We were a bit iffy about eating here after seeing the long drive thru line and packed parking lot. But we decided to go for it and took our chances inside. We were instantly greeted my manager Miguel and our order was taken promptly. Before even finishing the order, one of the staff members was handing our food to us. Food was superb like all CFA's. Miguel came around to our table and filled our cups up with refills with impeccable timing. And upon leaving asked if we needed more for the road. Great service, great food. Extremely friendly and tentative staff. I have been here hundreds of times and never have an issue. In the middle of summer they have lines out the door and on the street and they always stay calm and get orders right. When they aren't busy they are walking around refilling drinks and getting anything someone may need. They always run specials and offer military discount which is great for families! It is no wonder YELP has the Destin FL location as one of the worst Chick-fil-a restaurants! I have been boycotting this restaurant for two years now but thought I would give them another try today. I ordered 3 buttered biscuits with extra butter and asked for at least 5 jelly packs. I received my 3 biscuits that were not only luke warm at best, but did not have hardly any trace of any butter! Then in the bag was only 3 jelly packets. I will NEVER go to this (or any other Chick-fil-a) ever again..... You have lost what was once a daily customer!!! read more

For sure the worst chick-fil-a experience I've ever had. Couldn't even eat the bun off my chicken sandwich because it was completely soggy, fries were cold and soggy and only filled half the fry box. Chicken nuggets tasted terrible, not cooked correctly and had a gross taste! Service was slow, not sure if it's just different in Utah but the service is usually extremely good! I'm a huge CFA fan, but this was my least pleasant experience ever. From the beginning no one greeted us. There was one person on the registered with a line forming. The cashier didn't seem comfortable with the menu. Then my kids meals came with no chicken. read more

The worse Chick-Fil-A we have ever eaten at in any state. The food was not hot, took the fries back and the counter person felt 3, or 4, of the packages under the heat lamp and gave me another one. They were not any warmer than the first ones. Grilled sandwich was warm, not hot. The tomato slices should have not been served, if they only had yellow tomatoes. The store was not clean. This is a very small store and not well managed apparently. Did not see anyone who appeared to be the Manager. I said something to the counter person about the food temperature and his response was "what do you want me to do? Sorry". Wow! As we were leaving another couple mentioned their food was not hot and it was the worse location they had ever been to also. read more

Worst chick fil a experience we've ever had. We went there a couple of times during our stay and a few other times during other stays, hoping that our first experience was just a bad day, but unfortunately it seems that they just suck all the way around. They're super slow (even at not peak times), which isn't THAT big of a deal considering they're pretty much just like other fast food restaurants, but that's usually one of the things that separates them from others. Today though, it was POURING down rain but instead of using the actually speaker or even using the leaky awning they had set up, they had a person in a little one person set up tent with no cover for the cars at all, taking orders. I got DRENCHED, so much so that we had to go to a gas station to change clothes (yes,even underwear) before making the several hour trip back home. To add insult to injury, after all that mess, our order was wrong and the chicken biscuit patty was roughly half the size of the biscuit. We will never return, but hope management will maybe visit other places to see how they're ran. read more

Who doesn't like chick fil a? We were greeted with a smile and it always seems like you are like family. I like the fact that they bring your food out to you and sometimes during lunch ask if you need a refill and bring you one without you having to get up. They are closed on Sunday so get your fix before then or you have to wait till Monday. Try the milkshakes as well they are so good way better than sonic to me. read more

My absolute favorite fast food restaurant ever!! I heard it's one of the healthiest fast food places. They don't serve beef though so only go if your a fan of chicken. The batter they use is so good. I could eat anything there! My favorites are the nuggets, chicken sandwich, and chicken salad sandwich. The waffle fries are always amazing! They even serve breakfast!! I used to stop by before work to get a chicken biscuit and tater tots. If you love sweet tea, this is the place to go. Prices aren't crazy either.... Just your average fast food prices. read more
