Can't say enough about this place! The owner comes to your table, introduces himself in a non-cheesy, humble way, "be sure to say hi next time you're in"... dude! I'm totally IN with the owner! I visited this location for the second time ever with my teenage nephew who was visiting from England. Customer Service - As usual they exhibited the best customer service in the fast food industry. Accurate, fast, clear. Cleanliness - I thought it was "ok" clean. Better than most fast food but actually not as good as what i am used to at a Chick Fil A. There was just more trash on the floor and unwiped open tables. Actually a little strange. Variety - n/a Accuracy - Order was spot on and delivered to the table very timely. Quality - Food was good but not as warm as I am used to from a Chick Fil A. Convenience - There is actually not a Chick Fil A near my home so it's not overly convenient. Probably why I have not been here too often. Layout - The store has the typical layout with the parking lot setup to handle a long line. This location shares a lot with a large strip mall so they are actually in good shape. Value - My family has chosen Chick Fil A as their primary/favorite fast food location. The play structure area, the service, the quality of the food all make this our favorites and my favorite as the value minded family member. Other - On this day this particular location did not seem to be on top of their game. But all in all still a good place to eat fast food. read more

Terrible. Inefficient in the drive through. Rushed us through said we can get a copy of our receipt at the window but have you pull forward past the window. Given the order no receipt. Asked to add a Sweet Tea had cash or credit card waiting. The employee told me he can't go get one I could order on the mobile app. I'm in the drive thru and it would take me longer to download the mobile app and wait. Really? I mean really? I just can't get onboard the hype train that is Chick-fil-A. It's a decent chicken sandwich, but honestly nothing special. The fries are OK, but again nothing special. The service is complete overkill for fast food. So much so that it's creepy and annoying. It's the dining service equivalent of door to door bible thumping. Skip this place at lunch time if you want a reasonably mellow dining experience on your lunch break. Reason being: for some reason every stay at home mom within fifteen miles brings their entire horde of kids here for the free daycare. read more

I am a repeated customer of this place for the last few years, until today. We ordered 5 chicken sandwiches, and 5 large fries at the drive-thru. After receiving the order that came in 2 bags, we pulled up to get out of the way and checked to make sure there is nothing wrong with the order. There was just 4 sandwiches and 5 fries. No big deal, we parked in the parking lot and I walked in asked for the missing one. The owner came out, said that she was the person who boxed our bag, and insisted that she had placed 5 sandwiches in the bag. I invited her to check the bags and our car (a Lexus RX350, for crying out loud!), which she literally did, and she still refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake. "I know that I put 5 sandwiches in the bag. There is nothing I can do for you!" she said. "Are you calling me a liar? To get a free sandwich?" I asked. "I did not say that, but I know I gave you 5 sandwiches!". I could not believe how rude one person can be. I will not visit this location again. read more

When I go when it's crowded my order is correct. When I go and it's empty, my order is always wrong. Example: I paid almost $9 today for a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combo... when I got home, I opened up my bag and there's no sand which, but an 8 piece chicken nugget box. Not even close to what I ordered. The person taking my order heard me considering my receipt had the right order. This is the 3rd time now in 2 months this has happened. This place is horrible with the mobile orders this is my 5th time mobile ordering it takes me 10 minutes to get to this chick-Fil-a location and I get there and have to wait 10 more minutes or more and my food isn't ready. I see other people that are barely ordering getting their food within minutes. I don't see the point of mobile ordering if you can get your food by the time you get there. They denied making me breakfast too when I mobile ordered it before 10 am. They did give me regular chicken sandwiches but it's still upsetting not getting what you ordered because the cooks didn't want to cook anymore breakfast I order my food at 10:50 by the way and said that was too late. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a "restaurant". First of all, every time I go to this location the employees are too busy talking to each other rather than the actual paying customers. It's horribly unprofessional and definitely not the standard I think Chick-fil-A holds as a company. Second of all, they always and I mean ALWAYS mess up our order. It's a simple order that shouldn't be that hard to fufill. A spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. And tonight I sent my fiancé to get us food because im at home with our newborn, I was looking forward to what I ORDERED because I haven't had a chance to eat today, and they managed to screw up the whole order. Neither of our sandwiches had cheese and neither of them were spicy. This will be last time that I go to this location. Garbage execution of food service. You guys need to stop talking to each other about what you're doing after to work or whatever else is so important in your life outside of work and actually work. This place is awful. The chick-fil-a in Foothill is my favorite chick-fil-a. I will drive out of my way to hit this one. The service is great the Manager(owner?) is setting the standard for his staff well above what you would normally see at a "fast food" restaurant. The staff is always attentive and almost overly friendly. When ever we stop in(and it is frequent) someone asks us how we are, how is my husband or where is your friend today? The food is always great, but its chick-fil-a. You can get it at any one of their restaurant's. We defiantly come back for the people here. read more

