This used to be my favorite Chick-fil-A but lately it's been so bad we try to avoid it all together. The last three times we have been missing things from our order. If it's not something missing they make us pull around for close to 10 mins every time. I don't know if this place is under new management or what it is. This place is now like an over priced McDonald's. Was cut off from making my order only to find out they changed it to deluxe chicken sandwiches (paid for the sandwiches since I didn't want to hassle them to make 3 regular chicken sandwiches instead). At the window since I wasn't able to finish my order I asked for a large water without ice. After working a long shift I can't even re hydrate, because some diet soda was clearly added to give it just enough of a bad taste. Later get home to find mayo instead of honey mustard. Never had a problem with a chick-fil-A up until I visited this location. TLDR: Didn't get what I ordered and wasn't even allowed to place my full order. read more

I frequent this chick fil a with my kiddos and this review is because of the kind and gracious staff. I brought my 3 kids under 2 in today and one of them spilled my entire iced coffee. One of the team leaders (Vina is her name I believe...she speaks Spanish and is so kind!) rushed to help me and even said "my pleasure" with a smile when I thanked her for mopping up the huge mess. Another employee rushed to kindly get me another iced coffee and they didn't make me feel bad or seem annoyed in any way. Thank you for being such good people and not making me run for the door due to being overwhelmed and coffeeless! read more

Food was good and hot. The service was not bad, but different from the quality of service we used to get in Virginia. We could see employees on their cell phones behind the counter, and it just seemed "slow". That said, facilities we're clean and we'll most likely come back to give them a second chance. read more

We just moved near this Chick-fil-A, and every single time we have gone our order has been wrong. Either we are missing an item, or my salad has cheese on it (which I request off due to an allergy). Which means we have to pull back around and since the lobby is closed we have to wait to waive someone down. Not to mention most of the time we go there the wait is INSANE. I have never experienced such slow service from a Chick-fil-A. I will say the staff has been friendly each time, but they just can't seem to get it right. read more

My friend and I just placed a Doordash order at this store. Both orders of fries weren't even half full! The large fry order was only about a third full. At first I thought it was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had but by the end I can now confirm its the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. It was their pleasure to make me wait for 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered breakfast because that's what was on the menu and then they gave me lunch. They didn't have it ready so I had to wait another 10 minutes in the parking lot for them to deliver the food. Chick-fil-A was perfect in my eyes until today. Really disappointed. read more

This chick fil a does their job very well. I always enjoy sitting inside at this location the employees are very friendly and they always hook you up with as many refills as you want. The food is always great and I love that they actually bring it to your table, at the chick fil a in Glendale they will walk it 2 steps away from the counter and that's it. BAD, BAD, BAD customer service. This was the 3rd time they give me the wrong order. But this time I went back to let them know. The manager Annabelle and her assistance was very short and rude. When I brought it to their attention all they keep saying "well we fixed it what else do you want". This location is very proud of their speed, but they forget the most important thing, customer service. I have one hour lunch break, it takes me 15 minutes to get there and 15 minutes to get back. But when I came to work and realized they give me the wrong order so I went back (another 15 min each way), by the time I came back to work my lunch was over. Like I said this was the 3rd time in two weeks they give me the wrong order. I am not happy the way they handle this situation, but I am sure they are not going to lose any sleep over just one customer like me. read more

This chik fil a used to be great. No matter how long the drive through line was, you could get through in less than 10 minutes. The last few weeks, however, they've been incredibly slow. It's taken over 20 minutes every time I go through now. Not sure what changed, but I won't be coming back till they get it situated. read more

I work for a nursing home and we do fast food days for the residents and not only were they willing to enter in all of our orders, over the phone, but they also let us pay for each order separately and handled the payments, bagging the food and writing all the names on the items. I took my daughter for a little Friday night date. Wanted to use up two rewards since they were earned and very disappointed. Her nuggets were not even edible, including my spicy chicken sandwich plus our fries we did purchase weren't cooked fully. the kale salads are old and shitty half the time. I try keeping the order simple since I can't trust the salads, so i order 4 chicken strips only, and I get 3 strips sometimes, nuggets sometimes...its fun. you just never know what you'll get. TONIGHT I wasted a bunch of time trying to get "food" out of there....paid...got the beverage (which I never order, but it was a long day). Ended up giving back the shake, getting my m9ney back after a couple of tries from one of the children that are in the building "working?". Disaster. my mistake for ordering chicken. what was I supposed to ask for the I won't be asked to go sit 8n the lot on the other side of the building letting the shake melt while they bring me a salad and chicken strips eventually.
