During the current pandemic, I've had a bad meal from Jimmy John's (completely the wrong sandwich) and a good meal (tonight's #15 Club Tuna Unwich). Tonight, the order was perfect, beautifully wrapped (the folds and tape do matter) the right pickle, the right chips, perfect. If I could get it this way every time, then we'd order more often. We live out of town but stopped by to pick up a large catering order. The sandwiches were fresh and the order was fine. Waiting for the order we noticed dirty tables and a pile of dead flies in the corner under a sign. Management needs to train these kids to clean. read more

JJ's has reached the pinnacle of speed. I've been ordering sammies from the app lately, requesting ASAP, and they never fail to have my order ready ASAP, and it's always correct. I love jimmy johns. The bread is always fresh and doesn't stink like subway. When I'm in the mood for a sandwich we always go to this one. The people are always friendly. I love the #16 LuLu. It's turkey and bacon. Hubby likes the #8 Billy club. I love the chips too! You can always count on fresh, fast and yummy! Everytime I order a delivery, they take way longer than they should. I like the sandwiches, but I honestly could get pizza delivered faster and it wouldn't cost all that much more. I love to come here and grab a bite to eat. My favorite is the number 9 with hot peppers on it. Yum! The only issue I have when I come here is they don't allow me to just jack it in the open area to get some extra flavoring in my sandwich. I LOVE JJ subs! Best thing to have for lunch. Drivers are always very nice and they get here quick. The only complaint I have is the delivery charge is really high and it seems they charge you a fee on each sub ordered. For example, on the JJ's menu I have (delivery driver gave it to me just last week), the price for a Club Lulu is $5.99 but my receipt says $7.75. The chips and soda were also different from what the menu said. I don't mind a delivery fee if it is going to the delivery driver but it doesn't. Per the man who answered the phone and the delivery driver himself, he does not get it. All in all, good food, great people but go pick it up yourself! read more

I give this place 4 stars because I love JJ's. I've been here more than I've checked in because I'm in and out so fast I wouldn't even remember to do so. I have eaten in which it's always clean and a friendly hello from all the employees and always someone to tell me have a great day as I walk out the door. Sometimes even before I've paid my sandwich gets handed to me. So if you need a fast bite and don't mind walking in to get your sandwich it's a great place to go. I even requested JJ's plate platter for my my wedding lunch for bridal party and family. I always and will always get the #16 club lulu. Can never go wrong with turkey and bacon, I never get mayo or tomato though their mayo is delicious. I opt out for the healthier option of the Dijon mustard and put some onions on it. Cheese is extra if you wish to have some. Their salt and vinegar chips are amazing and my husband loves their BBQ ones. read more

If it weren't for my two most recent orders, I would give JJ's 5 stars. However this time I ordered a veggie club (no mayo, tomatoes, cucumbers, Add onions, sauce, and oregano) and the sandwich came as ordered but NO LETTUCE! I know this really seems like nothing, but we all know that half of a JJ sandwich is the lettuce. Plus it would have provided a nice crunch. AND considering I got practically nothing else on it, it was a major disappointment. The time previous to this I had ordered a JJBLT with avocado spread, cheese, and double bacon. It arrived just plain as the menu order - no extras. That time I called and complained because I paid an extra $4 for those other toppings I didn't get. They did deliver me a new, correct sandwich. I probably wouldn't be as upset if they had offered a free cookie to smooth things over. They didn't. The frustrating part was that both times on the receipt, my order was written down correctly, they just didn't follow directions. This will probably be the last time I order from JJ's. read more

I'll give them 3 stars. They are no Subway and they don't try to be. I can see why this place is popular with the college crowd - especially the men. Heavy on the meat and cheese, very few vegetable options (hope you really like shredded lettuce!) and white bread. Basic but done right and filling. The signs on the walls are a hoot. read more

This is a great sub chain. A large variety of options, all of them delicious. Delivery can be 10 minutes or less, holy crap. All very affordable too for college students, and this particular restaurant delivers until past midnight on weekends. The only suggestions I could give them would be to use pepperonis in some of their menu options and to use regular yellow mustard - I always have to use packets or put that on myself, but none of that is a big deal. read more
