I ordered the 6-piece with crinkle fries for $6.00 and a small beverage which is $1.59 per the menu board. He wanted to charge me $8.23 and I asked how he got that price. The manager credited the $1.79 price (?) and added $1.00 for a happy hour drink. Okay...they called my name and I got the chicken chunks and then what appeared to be chicken nuggets. As I turned around the other employee said "wait, that's not right." I agreed. Then he found my order and when I sat down the fries were cold, absolutely no warmth at all. So, I asked for hot fries and proceeded to finish the chicken chunks; still no fries. So, I asked for a refund for the fries that I never got and they gave me back $2.12 but not one word of explanation or apology for the multiple mix-ups. I think I am done with fast food joints, certainly this one! I know that help is hard to find these days, but service should still be taught at all levels.
