Jason's Deli offers a variety of sandwiches, salads and soups. I wouldn't call it bucket-list worthy, but for a decently priced meal, it's not bad. This location is spacious, so it's easy to settle in and not feel like you're on top of each other. My usual order is the Manager's Special, which comes with a half sandwich, chips and a side. For those needing something heartier, I recommend getting the full size. I always order the Chicken Panini (grilled chicken, provolone, pesto aioli, spinach, and tomato on sourdough) with the Spicy Seafood Gumbo. Strangely, the gumbo is solid! read more

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, and wanted multigrain wheat ( which I always substitute for) and the bread was literally so stale it was curling and I couldn't eat it. tasted like cardboard. I think it's this location as the one in Webster and other locations never disappoint. The chicken salad was totally different as well. Chopped up and dried out like cat food. This Jason's Deli location is only 6 minutes from Topgolf! We usually visit the Bay Area Blvd one but tried this one today. I liked the stand alone building since many of the Jason's Deli locations are inside strip malls. There was plenty of seating in the restaurant and my kids picked the high top diner-style table along the front window. The girl at the register was friendly. For food, we got our usual: kid's cheese pizzas and a salad bar. Kids scarfed down their pizzas and helped themselves to the free soft serve ice cream (I think the real reason they pick this place.) The salad bar was excellent! Everything was filled and fresh. I have always loved their Italian dressing but I'm avoiding seed oil so I brought in my own homemade avocado oil Italian dressing. (Wonder if they'd be willing to provide a healthier dressing??) Needless to say, I literally ate every bite of salad. So good! We'll definitely return!! read more

This was the worst Jason's Deli I have ever went to. I ordered the Rueben the great and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. My wife ordered the bigger better BLT with no egg. The cashier didn't ask either of us wanted chips or fruit. She didn't ask me if I wanted pastrami or corned beef. I chanced it and waited to see what the brought out. Both of our orders had no chips or fruit at all. Just sandwiches cut in half and a cup of soup in between. My soup was so curdled I couldn't eat it so I took it back and got chili. I asked the manager, who was behind the counter, the employee who served the broccoli cheese soup if they would eat it. They both shrugged like they didn't care. I go back to the table to see how my wife's meal was. There was three slices of bacon on her sandwich and the tomato basil soup she ordered was bland and cold. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. GO TO BAY AREA INSTEAD. The manager didn't even check on us after I complained and there were maybe 20 people in the restaurant. I wish I could give 0 Stars. Terrible. This was our first time trying this place. The menu took a little bit to figure out. Decided to try the Smokey Jack Panini and the salad bar. Just lost a star I have been a Jasons deli fan for many many years. I can almost always find something there to eat. They have a luscious large salad bar, more than ample drink choices, some very tasty, desserts, and a large variety of food items on their menu board. They have a new creation called the Hawaiian bowl. Even though I am not a fan of salmon, I substitute for chicken and the salad or the bowl is pretty awesome! And it is a family friendly venue and has free ice cream inside. This is where Jason's deli has lost a star from me. it used to be, a few weeks ago... That you could get free ice cream even if you were doing drive up. Apparently that is no longer available! Now they charge for ice cream if you order through drive-through is $1.69! Personally, I think that sucks! There are many times I just do not want to get out of my car and go into the restaurant to place my order and get my ice cream. After a few back problem procedures, it has made me realize that there are several businesses, including Jasons deli that no longer realize, or care, that their drive-through patrons should be treated equally to their dine in patrons. read more

Jason's Deli is a decent place for lunch, nothing is bad about the place, but nothing is spectacular either. I frequently come here for lunch because I volunteer nearby. My honest rating would be a 3.5 stars because their service is always very friendly, but Yelp doesn't allow you to add half a star. You order at the counter then sit wherever you'd like. I also think its nice that they have a drive thru even though its not a fast food restaurant. The menu mainly consists of soups, sandwiches, and salads. My "go to" order is their bigger better BLT with a side of jalapeno chips. It comes on toasted wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, mayo, lots of bacon, avocado, and the best part of the sandwich is the runny egg to bring it all together. Then they even offer complimentary soft serve to finish off your meal with a dessert, I always get the chocolate vanilla swirl on a cone. But overall Jason's Deli is a decent place for lunch, which I'll keep coming back to due to convenience. read more

