Once again this location met or exceeded expectations. Food was promptly delivered by a friendly smiling gentleman , and was piping hot and fresh. My chicken egg and cheese muffin had a fluffy egg with a fresh fries crispy piece of chicken. I tried something new this morning , peppermint coffee. I was apprehensive about ordering it as I don't particularly like CfA coffee. The peppermint coffee may be a different brand or grind of coffee but I found it pleasant and not too minty. It was especially good this morning as I left my full Yeti of coffee on the counter and walked out of the house . If it's not one thing, it's another. Easily the poorest run/managed Chick-fil-A I frequent. I come to this location because it's the most convenient to my house, but am often disappointed. This time, it was the food quality. My chicken breast was well below the quality I've experienced my entire life. Fried in what tasted like old oil that should have already been cycled. Other times, the Sprite is without syrup. I worked at a Chick-fil-A for years while in college and when a syrup box is empty, there is a distinct sound it makes when it's trying to push thru the lines and you know to replace it. It's clearly ignored here often. Lastly, sure, the updated locations have a drive thru where team members can easily walk thru and deliver food. I ordered breakfast on the app and got to the drive thru line all before 10:30 am but because the lady taking orders and moving the line along didn't get to me before 10:30, I think that Chick-fil-A should probably have their "cashiers" probably start taking account for what cars are actually in the line at 10:30 so that way people who place mobile orders don't get screwed over. After a literal walk in the park, my friend and I hit this chickfila during their lunch hour. The traffic outside was as legendary as you might remember if you've ever visited a chick fil a, but the inside was actually pretty wide open I had a free coupon to redeem from my chickfila app, so I got free chicken strips, and also ordered a side salad ($3.09) and a medium diet lemonade ($1.95) Flavors here were pretty standard Chick-fil-A fare, so again, if you've been here, you know what you're getting, and what that typically is is a slightly higher quality fast food. Customer service actually was great. Staff took our finished trays and asked if we wanted refills with no prompting by us, but their technology did fail them, because there was a line of folks with the chickfila app just trying to get their coupons scanned, and all but one register had faulty scanners. At the end of the day, it's chickfila, and regardless of what I say, you're still gonna go if they're a brand you enjoy. I'm here to tell you that flavors are still there, and so too is the customer service. They just need to work on their scanners. read more

I'm sorry. I really don't like having to write bad reviews for Chick-Fil-A but this is probably the only poorly run Chick-Fil-A I've ever experienced. I've ordered from this one quite a few times (because it is 1 minute away from my house) so I feel like I have a decent sample size to work with. This Chick-Fil-A consistently gives you lukewarm food and forgets to give you items you've ordered. The chicken is consistently dry a@ (like it's been over cooked or sitting out). Where most chick-fil-a restaurants are anywhere from an 8 to a 10 in terms of food quality and customer experience, this one is always the 4-6 range. This location needs a reset / retraining to get on par with what people expect from the Chick-fil-A brand. read more

i do not mean to be be ugly here but this location is always getting my order wrong, the food is never consistent if I had to say it was good most of the time I would be untruthful. I don't know if it is management, lack of or just not caring but it is 50x50 at best that my order will be correct, food cold, soggy fries, think chicken breast, smashed bun like it was microwaved. You may say why do you go back? My wife has celiac disease and grilled nuggets and fries are about all she can eat. I have to eat there as well and seeing all of the above and most recently ice dream cups being filled halfway, and orders never right. Today I ordered a chicken nugget meal and they gave me five nuggets instead of eight, well at least they were not fried which happens all the time. I love chick-fil-a overall. This one is close to my house and also happen to be my favorite location. This place is always really packed but they are really fast too. Even though you see a big crowd, don't be scared - your food will come out within 10 minutes. Food has been very consistent - hot and crispy! The employees are very pleasant and wants to serve you. I used curbside pickup and my 2 Chick-fil-A sandwiches contained "old" buns, as the bread was falling apart while eating, crumbling, it really took away from the taste! I love that steamed buttered bun... but today the quality was poor. In addition, I asked for 4 ketchups for 2 large fries and they only gave 1! Had to wait to eat till I got home and reheat! The Only reason they did not get 2 stars is because they did put the condiments in a little bag on top so I didn't have to dig around for the salt! My friends come here every week with their family and have been doing so for years. This place has polite and helpful service. And obviously they're happy with the food since they keep coming back. I tried one of their newer items - a broccoli kale salad. It had been very lightly steamed and was already dressed with a mild vinaigrette and dried cherries. It also came with almonds and walnuts. I have ordered twice via DoorDash and each time I've received the bags sealed which tells me Chick-fil-A has neglected to put in straws, sauces, and plastic forks to eat with. The first time it happened I thought it was an oversight but now its happened again.
