I placed a mobile order for three drinks. I got the notification that my order was completed and going to be brought out shortly. after receiving that notification i waited 7 or so minutes before having to go inside to ask about my order. when i asked, the employee told me that she would make my order now. glancing at the order screen, my order was on 16 and a half minutes. when my order was received one drink had very little ice and was warm (a sweet tea). i was given two free dessert reward cards for the trouble but the 20+ minute wait for three drinks was crazy! read more

Came here for our honeymoon from Texas and there was a man nice enough to wipe our table down clean with disinfectant wipes... he was so nice and happy to serve--I asked the waitress if he was her boss... I asked for no tomatoes and my sandwich had tomatoes. I ordered and paid for a chocolate brownie but never received it. If I'm not being to petty the overall visit was good. The store was clean. This Chick-fil-A is what you would expect at any other Chick-fil-A. There's a nice staff that delivers your food a lot quicker than you would have expected, clean environment, and an outdoor seats and tables (These outdoor seats aren't in all Chick-fil-A). Some of the best food items I love are the chicken noodle soup, spicy chicken sandwich, and the classic or normal chicken sandwich. Overall I do recommend this to anyone who loves chicken (This place does also have a few salads that I also recommend). read more

Unfortunately, when we eat fast food, it's typically going to be at Chick-Fil-A. I say it's unfortunate, only because we really like it and can't quit going. We actually ate at this one for breakfast on our way out of town. As most Chick-Fil-A locations, they were fast and efficient and got our order correct. I will say that earlier in the week we drove by this location and the drive-thru was PACKED. The driveway did not seem suitable for the massive amount of cars that were in line. However, when we were there later in the week but at an earlier time, the drive-thru line was manageable and moved quickly. We have been to many Chick-fil-A , in different states as well. We have always had excellent service. Usually drive thru has line since they are so popular but most run like well oiled machine so not to take long at all. This location is the opposite. They have 1 person taking orders. No hello how are you , what can I get for you nothing.you can't hear for when she did speak. I have been to Chick-fil-A since all COVID and the awesome customer service hasn't changed . It took a long time to thru line. We were on motorcycle so got our food and sat under tree to eat in parking lot, they do not have one trash can outside and refused to throw our trash away. The French fries were not piping hot as we used to at a Chick-fil-A and the piece of chicken was the smallest piece I think I have ever had. Would not recommend this location. read more

I'm a local and ordered on the app. After about 45 min when I arrived, I sat in line abother 45 minutes because they rudely said "they were short staffed and their computers weren't working". They were taking orders for every car behind mine so apparently something was working. With the amount of staff standing around they couldve managed the line much better. When I finally arrived to the window to tell them my order was placed online over an hour before, there were about 6 teenagers running the show who were super rude - just standing around. DO NOT go to this chick-fil-a. During the summer this place is super slow with tourists but clearly their lack of management and supervision skills is evident. They need adult supervision which they did not have. TURN around and drive to FT Walton or Niceville - this place is AWFUL. I would give it zero stars read more

I like this Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh and tasty. The wait time can be long but it is only because of the volume of customers they have. With the high volume of drive thru and walk up customers as well as the online orders and DoorDash, Uber, etc. they do a good job at making it as fast as possible. Excellent experience this afternoon. All the employees I came in contact with were extremely friendly and upbeat. I recently had surgery on my leg and now I'm in a wheelchair for possibly 6 months. It's not very often that I review a fast food place, and usually when I do it's because they are either really awesome or really sucky. And really, with this being only one of two CFAs in the immediate area it's probably a waste of time to review them. Buuuuut...I feel like it's kind of hit or miss with this one. And with them knowing that people are going to come here regardless if they have shitty experiences, well, what do they care? I've been to this location four times - three times via the drive-thru and one time I ate inside with my husband. The first couple of ones I went through the drive-thru were fine, if not lacking the typical CFA enthusiasm. Service was fine, food was as expected (a good thing). When we ate dinner inside a few weeks ago it was just bad. We came in about an hour before closing and they were already prepping the store for closing. One young man was up front, one employee was handling the drive-thru, and a third person was running around handling closing responsibilities. Which would have worked fine had they not been busy. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to even place our order, then it was wrong when we got it. Then I got to wait another ridiculous amount of time to ask for the rest of our order. I was informed before I could mention my problem that the guy - the only employee up front - was going to have to step aside to bag a huge order before helping me. Seriously? What about the lady who was already closing up shop and not helping customers? Never mind the fact that I had already paid and never mind the fact that MORE customers were waiting behind me. To make matters worse you'd think they were being forced to work for free or something with their sad looking faces. I get that working with the public can be hard - been there, done that - but they were not representing the company well at all. So today I went through the drive-thru and actually had a nice young man help me at the window. Get home and my large order of fries is actually the quantity of a medium order. Look, not the worst thing in the world to happen, but guess who paid for the large! Me! The customer! My point? Give the customers what they pay for, CFA! And do it with a smile! We absolutely love the service at these restaurants, but honestly this one was not what we expected. The staff was friendly, but they were so busy chit-chatting that they mixed up our order. Not only was our order wrong, but the sauces we had asked for twice was not in the bag. To top it off, by the time we got back to our condo, our food was super cold. This is the first time I've ever had such a negative experience with a chick fil a. We placed a fairly large (5 10 count chicken minis) online order through the app at 10am. Drive to the store, waited over 15 mins in the drive thru to get to an associate to be informed that they couldn't fill our order. That they can't sell more than 30 minis at a time, but that someone else had bought 70 (a little contradictory there, but ok) and they were out. And since it was almost 1030 at this point, we couldn't get any breakfast items. A wasted trip, time, and a very negative experience with a company who is typically on their game. read more

Got through the drive through and realized they did not hand us one of our bags of food. Naturally, we pull into a parking spot and my husband heads in to get the bag...20 MINUTES LATER...after they question him and REVIEW THE SURVEILLANCE VIDEO...is this real life?.....they hand him a bag of food. He leaves. Meanwhile, I come out of the bathroom to hear them talking crap about my sweet, polite, patient husband...."that guy was crazy!!!" "Probably lost the bag in the floorboards!" I have NEVER had a pleasant experience with this chick fil a. We went today and they surprisingly weren't very busy. Ordered 4 sandwich meals....we get to the window and I asked the guy if there was chick fil a sauce in the bag. He mumbles yes and we drive off. Get to the stop sign and not only are we missing sauce but we only have two sandwiches!! So then we have to wait in the line AGAIN so the rest of our food is cold...the same guy comes to the window and he hands me the food bc obviously they knew they messed up. Worst run Chick-fil-a I have ever seen. The drive thru is a night mare and backs up out on 98. So slow and can't seem to keep up with who's order is who's. Please either do away with the turn in off 98 or make it dedicated so people coming from the other way can't get in the 98 off ramp line because it is full enough and back up enough. read more