Finally! We have a Jason's Deli in League City. I'll be the first to admit that I rarely go to the Webster location often simply due to traffic. It is great to have one a little further south. This particular location opened in early February 2017. Some of the employees are new so please bring your patience when working with them. Everything isn't running perfectly yet. It will get there. I actually ate lunch here two days in a row, both days being a weekend. Business was brisk and on Sunday, the line was long. However, things moved fairly smoothly and it did not take too long to order and receive our food. There is a kiosk available as you enter the right hand entrance that allows you to order a salad bar without standing in line. This will help you ease through some of the congestion if that is what you are ordering. This location also has a drive-through which is a fairly new concept for Jason's Deli. The food is prepared fresh and made to your specifications. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. They also can cater. If you are planning on catering and event, it is easiest to order online. If you order online, you also receive Deli Dollars which will give you points towards free food in the future. I have ordered catering events online many times but have not ordered from this specific location yet. All in all, I am pleased with the new location, decor, atmosphere, and cleanliness. I got a Californian club today with mustard instead of mayonnaise because I'm an anti mayonnaise kinda gal. My son had a cheese pizza which were delicious because I wanted to taste it. While my husband enjoyed a muffuletta that he inhaled practically with some macaroni and cheese and chips. Unfortunately, as I'm half way through eating my first half of my sandwich I find a hair. Which automatically turns me off my food. I sat there for awhile and went to go tell the staff up front. I've never in my life have received such great customer service from a restaurant. They were so apologetic and immediately got me a new sandwich along with new fruit. I wasn't too upset about it, I understand hair gets in food easily. But the way everything was handled was amazing. I ordered my usual the Turkey wrap and found this piece of lettuce with DIRT/MUD on it when I almost was completely finished with it. I'm so disappointed. I won't be going back. The food here has really gone down hill over time. We used to come here all the time and receive great service from a blonde haired guy named Michael. He worked for the corporate office and worked at various locations around the area. Once he left the food and service went way down. Both me and my wife's cheddar soup was barely lukewarm and watery. My muffalata was okay but my wife's sandwich was soggy and just not good. Many open tables were barely clean even though there were few customers and tons of workers. Great lunchtime spot and a wonderful addition to the Bay Colony area! Bright, clean & spacious! The salad bar is always a favorite and you can pay to add chicken or salmon to it. But my absolute favorites are the wraps. I was a little disappointed in the Mediterranean wrap as there wasn't enough meat in it. But the turkey wrap is always a winner! We have to pick from the salad items sitting on the fucking counter, no longer kept at cool temperatures. The salad bar shouldn't be fucking emptied until after the place closes. Disappointing how the manager guy....very tall skinny with blondish hair... at Jason is like a food nazi.  I told them extra and the girl didn't charge me for the extreme extra......very kind....so rather than come ask me if I want to pay for it...he dumps it out...I then tell him I can pay for it.  But wouldn't it be easier to ask the customer if they want to pay for that size extra?  I told them pretty sure I can handle the extra couple of dollars.  But dumping it out and then having to redo the extras again...yet you chose to be a jerk about it. Treated his employee horribly. Way to show your management and Customer Service skills to your employees and to me. We come there often, after picking up dad from dialysis. I'm writing to advised you that a delivery driver in a white Infinity (I think, maybe an Acura), ran the 4 way stop sign at Calder Rd and Cross Colony today around 11:30am. Your logo was proudly displayed on the top of the car making it obvious to report to you. They slowed but didn't even come close to stopping. What concerns me as well is it's a construction zone (20mph), in front of Calder Elementary School (and a school day) and they were easily rushing as if something was on fire. Please advise your delivery drivers that those of us in the neighborhood do not appreciate delivery drivers running stop signs and speeding past school zones! read more
