I have no complaints about the food quality--this location has always had quality food and my meal today was no different. However, their processing of mobile orders is horrendous. They do not provide a "Order for Now" or "Order for Later" option so they don't prepare anything until you have arrived to the location and clicked on the app to say you are at the store. I live about 3 minutes from this location but didn't want to deal with the line so I ordered my one sandwich and waited about 15 minutes before leaving to pick up my food. I figured I would be in the store for about 10 seconds just to grab my food off the rack but I was there for almost 20 minutes with many other customers who had also mobile ordered. One other customer stated nicely to an employee that it seems to be counter productive to have customers order ahead of time when they still didn't make the food until the customer arrived. The employee stated that they have to wait because they don't know when the customer will arrive. The same customer then stated that it seemed to be a longer wait for food doing mobile ordering than just going through the drive thru during the lunch rush (which it was. Cars at the end of the double drive thru had already gone through the whole drive thru and left by the time I got my food.) Moral of the story: don't do any mobile orders with them. It's more worth your time to order directly at the register or use the drive thru. read more

My favorite chicken sandwich is still the Chick-fil-a Original Sandwich. (McDonalds and KFC would call them crispy, a non-marketing person would call them Southern fried or deep fried). The seasoned crust holds together all the juices inside the chicken breast. Brownies ala mode highlight their unmatched vanilla soft serve ice cream. Less well known is the cheesecake, which is probably the richest, smoothest slice you can find anywhere. Breakfast is also good, but pricey. There is no animal style here, but the menu has far more healthier choices than In-N-Out: salads, wraps, and grilled chicken sandwiches. Georgia's Chick fil A draws a lot of comparisons to California's In-N-Out. They are both Christian owned businesses (Chick Fil-A even closes on Sundays), managed by internally promoted employees (not rich franchisees who buy in), paying their employees well, delivering courteous service, and making above average food for slightly above average prices. In-N-Out is built on beef, and Chick-Fil-A is almost entirely chicken based. Both are carried on a highly devoted fan base. Not everyone loves Chick-Fil-A. The "crispy" sandwiches occasionally get soggy in their foil wrappers, and the grilled sandwiches are honestly better at other places. The wraps and chicken salad sandwich are prepared way in advance, and as such, they are usually dry. If you want a chicken salad sandwich, Arby's across the street has a great one for about the same price. I go to KFC for fried chicken, and I go to Chick-Fil-A for fried sandwiches and waffle fries. You can slightly off-set that Southern fried grease with sugarless beverages you can't easily find elsewhere: Diet Dr Pepper, Coke Zero, or their in-house Diet Lemonade. (for sour lovers only) Like In-N-Out, it's very popular, and the lines can get long. Parents, this location has an enclosed playground. Where Chick-Fil-A always shines brightest is customer service. The operator of the store, himself a former associate from the South, spends every lunch picking up tables, talking with customers and working behind the counter. Every staff member is equally gracious and courteous. "My Pleasure" is the corporate catchphrase, and it always reminds you of that good food and Southern hospitality works in California just as well as it does in Georgia. read more

Frequently go to lunch here with 5+kindergartens from my daughters' class. Staff and other patrons are friendly, and welcoming. They create a cozy family environs and have diet dr pepper!!! Always clean, friendly and speedy service. Happy to fork over $ to support this establishment. Check out their fun and well organized "date nights" for dads/daughters or moms/sons. I've been to this location countless amounts of time and never really had a issue except the lack of emotion by some employees. I enjoy going to this location because the food is good and it's the closest to my house. But recently I've had extremely bad experience. I went through the drive through and they forgot to give me half my food. I came by and told them my situation, he claimed he was the manager and I was lying... thus I called customer service over 4 time leading to them saying each time that the owner of the location will call but he still hasn't. Last week I came by at night with my 10 year old son through the drive thru. I had the same guy who claimed I lied. As I handed him my card he drops it and says "fuck". Say what you want about Chic Fil A, religous, political and social issues aside and of couse the fact that you cannot get a burger here, it is still one of the top two or three fast food chains for value, quality and cleanliness. As a Foothill Ranch resident, we pay a lot of money to live here. The Foothill Ranch Chik-fil-A USE to be amazing! Now in recent months this location in particular has gone down immensely. I hate to write bad reviews but I feel like I would want to know if I haven't visited a specific location, what I would be in for.. In the last 4-5 months, this location has went from a 10/10 to a 3/10. I work right down the street, thus why going to this location so often. Now let's get to the issue. They have not got my order correct EVERY SINGLE TIME I have went here. They are extremely rude (I asked for ketchup and the girl literally rolled her eyes at me and said, "if you would of checked first it's already in there". They will make you park your car and wait 10-15 minutes while they make your food. Then when you receive your food, it is incorrect. If you don't like something (i.e pickles, cheese or some sort of sauce, you will get it on your sandwich. They will give you the wrong drink, and forget your fries. I wish I could make this up, but that is why I give them a 3/10. It's horrible! They have all new rude, young, little asshole staff. Save yourself the frustration and go to the in-n-out that is right around the corner. Save your money & frustration. read more

Very bizarre drive-through experience. The woman taking our order must have had a bad morning. Asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. She replies back saying we can't do that, we only do that with chicken. I said I don't understand do you have sausage? She says yes. I then say ok I want a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. She says we can only add sausage with the chicken. I say ok take off the chicken and replace it with sausage. She says ok. Get the order at home and of course I get a chicken biscuit with sausage. If I'm stopping at Chick-fil-A for breakfast it's because I didn't have enough time the night before or day of to make myself breakfast. I visited this location for the second time ever with my teenage nephew who was visiting from England. Customer Service - As usual they exhibited the best customer service in the fast food industry. Accurate, fast, clear. Cleanliness - I thought it was "ok" clean. Better than most fast food but actually not as good as what i am used to at a Chick Fil A. There was just more trash on the floor and unwiped open tables. Actually a little strange. Variety - n/a Accuracy - Order was spot on and delivered to the table very timely. Quality - Food was good but not as warm as I am used to from a Chick Fil A. Convenience - There is actually not a Chick Fil A near my home so it's not overly convenient. Probably why I have not been here too often. Layout - The store has the typical layout with the parking lot setup to handle a long line. This location shares a lot with a large strip mall so they are actually in good shape. Value - My family has chosen Chick Fil A as their primary/favorite fast food location. The play structure area, the service, the quality of the food all make this our favorites and my favorite as the value minded family member. Other - On this day this particular location did not seem to be on top of their game. But all in all still a good place to eat fast food. read more

I am a repeated customer of this place for the last few years, until today. We ordered 5 chicken sandwiches, and 5 large fries at the drive-thru. After receiving the order that came in 2 bags, we pulled up to get out of the way and checked to make sure there is nothing wrong with the order. There was just 4 sandwiches and 5 fries. No big deal, we parked in the parking lot and I walked in asked for the missing one. The owner came out, said that she was the person who boxed our bag, and insisted that she had placed 5 sandwiches in the bag. I invited her to check the bags and our car (a Lexus RX350, for crying out loud!), which she literally did, and she still refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake. "I know that I put 5 sandwiches in the bag. There is nothing I can do for you!" she said. "Are you calling me a liar? To get a free sandwich?" I asked.
