Because that location is always so crowded and they push you past the drive thru, it's hard to pull over and check my bags. I've called several times to let them know items are missing and they claim I'll receive coupons for their errors yet I've never seen one. This was my first time going to a Chick-fil-A and honestly the staff are what made this experience. The girl taking my order was so sweet and energetic and fun. She helped me order so I could have the best experience and made sure I got all the sauces to try. I got the chicken deluxe sandwich and the chicken tenders. The chicken was incredibly juicy for a fast food place, and Al l the ingredient tasted and felt fresh. The sandwich was bland without the sauce added, but even still was really good! I know everybody loves this place, but this location is not my favorite. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato in a combo meal with a frozen lemonade as the drink. I got a fried breaded chicken sandwich. I can't have the bread. I ditch my bun or feed it to the ducks. Hence the grilled chicken. I took it back and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. This time with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon. I didn't ask for that. I get more sick from pork than I do bread. It's literally the only meal I order from here every time. It's one of the most simple things on the menu. And then for overcharging me for an extra drink I didn't order, they said "oh, sorry about that." I won't be going back to this location. read more

I just ordered a pickup order online, when I got there the app said my order was done and to head up to the pick up counter, I did so. 2 female workers and a random guy (he wasn't in chick fil a attire so I'm assuming he didn't work there, seemed to be one of their boyfriend or husbands?) were standing directly in front of me right by the pick up counter just chatting, they were so deep in their personal conversation that I don't think they realized I was there and had been standing there for quite some time. I finally asked the girl at the register if she could get me my food (she was super nice and helpful, she was not a part of the conversation that the other two girls were having, she was actually doing her job helping customers and working). She then had to interrupt their conversation, and called for one of those girls to help me. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and rude. Chick-fil-a is always a great option when you want something warm and tasty - like their absolutely fantastic chicken sandwiches or other chicken meals. On this visit, we had the sandwich and nuggets and they were to die for. Excellent flavor. Keep in mind, we live in Hawaii, and don't have a Chick-fil-A there so eating here when we're traveling is always a treat. The service here was great and incredibly fast (normally it takes a few extra minutes to get your order compared to other fast food places), but today, we go our food almost immediately. My wife told me I was acting foolish, culture cancel is not a good thing. I am happily married, and I'd like to keep it that way. So I listen to my wife. She was craving lemonade... This time and apparently the only time we hit the drive-through. It had standard Chick-fil-A traffic, but their lines move along pretty quickly. We've never had an issue with waiting. Why did we choose the wrong line. The very kind young lady came and took her order write it back, it was super polite. Everything you would expect from Chick-fil-A. However the car in front of us was just sitting there, and the person taking their order was chatty. I was getting frustrated because five cars had gone and we were still stuck behind the same car in the same spot when we arrived. She said give her the benefit of the doubt, she's probably training. So I called alphabet, and checked it off to training. Five more cars went through and that five turned into 12 cars. This was getting out of control. Finally the car in front of us stop talking to that girl and they move forward, but they didn't get too far. The instep 15 feet and then stopped and waved the girl that took their order back over. This went on for a while. All we ordered was one large lemonade. One lemonade! Finally they moved up paid for their order And received a single cup. No food, just a drink. And they paid with pocket change. What the hell? They were talking for a long time just to order a drink. Without a reasonable doubt, the people in the car were either family or friends of the person taking the order and they were just shooting the shit. We got to the window, and they told us pull forward please. We ordered a damn lemonade! We sat and waited another five minutes for a damn lemonade! The young kids that work here are always so incredibly polite, and I have especially noticed that they have way above average employees for a fast food place. I've been here many times & they are always friendly, intelligent and they help me really quickly and they seem to really be on top of keeping everything clean. If you've got young kids this place has a good play area as well... This is one of my family's go-to places ... I am an enormous CFA advocate. I've lost weight eating CFA. I feel healthy and clean when I eat CFA. It isn't greasy or unsettling. It's delicious and filling. This particular location, however, is staffed by teens who aren't particularly pleasant. It's not that they're rude, but they are nowhere near the service standards that I've come to expect from Chicken-Fil-A. The food is about the same though, so as long as you don't expect excellent service (standard at all other locations, especially Sugarhouse) then you'll be just fine. read more
