This is a decent burger. We ordered at the counter and grabbed a table. Grab a table when you can, the location is pretty compact. The food came out quick. My burger was loaded with a mountain of lettuce and tomatoes, I had to pull a bunch off to fit it in my mouth. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was cooked well. The toppings were tasty and the bun was fresh. The burgers are 1/3lb and are very filling. The fries were crispy and the fry sauce on the tables really helped amp them up! I Love Love this place. But whatever new staff they hired this past week...s. dude., All of our burgers were ovrercooked, fucking hockey pucks...They weren't that busy, but the right hand, didn't know what the left hand was doing. Absolutely wow Giant burger was massive 2/3 lbs double patty, tender, juicy, hot charred and most importantly well seasoned. The provolone cheese melts into the burger. The buns were toasty. The veggies were crisply delightful. The inside itself was moderately small and I could guess fills up quickly at lunch. It was very clean and their menu had any type of burger you could want. The burger I ordered(the Hawaiian w/jalapeño's) was delicious and juicy. The toppings were fresh and it had that cold/warm crunch that I look for in a burger. I subbed waffle fries(I think was $2 extra). You could tell that they change the frying oil frequently. They had a nice crisp and good flavor. Prices were very affordable. It was great! It's in a parking lot with lots of food options. Kind of in the middle of nothing but still not far from HWY 99. There is a lot of parking. I ordered online for pickup. Ordering was very easy and fast. It said my food would be ready at a certain time and it was. It only took them about 15-20 minutes. The cheeseburger is really good. The beef patty is high quality. All the toppings were also really good quality and there is a good amount of them. The bun was nicer than just a regular hamburger bun. The fries were really good, too. The prices seemed about average for the area and the amount/quality of what you get. The people working there were very friendly. Dry and Salty That is the best way to describe the Cod Basket. As someone who over salts a lot of the time, that is saying a bit. I didn't add any salt to the fish. Only the fries and the fish was more salty than a pretzel. I was expecting beer batter as that what is shown in the picture on their decor and the menu but it was more of a panko. That is my fault for not asking but just know that is what you are getting. The fish was good quality but way overcooked. While far from the worst I have had it isn't a place I will try again. I was in the mood for fish and chips but didn't want to go to my normal haunt. I wanted to try something new. Price per portion was pretty good and seems on par with the place I normally go to so if you like the food this way this wont disappoint. I don't have much information about their burgers. However. their fish and chips (and yes halibut), are the best. In my opinion, there's no better option for fish and chips in Everett. Ivar's isn't as good. It's ok, but not he same. If there's a fresher way to have fish, I don't know what it is. There's no fresher tasting fish and the bead crumb exterior is fantastic. The options are cod or halibut and I have no issue at all with their cod but I just happen to prefer halibut (so good). The people who run this place are in the business of making great food. Period!
