However, the General Manager refused to release the order and implied that I may have read the name from the screen. What should have been a quick and simple 30 second pickup turned into several minutes of unnecessary confrontation with the General Manager. I understand businesses taking precautions against theft, but the way this situation was handled made me feel embarrassed and accused of wrongdoing when I had done nothing but come in to pick up my child's food. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking, especially from someone in a management position. Unfortunately, this experience has cost you my business moving forward.
