Very rude. Walked in and was not greeted by any staff. Went to the counter to order... the cashier with longgg white hair and face mask didn't acknowledge me either. This was the best Fazoli's I've ever been to. I don't write reviews for fast food spots as much, but this deserves some praise. Everything tasted great. The restaurant was clean. And they weren't stingy with the breadsticks. The young lady working the register may be a manager because she was expertly telling other staff what to do to keep everything running smoothly. This is our go to stop on any road trip! The service is quick, we always use the drive thru. The food is hot and fresh. The breadsticks melt in your mouth, they are so good! The baked lasagna is a favorite with great flavor. We can't believe that this is fast food, it tastes like a sit down Italian restaurant. It is close to a freeway exit so it's a quick stop. There is a Walmart and other fast food nearby, as well as a gas station, so it's a great one stop shop if you need other things. read more

Love Fazolis but this location had us messed up on a road trip. Breadsticks were gooey dough like not fully cooked, nasty the way they would stick to your teeth. The pizza slices were somehow overcooked so the crust was somewhat hard. Probably just a bad kitchen staff, but disappointing to have nothing go right with the meal. read more

The bread sticks are good but really down hill from there. For the price, the meat pasta sauce tastes like out-dated canned sauce with no bright tomato flavors at all. In general, I like Fazoli's business model: fast food with a bit of style and substance. Its basic Italian-American food, in most cases nothing to write home about... pastas, average pizza, salads, soups and all you can eat breadsticks. You order at a counter, like any other fast food place or deli. What stands out, if you're dining in at least, is that the food comes on non-disposable plates or bowls. The silverware is metal, rather than disposable plastic. I can't think of another fast food chain that does this. In addition, once you order, they'll bring the food to your table. They may offer to grate cheese on your entree as well. They might come around with a tray of breadsticks to see if you'd like more (or you can head to the counter, off that's easier). Nice touches. This location does things pretty well. If driving on a trip to the east, we tend to get hungry around the time that we reach Eau Claire, so this place comes in handy for a quick, but nice, bite. read more

I've had a good variety of items from the menu over the years, and have never been disappointed by what I've gotten. I went Fazoli's because we like there food and breadsticks but when we went Through the drive through we went home and eat at the table there's hair in my meal and I have to eat breadsticks for dinner because my baked Alfredo has hair in it!!I called Fazoli's and they tell me that they're going to send me a coupons it's been over a week and I have received no coupon and they say when I called back to ask about it that I have to wait another week and then if I don't receive it I should call back! I just tried this place out. After downloading their app I was offered a free baked spaghetti with my drink purchase. They grated fresh cheese on top and it came with a warm breadstick. Very tomato'ee! They had someone walking around as well with a basket of fresh breadsticks. What a great fast food option compared to burgers and subs with a 5 dollar lunch menu. Serve your own drinks and tea, sweetened & unsweetened are available which I love I don't do soda. Unsweetened Ice Tea is the ticket. Give it a shot! read more

I just don't understand their wings and prices. With tax you pay over $1 a wing and you get these small little wings. They should be pay by weight and not number of wings. As is, is a rip off. Unfortunate because they are delicious. read more

Ordered kind of a strange and large order they asked us to pull forward as it would be a few mins they came out with some breadsticks and a drink and apologized for the wait they made our order to perfection and were super polite and amazing what a great experience. Good place to get quick Italian if you have a craving for it but not the time to go to a sit down restaraunt. Quality actually depends on time of day, I have gone there and had it taste like it was fresh made to order and tasted amazing, and where it tastes like it had been under a heat lamp for a little while, but still tasted alright. Ever since this restaurant has new ownership, the quality has suffered. The food is never fresh or even served in a timely manner. We ate there on Oct.31 at 1:57pm and it took them 20-minutes to get the food served. My wife and I had Chicken Parmigiano and Fettuccine Alfredo with Baked Apple Crostata for desert. The Chicken was cold and the Fettuccine sauce must be from a powder mix because it was chunky and gritty. Add to those disappointments, the Baked Apple Crostata was disgusting. It was served on a hot plate, but the Baked Apple itself cold and actually felt frozen in the middle. We have given this place three chances to serve, at least, good food but they have failed badly each time. We'll never be back and spend a dime with them again. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in here wanting a good quality meal and got garbage on a platter. The fettuccine was cold as ice, the soda machine was broken, and unlimited breadsticks? Yeah right. I asked 3 times for breadsticks and had to wait over an hour for them. Not to mention, the servers were disrespectful. So don't come here because this place is full of rude people with dump food. Figure it out.
