My husband and I decided to dine in and from the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and welcomed by at least two employees. All the workers were friendly and professional. The inside restaurant was clean with fresh flowers on the table. The grilled chicken sandwich meal was filling and tasted awesome. Glad this location opened in Everett! We stopped by around 7 pm on a Thursday to order takeout. There was a huge line in the drive-through, so we went inside instead. The staff took my order and served it efficiently and promptly. I also noticed them cleaning the floor frequently. service was quick due to being in the mobile pick up drive through. which, greatful, due to the lines inside & drive through getting long quickly was pretty fast & efficient, but to fast that we didn't realize that they were missing food from our meal. thankfully, was able to get a coupon for a free one though :) the parking lot is pretty large, so the double lanes go by pretty quick ! haven't been inside as of yet, but will update if that ever changes the grilled chicken nuggets were fresh & you could taste their seasonings. 12 almost didn't seem like enough, but by the end of tossing them into my side salad, i felt very satisfied ! read more

Good help is so hard to find... And this is such a place, look, I love fried chicken but this place has been missing a lot of shots and I'm not sure why. Although, it seems like there is a high turnaround rate, so maybe that is one of the reasons. It feels like every time I walk in there I see new faces. They've missed fries, condiments, and they've put a sloppy mess in the bag. I mean c'mon... I've been in this Chick-fil-A often, and every time I was there, I got great service and great food

First time having chick fil a. I ordered a deluxe spicy sandwich meal with a cookies and cream milkshake and two kids meals with fried nuggets and grilled nuggets with waffle fries and Mac and cheese. Firstly the size of the nuggets were small. They were like little bits of chicken. Almost like popcorn chicken sized. The grilled chicken nuggets didn't look very appetizing but were tasty. The potato wedges were great and the Mac and cheese tasted like a cross between kfc and homemade. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and you could see that they weren't using reconstituted chicken. The best thing was the dining area and washrooms were kept clean and modern. Service was very good. I would choose to come here again. read more

I have got to say: I don't understand what all the hype is around Chick-fil-A. At the same time, I need to note, I normally do not do drive through dining. It is unhealthy because of the amount of deep frying they do, and it is really hard for me to figure out the quality of the products they use. So! Being outside my own comfort zone, I decided to give the new Chick-fil-A in my neighborhood a try. I ordered the 3-piece chicken strips, waffle fries, and diet Coke (meal). I live close by, so drove home, opened the bag: #1. Issue, no diet Coke, they forgot it; #2. Issue: 3 tiny little hunks of chicken deep fried in a HUGE amount of batter; #3 NOT an Issue: the waffle fries were okay - actually pretty good! #4 Issue: $12.58! Seems pretty steep for some tiny little chicken strips and fries; #5 NOT an issue, the service was pretty fast with 20 or so minimum wage employees running around. #3 and #5 are why I gave 2 stars instead of none. However, I won't be back! There are several healthier places I can go (MOD Pizza, Basil Pho, Chinese take-out) and get at least two meals (one now and leftovers for at least one meal later) for about the same price or less. Idk how this location only has 3 stars. The customer service is immaculate. I came in the other day and asked if they had stickers because my friends kid was whining that they had stickers and wanted one. I went in and asked and the kid behind the counter said unfortunately no but I have the next best thing, hang on, and proceeded to give me a cup of ice cream for my friends kid instead. He absolute did not have to do that and it was a gesture of random kindness that made my friggin day. I come here quite often as I live close by and they are always so fast and kind and prompt. With this location being VERY new (less than 1 week I think), I wasn't expecting too much. With all new places especially food chains and in a busy area like this one, things can get chaotic but our experience with the service was excellent! We went on a Saturday evening and it was very busy. The drive thru and indoor dining were both full. We went through the drive thru and things went smoothly. When they were taking our order we didn't feel rushed at all (even with the long line behind us) and they were very thorough making sure they got everything right on our order. Jess and Joshua were the ones who helped us and they were very friendly and attentive. Also I want to say how challenging it must be to be outside in the rain and 35 degree weather taking orders when it's so busy but they were all smiles. They provided excellent customer service. The drive thru has multiple lanes and a system for how they do things and they both ensured they explained where to go and what to do next. It seems they have a good system in place to deal with how busy it is. Thank you Jess and Joshua for being great! The only negative is that we were missing fries for one of our meals. Great food, but service is a bit lacking. I came by one morning on my way to work to pick up some breakfast. I was in a different drive-through lane as I had placed a mobile order, while everyone else was ordering at location. Despite having been there for a bit, they kept serving the customers who were ordering in person. After multiple cars had gone by, they finally came over to my car to check and see what my order was, brought me just the shake, and then I waited a bit longer before the rest came out. The food was, of course, up to Chick-Fil-A standard and tasted really great. However, I was definitely surprised by the service as I'm used to them always taking great care of all customers. I'd have understood if they were really busy, but they weren't, and I was the only person with a mobile order the entire time. Quite disappointed by the service at this specific location! ALL other Chick-fil-a's have stupendous customer service and food quality. I l've been to the Everett location twice, once drive thru and the other dine in. When we ate in the lady that dropped our food off did not appear to be friendly at all, the one cleaning tables had no smile nor did she greet customers. I will say the person that took my order was nicely mannered. Drive through customer service is sub-par. Drive through order I was given the wrong sandwich. I asked for whip cream on my frozen coffee and they wouldn't do it, but they put whip cream on my milkshake. I tried to pay for a cup of whip cream on the side to out on my milkshake, they would not do it. (Honest- I really wanted a cup of whip cream on the side so that I could give it to my puppy......they would not do it, would not even let me pay for it!!). This is the best Chick-fil-A I have been to in the Puget Sound area. The team members are always friendly and display an exceptional work ethic when they interact with me. The food is always fresh and my order is always correct when I visit this Chick-fil-A to the point I feel confident in driving away and not checking the bag because I know my items are present. Over the weekend I came here and tried their express drive thru lane which was convenient and fast and when the team member brought my food to my vehicle it was like grabbing a bag of food from a friend. Second time at this location. The first time was good service everything was fine I was by myself . Tonight I went there with my family of 3. I ordered 3 meals and one sandwich. When I drove off something told me to make sure my order was correct because the kids working the window were a little Squirrley. I checked my order and sure enough I was missing a sandwich and a fry. I have never had a messed up order from Chick-fil-A ever their service is always immaculate.. I went back to tell them my order was wrong. The kid at the window got his manager and the manager argued with me and said that's what I ordered. I told her my order and I told her the lady that took the order repeated it back correctly but it's not correct. She eventually corrected the order but was very rude and argumentative. This is very disappointing. I probably won't go back to the Everett location.. I actually don't know why I'm surprised because it is Everett. Normally I never write a bad review no less for Chick-Fil-A, but on Thursday 5/9/24 I went in meal was good as always and everything was going smooth. I went to go throw away my trash though and as this was my first time dining in at this location I noticed it was one of those automatic opening disposal set ups, I go to wave my hand/tray infront and it doesn't open it hasn't even been 15 seconds right and one of the employees an older lady walks up and gives me a nasty glare like I'm stupid and punches it open. My bad I didn't push it open as quick as you wanted, a simple hey just push it open it might be too full would have sufficed but nope guess that wasn't good enough. Will just use the drive thru or door dash if this is the case. But I wouldn't recommend eating in if this is how someone gets treated.
