Came here for dinner on Monday night to use the Box Combo bogo with my husband for dinner. This is the first time I've actually ate at this location. They have a small outside patio in case you want to sit outside or bring your pup. Inside is spacious with lots of tables. The restaurant was busy today both inside and the drive thru but the wait for the food did not take that long. I applaud this Canes because the chicken were actually decently sized here! I went to a different location a couple of months ago and their chicken were a little small. I felt like this location also gave more fries than others. I'm not sure if it's a one off situation and I just got lucky or if this location has better portions. read more

Raising Cane's is my 1b to Chick Fil A (hard to take the place of that crack chicken!) and I swing by here after a good workout at my nearby pickleball facility. My go to is the box combo with extra fries. I love the crinkle cut fries and the right amount of crispiness and salt. The main star of the event, the chicken fingers are always delicious and not overly seasoned so you can add sauces to your hearts delight. There is plenty of parking available since it's located in a strip mall near Target, etc. The inside is large and spacious so you can definitely dine in but I usually do take out since it's more convenient for me. Please note that the drinks included in your combo are self-service so you'll need to fill up your cup at their drink dispenser. Texas toast is solid as well but I prefer their fries given that I am addicted to crinkle cut fries! Looking forward to my next visit! read more

This is a first visit for us at this location. Impressive to be immediately greeted upon entering; we were able to walk right up to the counter to place our dinner order. I like the open atmosphere here offering a variety of seating options: high-top tables, regular tables, booths with padded benches, and outdoor tables (with high and low seating). In addition, ample parking. Fortunately, it wasn't busy when we arrived, allowing us our choice of seating location! Our experience would have been nicer had I not had to wipe down our table and booth's seats prior to sitting. Our orders were ready within a short time frame; the chicken and fries were both fresh-off-the-fryer piping hot and tasty; the bread was delightfully warm and soft; the very small serving of cole slaw offered a little crunchy & tasty variety to the (rarely ordered by us) fried food. We really enjoy Raising Cane's chicken and fries (and hubby loves their Sweet Tea!); just wish there was more on the menu to cut/complement/balance the fried food. Nice location! read more

Anyways, we are happy to have multiple Raising Cane's not far from our home. We come here a lot. We love the chicken. It's always fresh, juicy and that sauce...so good. We totally love that they have unsweetened tea, delicious lemonade and carry Dr Pepper. This place is pretty spacious with plenty of tables and some outdoor seating as well. The tables are wiped down with disinfectant wipes by the staff. Service from everyone here from the drive through or at the counter, has always been nice and professional. The drive through has two lines and they move quickly even when it's long. We are trying other chicken places, but we seem to always come back to Raising Cane's. Well, so much for Raising Cane's for me. Decided to give this place a try after not having RC's for a few years now. I honestly was not impressed the last time I went (El Toro & 5 fwy), but beings that there is such hype about this place, I figured it deserved another shot! When I arrived this location was not crowded at all, there was only 1 other person in line and it was noon on a weekday, I thought for sure it would be busy, so kind of surprised and worried at the same time! I ordered and got my food pretty quick. I got the 6pc Caniac Combo, and although I got my food quick, the French fries and toast were already kinda limp and not hot at all. The chicken was still warm and a bit crispy, but since the last time I came, they must have started using runt size chickens, my 6 pieces were literally not much bigger than Chicken McNuggets! So basically I paid $20 bucks for McNugget sized chicken, cold and limp toast and fries. The Cane's sauce was good, sadly I ordered 2 extra Cane's sauces (paid extra) just so I would have plenty for my chicken and dipping for my fries too. Ummm so yeah, it wasn't needed, there wasn't enough chicken to dip, so I had a couple extra Cane's sauces and no chicken. Now, if Cane's starts getting chicken strips that compete with other places it's just not worth it to come here for really good Cane's sauce. Great convenient location in the middle of Foothill Ranch with lots of parking and easy access. I normally use the app to order, even if eating there. The food always is ready by the time I get there so there's no wait. If I do have to order, the staff is friendly and also gets my order out quickly. It's a nice clean store with a lot of seating, including a good amount of outdoor seats. That's especially good when I bring my dog, Luna, so we can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. read more

