This particular Chick-fil-A just does not make the freshest food. Every time I come in, there is an issue with the food. I try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I express an issue to the cashier or manager, someone gives me an ugly and dirty look and asks what do I want instead. This particularly happens in the morning with the chicken minis. They are literally thrown in the box and they are messy. I don't see myself coming back to this location, as I would rather drive to another location. read more

I have NEVER been to a Chick-fil-A that stopped serving breakfast before 1030. If anything they usually let it spill Over a few minutes. I pulled up at 1028. And got to the drive thru at 1030. This chik-fil-a makes the chik-fil-a brand look bad.. I used to live near a chick-fil-a that always had the food hot and perfect. This location is okay with customer service, but as far as the food.. It is always cold! Ridiculous because it is not on the cheap side... Every time i decide to give them another chance, my chicken biscuit is cold. The chicken patty is old and dry. I came here to get chicken noodle soup twice. First time I found hair in it, it was fine, I would think it'd be an honest mistake. The second time I came to the same location, not only have I ingested the ingredient but also small pieces of wired aluminum foil mixed into the soup. Imagine having your kids swallow one of this piece in, it'd rip their throats before it goes down to their stomach. Besides the soup, the cookie parfait stank like a 7 days worn socks. This is for the manager who is working tonight around 5:30-6:15 pm when it happened. I'm a bit disappointed how this situation was handled today. Around 5:30 I came to order chick fil a from this location and waited through the drive through. Ordered 3 meals at the call section, paid at the operator with Jeff. Got my food and receipt around 5:42. I was checking the bag for the sauces but the cashier said it was in there. So I trusted her words. As I was driving home, I told my girlfriend to check if we had the sauces. She thoroughly checked and there was none in the bag. I immediately made a u-turn in mild traffic between peach tree industrial and pleasant hill. Made my way back to chick fil a. Went around just to talk to the operator again and told him I didn't get any sauces. He said go back in line and we'll take care of you. I said the line was long. He said well I can't do anything. Again, I waited and was pissed. This could've been handled if he went inside just to get my chick fil a sauce. Then I ordered the same thing because heck my food was cold, Ice cream was melting and no sauces given. The cashier didn't know what was happening as I told her I got no sauces. She handed our new order and I doubled check if there were sauces. There was! But then the manager came and said we can only take off one meal. I was already handed the food and was thinking in my head, what kind of manager expects me to pay when him and his team was at fault. I feel like this location has gone down hill. A few years ago, I noticed something very cool they did and love to share: I'm in a wheelchair and after I ordered, I noticed the server push a button "customer in chair", this way, all employees knew there was a customer who might need extra help. I love chik fil a and have never had great things to say about the food and customer service except today. As I'm pulling up to the drive thru to get my food, the cashier says my name and one of the young ladies said "oh I like that name". And immediately after the Hispanic cashier said "I don't like that name." It was an unpleasant visit and I won't be going back. In the last two weeks I've stopped by this location to get breakfast because I've been running late. I've been four times and out of those four times my order has been completely wrong three times. This morning I stopped, ordered a number one, I look in my bag I see my chicken biscuit wrapper and little box of hash browns so I think I'm good to go. Wrong. this honestly is such an annoying location hard to get in and out of and they don't listen to wtf you order. i'm a regular coming here and i wouldn't be if this wasn't so close to my house. i always order a sweet tea with no ice with every meal i get at this place and they still proceed to give me ice like wtf. i don't understand why that's so hard especially when it says clear as day on my receipt sweet tea with no ice. also sometime the fries aren't so good they can be super chewing and over done read more

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I go to Chick-Fil-A about 3 times a week (Holcomb Bridge or Pleasant Hill locations). I don't know WHAT is going on at this location, but I'll just say it "YOU SUCK". When I order food, I expect it to be hot. If I go thru the drive thru, after 3 minutes, I expect my sandwich to be hot. Not the case today. It was barely warm and if I pay extra for cheese, it shouldn't feel like it just came out the freezer. I took it back, and sat in the drive thru while a bunch of kids (employees) are just standing around like they are chillin' at a pool party just looked around. When I finally got my sammy, guess what? It was another lukewarm sandwich with a cold ass piece of cheese. I will never return to this location. Oh, I just called and asked for the manager and told the employee (Marisol sp) my situation and she said "I'll tell the manager, they are right here next to me, *click*". Really?! read more

With all the employees working at this location, you would think the service would be incredible. Unfortunately, some of them are not nearly as friendly as they use to be. This is our go to Chick-fil-a. We've never had a problem here with the food. It's always good, considering it's fast food. The drive thru moves quickly most days. My only complaint would be that the stopped wiping off your cups if they spilled some soda on it as they filled it up. I know that's a small gripe but when you're in your car and you're searching for a napkin to wipe off your cup before it gets all over you and your console, it's a sort of a downer. read more