Outstanding. They are clearly doing something special here. Their take on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is superb. They do something different with their fries compared to other locations. For some reason, they are still making the old raisin and carrot salad. The food here is just top-notch. However, the best thing about this place is the management and staff. I've found everyone I've dealt with to be kind, thoughtful and efficient. The boss is doing his job. I'm always pleased to come here with or without my three kids. You should be too. read more

Miranda took my order in the drive thru, when i asked if they had a menu she said she didn't have one! No problem, but not everyone knows their exact order when they arrive to chick-fil-a, im not sure why they cant have menus available before you place your order!?! I requested my fries well done & Miranda said "we dont do that!" Ok, my mistake! I then tried to order a large shake & she said they were "sold out" & she offered me a small... Maybe Miranda was having a tough day cause it certainly showed. When I pulled up to the next employee to pay for my order she notified the store "DONT MAKE THAT SHAKE A LARGE make it a small" she noticed i heard & asked me to pull up. Perhaps the employees felt like a small would be better suited ... not sure?! Either way it was a weird interaction, & moving forward i wont be returning to this chick fil a, i'd rather visit a business thats willing to assist the customer rather than make them feel uncomfortable. We visited Chik Fil A today for lunch after my daughter's soccer game. It was crowded and busy, but you never would have known it from the behavior of the employees. Our order was taken promptly and happily. Come here all the time with no issues. I enjoy the food and kid friendly atmosphere. Today there was a older man named mark working the dining area cleaning up and refilling drinks as well as telling his little helper what to do. While i was eating he came to the table next to me and was disgusted by how dirty the table was left. He looked at me and said did these people seriously leave the table this way? I just shook my head. When it was my time to leave i made sure to clean my table well but was unable to grab the last cup and few straw wrappers as i had three children with me and didn't have another hand to grab the last few items. I started to walk out and i saw mark tell his helper to ask me to pick up the rest of my trash. His helper did ask me to pick up the rest of the trash and i was shocked as i have never been asked to pick up my trash from a fast food restaurant before because i always leave the table pretty clean. I feel mark is unhappy with his job and it was very unprofessional. Normally Chick-fil-A employees are extremely nice. Disappointed to have experienced this today. read more

I don't know about the other reviews on this yelp page, this location is always on their sauce game, and the chicken is always robust and juicy. I'm not sure what these other people are experiencing, I feel the love of the Lord every time I eat at this location. I'm driving home as we speak with 15 sauces in my bag. I've gone here at least once a week ever since this place replaced Wendys. After multiple consistent drive thru experiences of something going wrong, tonight was the last straw. I came through the drive thru tonight for ice cream cones. I was disgusted when the girl working the cash register at the drive thru was totally manhandling my cone with her bare hands after touching money and god knows what. She had long painted fingernails and was touching the cone with her bare germy fingers (not on the paper holder part). Completely gross. I asked her to remake it, and she went to another male employee and stared into my car while audibly talking about me.
