This is one of my go to chick-fil-A's!! I rarely ever have complaints regarding this location because they work well as a team here! If you are a frequent diner at any chick-fil-a you need to download the app ASAP, and scan it every single visit to get FREE FOOD!! I am a die hard chicken bagel egg and cheese girl for breakfast and a chicken sandwich with a side of waffle fries for lunch or dinner! I do enjoy they cookies (which I think are a bit pricey) and the milkshakes but I don't get them often. I have notice that the quality of the fries (meaning them being hot) has diminished a bit. I have actually been given cold fries from here before. So make sure you check the temperatures of your fries. The employees are really nice and some of them have been there for a while which is nice to see they aren't just running through employees. The parking lot is pretty tiny and can be a real pain at lunch but so far it seems as if people are trying to make due with the situation. All in all the retiring is normally clean and the employees are normally very nice!! They will see me again!!

My first time at a Chick Fil A-- and I loved it! The staff were especially friendly. I came in with my performance group and we ended up singing for them and they gave us those stuffed cows!! I'll be back soon!

It adds to the atmosphere and I hope that they never remodel. It's like walking back in time. There is ample parking and an entrance for the bar or dining room. The bar area has lots of seating both along the actual bar itself, as well as other tables throughout and around the pool tables. The staff is super friendly and attentive even when they are very busy. There are lots of regulars and you can see that this place is a staple in the community based on the relaxed atmosphere and down to earth hospitality. They have pit beef/turkey/ham on weekends that are served on homemade rolls. They also have platter options. The menu also offers other things for lunch, as well as sides. The dinner menu has many other offerings as well. The bar has 6 beers on tap, as well as many other can/bottle options. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. Lots of items are homemade. The portions are good and the taste of what we ordered was great. Definitely a place worth the stopping by.

Black Friday Lunch at Wargo's! Visiting friends in HarCo…read moremeans lunch at the Legion or Wargo's! Yesterday was pit beef day but an outside sign "Best Corned Beef in Harford County" (paraphrased) tantalized me. I followed my buddy's lead and ordered the Wargo's Reuben. Thin sliced, no fat and probably the BEST Reuben I've had not just in Harford county but Metro Baltimore as well. Amazing! Wargo's, I understand, sources from a butcher in PA and not the kosher houses near Baltimore. The accompanying potato chips and pickle slices made the Sammy more enjoyable. Service friendly and top notch. Prices on the menu are reasonable and competitive. Atmosphere warm and inviting. For me at least, Wargo's is worth the 25 mile ride. Why did they leave Parkville anyway?

Title: Newly Renovated McDonalds with Great Customer Service, but Dirty interior…read more Customer Service - 5 out of 5 Wait time: 5 out of 5 Cleanliness - 2 out of 5 Atmosphere - 4 out of 5 Food order accuracy - 5 out of 5 I recently visited this newly renovated McDonald's with my son, and we decided to dine-in since we had some time to kill. The interior looked amazing, with nice decor displayed on the walls and a layout that was different from any other McDonald's I've ever been to. Although customer service is still available, I could tell from their new layout that the restaurant is leaning more towards contactless service, which I'm personally all for it. The customer service was extremely good. I was greeted by staff as soon as I entered, and my food was brought out to me in a timely manner. The order accuracy was great, nothing was missing, including the extra condiments we ordered to have with our breakfast. The only downside was that the interior was dirty. Although we were there for breakfast, it was apparent that the trash was from the night before because there were french fries throughout the dining room, as well as straw wrappers, and ketchup packets. The tables were also sticky from soda residue. With a score of 21 out of 25, I give this restaurant a B.

3/5 stars: "My Pleasure" Felt More Like "My Inconvenience"…read more I've been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for years, and the brand built its reputation on hospitality. That's why this morning's visit stung. I came in around 9:45 a.m. for breakfast. After finishing my meal, I walked up to the pickup area inside with my empty cup in hand, which at any Chick-fil-A is a universally understood signal for a refill. No line. No other dine-in customers. Just me, standing there. For about ten minutes, I watched four employees walk past me. They called out DoorDash orders for drivers who weren't even in the building. One employee left the counter to wipe down the dining room and walked right past me without a word. Another walked over to drop a bag on the DoorDash shelf, looked through me, and kept moving. I asked for a refill three separate times. Ignored each time. Finally, I stopped a young man heading back to the kitchen and asked, "Do you still do refills?" He said yes and started to walk off. I had to ask a second time: "Could you please give me a refill?" He paused, said "Sure, my pleasure," and grabbed my cup. Here's the thing. "My pleasure" is supposed to mean something here. It's part of why people choose Chick-fil-A over every other fast-food chain on the strip. When it gets reduced to a scripted line you mumble to make a customer go away, the entire brand promise falls apart. I'm not writing this to get anyone in trouble. I'm writing it because the standard S. Truett Cathy set was the reason this company became what it is, and the team on shift this morning needs a reminder of what that standard actually looks like. Acknowledging the person standing three feet in front of you with an empty cup is step one. To the operator: I'd genuinely love to see this addressed. The food was fine. The service was the problem.
