Today, as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru, I was met by Nathan, who was very friendly and had great customer service from the very beginning! I appreciate the kind service and smile! He made sure my order was correct, asked if I needed anything else, put honey, butter and napkins in my bag and handed me my order. The patties are thick 1/2 pounders and are cooked to perfection. We usually split a burger because they're so huge! The Seoul sauce is fantastic and they come with cheddar cheese and are served on a brioche bun. They have other variations of burgers, including the Bulgogi burger made with grilled ribeye, Seoul X with fire soul meat, the Soul burger which is a Korean grilled pork butt, and more. They have great fries, including garlic fries. Service: there is often a line because the food is great! But the folks manning the grill are fast without sacrificing quality. Service is friendly & efficient. They also have smash burgers, but we haven't tried them. The shakes are great and they make delicious pickles. Ambience: whenever we have been here, or was a food truck located in the parking lot of a mini-market. When we have eaten here before, they had no tables, so it was a bit messy in the car.
