Obviously, this location does not care about its food and service. It does all the business it can do. Nobody seems to care that the food is subpar and most orders never arrive with everything that was ordered and paid for. Even though it is the worst location that I have ever dined at, it probably has more sales than most. I am local so I willI continue to stop by but much less than I used to. It's exasperating that something always gets left off despite my efforts to make sure that I will get what I ordered and paid for. Is anyone listening at this location and reading the reviews? Two and one half stars? Please do better read more

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Breakfast is good. Chicken biscuits is yummy I love all their salads. The spicy chicken sandwich is good and of course the nuggets. read more

The lid wasn't on the soup properly and it looked like it was just tossed in the bag on top of my salad so, when I pulled in my yard and reached to the floor to grab my dinner the bag was wet and leaking, I picked it up but the whole bottom fell out the bag because the whole thing had leaked/dumped out. I didn't want to scrub the carpet of my car tonight after the long day I had at work, out dinner on top of that. Car is a rental and stinks of soup, can't spray the mat off because well it's almost 8pm and no sunshine to let it dry out or spray it and have it stink and still be wet tomorrow ... they said "we can give you another soup". At this point have my car detailed or replace the mat. In the future just take time when packing to-go orders don't stack liquids on top of ANYTHING that could cause it to be unsteady and tip over/leak/spill. Secure the lid, those DoorDash stickers? Yeah use one and stick it on the lid so it stays on...& Liquids should be separate. Every time. Costs are too high and unfortunately "sorry" doesn't fix things especially on a rental that's not mine... very frustrating read more

Every year without fail, when the season dies down, so does the service and food quality. We shouldn't be reserving our A game for just tourists, locals love chicken too lol. Chik Fil-A seems to always have the best service, delicious food and a pleasing atmosphere. This one was no exception. I had arrived to my hotel which was nearby and wanted something akin to real food. Since it was cool and I had been outside some in the drizzle, I chose the chicken noodle soup and a chicken sandwich to go with it. I was surprised how good the soup is, lots of chunks of chicken and a great taste. They also provided me with some honey mustard which I like to put on the sandwich. Absolutely disappointed in my experience at this Chick fil a. I have never seen a sandwich be torn apart like this....what even happened?! The teenagers there also need to learn to say "Hello and Goodbye" to their customers who thank them after receiving their food. Workers couldn't find whose food belonged to who, even though they give you a table marker and take your name when you order. It took 20 minutes for our food to be delivered to our table. Place was packed with people and awesome. Why can't every restaurant be run like this. Employees were great and cared.

First, chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants and my experiences have always been exceptional. HOWEVER, my experience on Friday, June 30, 2023 around 7am at the Destin location was beyond awful. We waited over 20 minutes for a 10 pack chicken mini order, while watching people come in and out and getting attitude from the employees every time we asked about the order. In addition, the manager's "buddies" from the local Coastal Crane & Rigging came in and began to insert themselves, causing a scene in a situation where I was just trying to express how disappointed I was in the Chick-fil-a service. I was in a hurry on my way to work so I downloaded the app and placed my order before I got to chic fil a. They had me go through the drive thru. I noticed the cars ahead of me and behind me were getting their food. As they drove through. The drive up window employee had me park in spot 2. No other cars were parked in the marked parking spots. I waited for 10 minutes before deciding to go inside since no one had come out. None of the staff acknowledged me at the front counter with an "excuse me" so I had to raise my voice to be acknowledged. I finally recieved my meal that was sitting behind the counter all along. Just because you're the first one to place your order at this place at the start of the day doesn't mean you'll be first to get your food, or even get your food at all. Pulled up at 6:30, first one in the drive thru. Place our order and they pull us around to the front. We proceed to watch the next 7 customers behind us get their orders. When my wife walked in and told the manager that we were the first to order, all he had to say was "oh we haven't served anyone food yet". Although I do not support Chik-fil-as' anti gay business model, I do still eat there sometimes. I must compliment the location in Miramar Beach. The staff was courteous, tending to the customers, taking trays and going thru the restaurant providing refills. I was very impressed. I am used to the Chik-fil-a in Nashville (Bellevue) location who's employees are more concerned with their cell phones than providing customer service. After telling the employee at Drive thru before we pulled off it ended in an argument amongst the staff on who filled the bag. They even asked me for my bag back so they could make sure I was telling the truth. Drive thru unorganized and took forever. And they didn't say my pleasure when we said thank you.
