New drive thru and still one of the slowest chick fil a's I've been to. I don't understand that at all.

I came at 9:20 to get dinner. I'm getting off work and I have a 26ft long work truck that I drive all day. The lobby closed at 9 but I asked since I couldn't go through the drive thru if I could just make an order with someone at the door and wait outside. They said no!! It's nice to see everything operating as usual again I generally love all of the Chick-fil-A teams however, I will say at this location the younger white females are always have such a negative tone towards other females, especially women of color. I'm very sensitive to Tom and so when I'm in the driveway and the employee is clearly dissatisfied as soon as she hears my name, I'm reluctant to continue ordering because I'm afraid of what she's gonna do to my order so just something to be aware of tone matters you should definitely teach your younger female staff to be aware of how they carry themselves if they're going to continue to be your drive-through voice. and I'm directing this, particularly to the Burnett, who is working in the drive-through at 4:10 PM today. I can honestly say this is probably the worst chic fil a I have ever been to. But it's my fault I keep going back. I can honestly say I'm not. After this time. They always get the order wrong even when I put the order ahead of time it takes them forever close to 30 minutes to come out and bring out your order. I love chic fil a and have never had a bad experience in my life but today I had a terrible experience with the quality of the food. Every time I have their food it tastes fresh/great/perfect. Today the fries tasted terribly old, dry and stale. The chicken sandwich was the worst part. The chicken was obviously old and had laid out for some time; you could just tell by the crust and there was barely any chicken in it. Most of the bites were just pure crust with no chicken. Not to mention the tomatoes looked absolutely disgusting and old; very mushy looking and not appetizing whatsoever. Very poor experience and it's super disappointing to have a meal like this while I also work in the food/service industry and was looking forward to a good meal. At no other store do I have this problem, but at the Chick Fil A broad way, they always mark my order as ready, when it's not ready. I called today because they did this once again, after waiting for 20 minutes and having our name forgotten, we finally got our food. When we got home they didn't give us any sauces. I spoke with both the MOD, and she also apparently spoke to the district manager and after asking for a refund the most they could "offer me is a sandwich and fries," when they delayed our order by 20 minutes, marked it as ready for pickup early, and forgot all the sauces for our order. read more

By far the quietest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been in. Then again, I got here around 10:45 on a Saturday only to discover breakfast ends at 10:30. Lunch it was. I got my usual. Chicken sandwich. Waffle fries. Cookies and cream shake. They brought our food outside and were even nice enough to throw in a chicken and biscuit for free. Not sure why these review are so low, I've been here a few times, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff here are professenal and incredibly friendly! My last trip here especially showed that. I was waiting at the window for my food to come up and Greg, the person who was at the window, was really friendly and made small talk while we were waiting on my food (which didn't take long at all). It's the little things like that that make the customer service here great and that's what keeps me comeing back. Every time I've been here it's been very quick and I see the staff here busting ass to make sure people are fed in a timely manner! Props to y'all... Keep up the great work! read more

I am a fan of Chic-fil-a in general. I like what they stand for and the quality of food and service that they offer. Unfortunately, you can find with an owner-operator franchise there can be issues in consistency. This location is one of those with inconsistency. I will give this to them that there staff does have really good customer service as they are very friendly and caring. As for their overall service though it is hit and miss. If you are even close to being in a hurry do not attempt to make it to this location as they will either get you in fast or you will be stuck in a living never ending hell. There is no in-between. I like to patron Chic-fil-a in the mornings when I'm in an hurry as they offer a pretty good line up for breakfast items, but with the inconsistency in overall service you could be there for 10-15 minutes waiting. Now I know that is not a great deal of time in the overall scheme of things, but when you are seeking fast food this is crazy long when you are typically in a hurry. Every morning I get the same thing. The #7 which is the chicken egg bagel sandwich with hash browns and orange juice. You'd think that being in the Denver metro in the morning that they would have these ready to go along with any other breakfast product. You'd be wrong and find yourself wondering why it is taking so long. Today's visit was my last to this location as it took so long I literally had to leave without my order in hand. I arrived at 7:19am and at 7:31am I had no choice to leave or be late for work. I work literally one block away so I know how long it takes to get there. So my breakfast today is an $8 orange juice as that is the only product that the were able to deliver. I know each day will be different and that fast food is still fast food and takes time to prepare, but from observation (and being late twice due to inconsistency) it would seem that this relatively new location has a lot to work out for meeting service standards. I won't say that I won't ever patron Chic-fil-a over this issue and last failure of service as I still like the company overall and what they stand for. I just won't be visiting this location moving forward. You've been warned. read more
