So whenever traveling and I see a Chick-fil-A, I'm gonna hit it up and share my thoughts because I really think they make some great chicken that are humanely raised. Now this one has been open for almost a year already and the place seems to be a very popular spot because they're always packed. While staying at the Hilton I kept an eye out and waited for the perfect time to head over there.     Found it and waited inside on line for about 15 minutes which isn't too bad and once the food was ready I went looking for a quieter, less crowded area to eat. And with some luck I found a table outside where me and my peeps could enjoy our eats comfortably. I grabbed a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich with Waffle Fries and a Coke. Usually find myself adding Buffalo Sauce to it because I like it spicier than they make it. Everything was delicious and it was totally worth the waiting game.    Gotta mention that the bathrooms weren't the cleanest though and in today's world there's no excuse for that. Where do I start? Everytime we order food something is missing, even after the cashier reassured use we had everything. Yet 2 orders of Chicken were missing then when we tried to call the restaurant (as usual) nobody answered so I contacted corporate and they must have lite a fire because they apologized and gave us coupons everything was fine UNTIL the Keith Kelly contacted us today (days later) He was upset we contacted corporate and said we should be checking our bags before we leave because he has a bunch of teenagers working for him he was rude and confrontational he made the situation SO MUCH worse. Now they can keep the stupid coupons, this location won't last with someone like him in charge. Down in Florida it was always a pleasure going to Chick-fil-A But the Dickson City Pennsylvania location is NOT my pleasure. read more

Chicken has been getting greasier and the breading is soggy n sometimes just falls off. Its important to shake the baskets while they're cooking so everything gets cooked as well as lettting the nuggets drain. Not really something you can just drop and walk away from smh. read more

At the drive through last Tuesday at 1:15 for 35 minutes. Line was not as long as I've experienced before. Employees were working so hard, but I hold the manager responsible. He kept telling the young workers to keep the line moving with no guidance. People had large orders and should have been advised to move forward while waiting for order. read more

My wife and I have always had a good experience at Chick-Fil-A in Dickson City PA. The food is always good and the employees are always courteous. On Dec.4,2023 my wife left her brand new iphone at the store and when I called to see if anyone had found it the manager had it and told me I could come in and pick it up. One of the employees had found it and turned it in, we were so grateful that Chick-Fil-A has such a great staff we can not say enough good things about them. Thanks again! read more

The food is excellent! The place is clean and the staff is courteous. This place is new and basically everyone is going there to try it, therefore: THE WAIT IS LONG. (My reason they lose one star). The staff sometimes add to that issue because people stand around and interrupt them to "ask about their order", then they are checking or doing orders on the side thus actually moving the line along in order. Suggestion: put to go food on the to go area as it comes out, bring food out and maybe add a screen somewhere so people can see their names in a cue. Finally maybe just put a place where people can fill their own sodas, put napkins on tables and in to go waiting areas. It would cut down on staff interruptions. Also note, all chick filla are busy with about 30 minute wait times...so it most likely won't be down to a 5 minute wait. read more

The food is fine. If you like chick fil a, it's chick fil a. The service is incredibly slow. This is not fast food. I went today in the middle of the afternoon (around 2:30pm) thinking the line wouldn't be so bad but I sat in it for over an hour. At one point there was no movement in the line for about 20 minutes. It feels like they have gone out of their way to engineer their service to be as slow as possible. Once you're a bit into the line there's no way to get out. You are trapped in chick fil a purgatory for the duration. They've been open for months. Either they don't know what they're doing in there or they know exactly what they're doing and they're doing it on purpose. read more

A drive through line that would normally take me 15 min to get through at any other Chick Fil A took me over an hour and 10 minutes today. the food at this location is great. but beware of the service staff. call ahead to see if they are too busy to accept a special request, or risk waiting in line to order and then wait for the cars in front of you to recieve their order. in short i ordered 5 deluxe sandwiches and since we have to drive 40 minutes home requested the tomatoes and lettuce on the side to keep from getting soggy. they would NOT do that. not even put all in one separate container. the manager vivian or the owner keith would not budge on the rule. at least burger king lets you have it your way. going to the mulberry st location for ever. read more
