Seems to get better the more we go, which at this point is pretty much every Monday for military Mondays! Their sauces are amazing and the chicken is so yummy. But the true asset is the customer service. There is no other restaurant, let alone fast food place, where the staff is as fast, attentive and polite as Chik fil a. It's seriously beyond all other places and makes everything else seem like crap. I don't know how they manage to have the best staff in the world, but I applaud and respect it so much! Not typically a fan of fast food. It's actually been a few decades since we've had any. On a recent Saturday we were out shopping and decided to stop in for a sandwich. It was SUPER busy being a Saturday and being right around noon. But they had employees everywhere keeping things rolling. The ordering process was a well oiled machine. In less than 3 minutes we had ordered and probably 3-4 minutes after that we had our food. The chicken sandwich and fries were fresh, hot and tasty. I have a very sensitive stomach to processed food and I have to say I felt fine. So if you try to avoid fast food but find yourself wanting/craving/no other quick options ...I recommend this Chic fil A! read more

I wish more businesses were run like this establishment. Every time I have been there, not only is the food amazing and fresh...the service is above and beyond. I went through the drive through the other day and one of the two happened to be down. Most would think screw this and just give up. But no! I stayed in line and figured it was worth the wait. Well wait I did not. They had three employees outside with iPads to take peoples orders and it was quite fast and efficient! The order was correct when I received it and it was delivered with a smile. The inside of this location is always clean and the staff is always very nice. More businesses seriously need to play by these rules and step things up. read more

So it's Chick-fil-A so the food is obviously wonderful, but I mostly have to review this place based on the service! Oh my god! They are so amazingly friendly here! It's ridiculous. I went here last night and went through the drive thru. We ordered a Dr. Pepper and the soda fountain was running low on syrup. So I went inside to get a new one and to let them know it was running low and was once again met with an extremely friendly person. Immediately the guy was sincere, poured me a new DP, had me do a taste test and then promised that I would never have to see the other one again. Great location and always clean. The food is good, service is good, but overall I find the prices too hight for a takeout place. Also, if this location is packed continuously with a line around the building and taking up the parking lot all the time then why can't they just fix the intercom so I don't have to chat with one of 3 people always standing around there to take the order of each car? Why is there a group of people just hanging out when I could just say it to one person? The lines are ridiculous and if I want to shop at a nearby place (lowes or kohls) or exit thru the parking lot to the street front, the lines are always causing a traffic jam. Very inconvenient. They need a better location or setup. Always have to check the food bag too. I order for a family so it is a problem when I get my sides forgotten, the garnishes on the sandwiches, and why are they so stingy with the sauces? I ordered enough meals for 6 people and got 5 sauces even though I asked for lots. I asked for more and the guy gave me 1 more! Seriously? At the prices they charge for a meal, I could get a plated meal at a diner that has more food. You can't find better fast food than chic-fil-A! Now that the app and rewards program are running smoothly it just got even better. I love ordering from my car so that it's ready when I arrive for a speedy in and out and back to my day lunch. Also, regulars will get freebies almost constantly and no need to have anything scanned or phone number inputted, the app handles everything for you. For me, it's way easier to browse the menu at my pace as opposed to scanning it while going through the drive through. The customer service is truly next level and the food is awesome, especially the spicy chicken and (though not the healthiest option!) the waffle fries which are amazing! The only negative is this location can be tricky to get in and out of but they are simply out of real estate and just too popular but don't let that stop you, check it out when you have a hankering for chicken. Amazing food and amazing staff. We went through the drive through earlier today and ordered a pretty big order, 5 meals. We took the food home without checking the bags. When handing the food out we noticed we were missing a sandwich. So I called up the store to let them know. They had a manager bring the sandwich to my home within 10 minutes. He was extremely apologetic and even gave us cards for a free meal!! I have never had a company do so much to right such a small mistake! This is the best Chick-Fil-A store, bar none!!!! read more

We order lunch for our staff at Auffenberg ford from this store on Saturdays and every time they have been amazing. The food is prepared very well and the service is top notch. We usually order for a staff of about 20 and everything is so well organized and easy. The spicy chicken sandwich is a must along with the extra crispy waffle fries! Today I understood. It is the quality of the employees that make so many people love Chick-Fil-A. I have eaten at Chick-Fil-A a few times and never really understood the following. As a single adult on my lunch break I have felt pestered by staff wanting to clear my table, and the drive through is just a drive through. The food isn't outstanding (I do enjoy the carrot salad though). And the prices are a little higher than other fast food joints. However, today I was a mother alone with my infant. The restaurant is very clean, even the high chairs which have wheels and each have a new disposable bib and wet wipe placed on them. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way. They are better than most waitstaff at moderately priced restaurants. They also have many events for children to make the restaurant a destination for family time and activities. read more

While the food is no different than any other Chick-fil-A, the service is what sets this one apart from all others. They are courteous to you from the moment you walk in the door and know how to take care of the customer. Over the past year I've been given free sandwiches free meals and free cookies. Not because I'm a returning customer but just because. They bring your food to your table if they're busy but most of the time the food is ready before you even step away from the counter. Even during the lunch and dinner rush the maximum time I've waited for food is maybe three minutes. They have dedicated staff to keep the dining room clean and come around and ask you if you need drink refills. This place is absolutely amazing. Let's not forget the indoor play area for the kids.