I had an excellent first experience at Cane's Chicken thanks to the outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by an employee with a big, genuine smile. Since it was my first time, she took the time to recommend what to order, which I really appreciated. The food was fantastic--fresh, hot, and delicious. What truly stood out, though, was the extra level of care. The employee, Rihab, personally brought my order to me instead of just calling it out, and she kindly checked in to see if I needed anything else. She made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Today it was not busy at all, Saturday around 3 pm. Nice and quiet. Semi clean inside. Inside seats could use a little cleaning. We sat in two, first one was sticky, second one just had crumbs so we just wiped them off. Service was good, cool and pleasant cashier, very welcoming. Quick service. Food came out fast. The drive-thru had always a car or two, quick service. Food was also good. Crispy chicken, crispy fries, and delicious bread. The women's bathroom could also use a look over. It was clean and busy, so it looked promising...and the chicken I had was good, but I couldn't finish it, nor did I want to take the rest home. I have time today. I hope this review is equally funny as is infuriating. Large signs touting Leprechaun Lemonade to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. My two daughters (5 and 7) are super excited and beg to come back today to get this green lemonade. I drop them off at school and they are raving about getting the drink after school. Wife texts me to pick up the food on the way home as one of our daughters is sick. No problem! I'll come home and be an absolute hero with colored water and sugar. I pull up to the drive thru and a lady is perfectly stationed in the middle of two lanes and far from the intercoms. I show grace and slide past her without a scratch. Pull up to order, and place my order. "What would you like to drink?" "Leprechaun Lemonade!", I said with slight embarrassment. I proceed to the second window and exchange pleasantries. "Sorry for the wait." she says with mild sincerity. She hands me a drink carrier with 2 kids drinks and 2 regular. My lemonade, yellow as is any other day. So I ask, "Are the kids drinks green?" She turns to her partner who prepared the drinks. "One is green and one isn't" because that makes perfect sense. So without asking they make a Leprechaun Lemonade and hand it to me. She was laughing with her partner asking if the regular lemonade was ok regular. My anxiety tells me that she was laughing at me. I pull forward and take a look - a light hue of green. I take a look at the other - a darker hue of green. It was raining and I contemplated going back in to correct. I proceeded home and plotted a plan to mix the two drinks to avoid a melt down(s). Their soda machine is usually broken, the drinks are not properly carbonated nor do they have the proper amount of syrup. The location in foothill is pretty new! I never got to see the inside due to Covid but the outside looks nice. There are 2 drive thru lines which is great since the line at other raising canes is crazy long. My go to meal is the four piece combo. I don't like coleslaw so I ask to switch it for extra sauce. You can also substitute for extra bread or fries. I also get either their sweet tea or lemonade. I got to the front and my food wasn't ready. (I ordered 5 meals) They told me to park at a number on the side. Once the food was ready they brought it out.! Also, the employees were nice and everyone had masks and gloves on. read more

Ever since this outpost opened, my kids have been rejoicing since we used to travel to the Harbor Blvd one or the other recently opened up 17th Street one to get our Cane's Chicken Finger fix. I've ordered the 100 fingers plus large fry tray for a party, and that was ready exactly at the time we specified, and super hot! We've gone through their easy drive thru with dedicated one way thru lanes (how they manage to do this with Chick-Fil-A in the adjoining lot is a true festivus miracle). When I received my 100 piece tailgate, about 20% were tiny fingers. I forgave them due to the volume ordered and I was in a good party mood. To be or not to be is the question. Kevin Alvin may be the best server I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant is the answer. We arrived at Raising Canes in the late night, me and my girlfriend were starving, and things were looking bleak as if we were about to be mauled by rabid dogs, but an angel flew down and erased the dogs and wiped the tears from our eyes creating a sense of peace we never feel again. That angel was Kevin; we drove into the drive thru and his soothing greeting immediately brightened up the dark time of night we arrived at and his patience as we ordered showed an understanding of hospitality only seen in the finest establishments. Then we pulled up to the window and there he was, already drinks in hand and offered us ketchup even though we had forgotten to ask before. Before swiftly handing us our food in pristine condition. As we indulged in the food back at home it proved to taste as pristine as it looked, an unforgettable experience that I will definitely bring us back. I love Raising Cane's because they only do chicken tenders but they do it right!! There's no hemming and hawing over the menu. It's just a matter of how many fingers you want or do you want a sandwich? The chicken always tastes so fresh and it's always perfectly cooked. The crinkle cut fries also are always a hit. I can do without the coleslaw and Texas toast but if you're a fan of those, they aren't too shabby either. I know one of the biggest complaints about Cane's is about their lack of providing Ranch dressing. Look, Ranch dressing is EVERYWHERE. If it's that serious, get some from next door at Chick-Fil-A. But honestly, Raising Cane's wouldn't be what it is without their Caniac sauce. Worst F'n canes ever. I work nearby and thought but was a convenient place to get food on my way home from work. Twice they took my order and I waited around 10-15 minutes for my food to be ready. The first time I counted 7-8 people, the second time it was a solid 11 people, who ordered after me and got their food before me. Twice I had to come to the counter and ask for my food. The first time I chopped it up to a mistake, second time I only have to guess it's the color of my skin. I look nothing like anyone there.
