to the level a service that is better than any other fast-food or fast-casual restaurants, but this Chick-fil-A is even better than that. I apologized several times, for not having everything ready to "redeem at restaurant ". If only she would have offered to assist me. Absolutely packed drive thru line couldn't even get out of the parking lot because we had to wait for drive thru to clear its 12 cars. Then I get home and I have the smallest piece of chicken on my biscuit in the entire world (if you can even call it that, it's more like a nugget.) it couldn't fill anyone up.
