I don't know why I've never ordered anything from here before today but based on the meal my wife and had I know we'll be back. The restaurant is an older building with a classic burger joint decor with a muscle car theme. We ordered from a straightforward menu there's the usual items chicken and fish options besides the burgers which is what we went with, the deluxe cheese burger she got the onion rings and I went with the fries. While we waited I got to look around the place it wasn't too crowded but as we got our meal it started to fill up. My burger was salted while cooking which I like the American cheese along with the fresh bun and fixings made for tasty bite. The fries were hot but pretty standard but their homemade tartar sauce was a good dip kinda like what is at a burger small local chain. I'm going to order one of their milkshakes next time they have a bunch of flavors to choose from. In closing Mikie's is one of Everett's under appreciated burger places give them a try you'll be glad you did! read more

Good - the burgers were pretty tasty Bad - Lost order & wrong order, blamed for it all We came in with two tiny (1&3) kids and two adults. Ordered the same thing for the kids, and the same burger for both adults - one as a meal and one just the burger. 20 mins go by and it turns out our ticket just got .. lost? So we waited with two hungry kids for 20 mins before they even started making our food. Food comes, and my burger is wrong. I go up, tell them, and walk away thinking they were going to fix it. Another 10 mins and someone comes to our table asking if we were still wanting the burger we actually ordered and that we need to pay a dollar something for it. At this point, it's been 35 mins since we ordered and I still don't have the burger I asked for in front of me. The person "helping" us argued that nothing was their fault, they must have read the order back and I didn't correct them (we order two of the same burgers!) so I'd need to pay (not the issue, it's like $1) and wait some more for the right burger. I gave up and ate my by-thay-point cold burger. Honestly, this could have been so easily fixed. We were fine with our order being forgotten and I would have happily exchanged the burger I got for the one I ordered. We have been coming to Mikie's for years. The food is always delicious and the customer service friendly. We always get the same few items. My favorite is the bacon cheeseburger (no lettuce or tomato or onion) with small fries. And a piece of their delicious fish. It is always hot, fresh, and tasty. read more

I really enjoy coming here! The food is no frills and so delicious! I usually come here with my dad who loves the decor and the simplicity of the burgers. (Brings him to back in the day..) the kids food has previously been served in cute little cardboard convertible cars, but last time it was in a bag which I was sad to see. This is probably my favorite place to stop and grab lunch. We love their burgers and frys. My wife loves the fry sauce and I love the tartar. My son gets the everything off the kids menu, and that's rare that he will eat everything. Staff is always friendly, we have never had a bad experience coming here. A couple of my ladies went to lunch here as recommended by one of them. I had a fish sandwich. One lady had a mushroom burger and fires. The other had a single bacon cheese burger. Are they a lot more than McD's of course. meal was $32 with tip. they delivered our drinks first and then the food and it was delicious. The biggest fish sandwich in the area. I've been to Mikie's several times, including 10 years ago and during COVID. It's exactly what it purports itself to be. No frills burger joint with fast service and good prices. Very Solid burger joint in Snohomish County. The burgers are no frills and don't add any of that fancy extra stuff. The food was served piping hot and was cooked perfectly. Bacon was chewy and crisp, burger was dripping... Just an absolute great burger. Also the milkshakes afterwards were great. The service was pretty fast considering the crowd. We arrived just as lunch rush was starting and the servers were very nice and our food was served promptly. Also the bathrooms were very clean. The parking can be a little tight to maneuver because of the drive thru lane. We didnt see any highchairs for our little one, so be prepared for sitting in a booth if you have kids. read more

The interior is decorated in retro style. Great ambiance. We picked up a Grampa Triple Burger, Single Cheese Burger and a butterscotch milkshake. Service was very fast. This place is an old fashion small diner. The decorations are on point. They offer traditional American food such as burgers, fries, milkshakes, etc. i would say the food looks better than it tastes. The chocolate peanut butter milkshake tasted good but too thick and sweet so a regular size was too much for me. Fries were a bit soggy. Fish and chips were ok. The price was fair but i guess you got what you paid for. We ordered at the counter and we were charged for two burgers when we ordered only one. It's a good thing we looked at the receipt. Had to update my previous review: We did stop going for a couple years but decided to give them another chance since it's been a while and I have to say, lately Mikie's has been killing it. The food has been great the last few times we've gone. Hot and crispy fries, delicious burgers... everything has been great! I haven't gotten any onion rings since last time I reviewed but I'll be getting some again soon. I was even randomly given extra bacon on my double mushroom melt a couple weeks ago and extra tartar for our fries last night which was a welcomed surprise haha. Service has been fantastic too. All around 10/10 for us. We love that they've gotten consistently better lately and we'll be continuing to visit! read more

Went to use the coupon they issued in NW Clipper only to be told by the young lady at the front counter that they can not accept an e- coupon in NW Clipper web site that I had called up on my phone. Mikies is a staple in Everett. I didn't grow up here but my husband did and Mikies reminds me of the ranch drive in bothell. Really great burger and shakes. Family owned and very community oriented. They do seasonal shakes which is fun and the inside is like a 50s dinner meet race car. They employee high school kids so they can sometimes be shy or not have the most outgoing personality but it's fine. read more

Chocolate malt was delicious I am glad they added whipped cream to cut down on the sweetness . Onion rings are generic food service type nothing special. This place was so yummy!!! I was in a mood for a cheeseburger and looked up where the best place is to get a cheeseburger in Everett. Somehow I managed to get on to Reddit and several people had raved about Mikie's! I had a few hours to kill before picking up my kiddo so I took the trip over and I am so glad I did!!! Their cheeseburger and fries were so delicious! They have a root beer shake that was incredible and made my taste buds so incredibly happy!!! The employees were all so professional and kind and went above and beyond to help me out with my 3 pups! Oh! An added bonus!! They offer an amazing "Pup Cup" filled with peanut butter, whip cream and topped off with a little dog biscuit! So adorable!! Just don't feed it to them in the rock area where the outdoor seating is! If your dogs are anything like mine the rocks got into the peanut butter so I had to throw a couple of the little treats away! I didn't even think about the rocks getting into the treats! So feed them outside of the rocky area! The inside of the restaurant was so fun and it was a clean and safe environment to be in! Not happy with this place. I'm from California. Out here visiting family and decided to try this out for lunch. Two adults and two toddlers for lunch. Going thru the drive thru since the kids are getting antsy and we want to get back and take care of the newborn. Well I'm on a pretty strict eating routine. So I ask for no bun and no onion and no sauce for my grilled chicken. I cannot believe they charged me for NO BUN. Like you actually pay extra at this place for NO BUN. This is crazy. They are saving on product and I'm paying for them to keep the bun. They also charged me for cheese which I was told comes on it. Overpriced as well and NOT very good. Receipt is in the photos. I guess it's not that expensive if it was good. But it wasn't good. Next time I will go to McDonalds. They don't charge me to keep the bun and they also don't charge me for cheese when it comes on it. read more

Just wanted to post a quick "nice job" to this place. I was driving through Everett today, actually headed to another lunch spot, saw this place and thought, "what the heck." My first time there (I live 30 miles away, give or take) and I thought it was great. I had a chili dog and fries, with tartar sauce. Fries were fantastic. But recently their fries have gone way downhill - I prefer a crispy fry and the last few times we've ordered fries they've been undercooked and soggy. The food should be more consistent. My last meal from mikies was terrible. My fries were soggy cold and under cooked.
