Normally I'd give chick fil a 5 stars but this location has gone down hill in the past few months. They need to block off exits because cars coming from other restaurants will jump in front of those that have been waiting. They have been getting orders wrong lately or items missing. While they are friendly and trying to keep up, they have too many new employees holding up their lines. Manager needs to come up with a revised drive thru plan. read more

We go to this Chick Fil A at least once per week. Normally, all is well. However, the last THREE times, they have messed something up. The last 2 times, they gave me the wrong dressing for my salad. 1st time, I asked for Apple Cider Vinaigrette and they gave me Light Italian. Earlier this week, I asked for Ranch & got Fat Free Honey Mustard. This morning, I got a Greek yogurt parfait & they gave me a fork with which to eat it. I am starting to feel that maybe they are trying to tell me something...light, fat free, & now a fork to ensure I don't eat as much. Ha ha ha. Please slow down. Attention to detail has always set your restaurant apart. Please return to that. read more

Normally I go through the drive thru and the employees are really nice. I brought my kids inside today and it's not as great. Neither kids meal had a toy and the guy at the register obviously did not want to be there. Normally at other CFA's someone will come ask if you need a refill, that did not happen here. The Forney location doesn't compare at all to other CFA's. read more

Just passing through town we needed something fast, efficient, clean, friendly... and this chick-fil-a was!! From the people cleaning who opened the door for us, to the cashier, and runner. John (that's worked there for almost 5 years) was our cashier and Raina gave us our food. Raina is a chick-fil-a director and I saw how she dealt with an impatient customer. She was very professional and had a big smile during the whole situation. All the lady needed was fries and Raina apologized because the fresh fries hadn't come up yet. I guess the lady doesn't understand that you can't make fries cook faster, I mean unless you don't want them cooked all the way? Patience is a virtue, and in this case Raina did amazing. I talked with a couple others and they were also friendly with big smiles. We enjoyed our quick stop, if we ever pass through again we'll come to this one. Thanks to everyone. read more

The staff are extremely courteous and fast with orders and they are correct if anything is asked for out of the norm. The drive through line even if its long goes by faster than other places. I think its the fact that they have a lot of workers there and everyone is doing something. I've been here a bunch of times and the inside is always clean with a great fun atmosphere. Its refreshing to patronize a fast food place where people seem to enjoy their jobs. I would highly recommend this location of Chick-fil-A to anyone. read more

Never have a problem here!! I always go up with a large order, and always leave with everything I asked for! And they NEVER skip out on the sauce!! This location stays busy, but I'm never there very long. Everyone is sweet and goes above and beyond to help. This is my favorite place to eat! This is the WORST chick-fil-A I have EVER been to. First off to get to their drive thru is like a maze with just one line and if you try to go to the drive thru were less traffic is they call it skipping the line and make you drive all the way around and note you are still skipping if there are no other cars in line. I got a chocolate oreo shake. I took one sip of it and it tasted like soured, rotten milk. I took the lid off and it wreaked like soured milk. The manager tried to convince me that it was too strong of chocolate taste. The same manager who didn't bother to smell the shake. I told him I know what chocolate taste like and that this didn't taste like chocolate it tasted like soured milk. He made another and the same thing. I told him something somewhere is soured. He told me that he had pushed through at least 30 shakes and nobody had complained yet. He made a third just chocolate but it was still the same. At this point I was done. As I'm leaving he informed me that it was still the same ingredients. Of course it's still going to be SOUR milk tasting if you are STILL using the same ingredients. He should have tasted and smelled it to see what I was talking about instead of arguing and trying to convince me that it was a chocolate taste. No honey, it was a soured milk taste. You can't mistake that. And you sure can't untaste it. So nasty. And the treatment by the employees, including the manager of this "Christian based" establishment was uncalled for and very unprofessional. To try to make your customer think they don't know what they taste and smell. Shame on you. read more

Wow! What service! Good food! My daughter got the fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries and loved it. This place is about SERVICE! Wow! They are efficient when they get busy! There were about 30 cars in line and they had 3 people with iPhones taking orders on the sidewalk and the line was moving fast! This franchise has innovative approaches to food and service! It's always nice and fresh chicken when you stop into a Chick-fil-A. I love it. Whenever I'm on the go and I want some healthy chicken, this is the place I search for. And the lemonade is good too. But more than anything, the service is almost always bend over backwards for you. It's great. And some locations have mouthwash in the restroom for you to use when you're done with your meal. This one didn't have it but that's ok. read more

I live in Crandall so Forney is the closest location for us to visit and I must say I am not very impressed. I am a HUGE Chick fil a fan & I know that this location is owned by the same owners as the 2 locations in Mesquite so I am surprised at how this Chick fil a rates to them. On several occasions we have been at the counter with no one around except in the back looking at us (including the managers) I have been at the counter before & when the swinging door opened the female supervisor (or manager) and another female employee were just talking and looked right at me then went back to talking have been MANY times the employees are busy talking with each other instead of worrying about taking care of the customer. I visit this location alot & the 2 scenarios above are just a few of the issues I have with location. I know there are teenagers that work here & want to have fun at work but there have always been the same age employees in Mesquite and I have not experienced the same problems. Maybe it's the management at each that is different. ?? Overall the food is normally really good but the service at this CFA definitely lacks the "Chick Fil A" service standards I am used to getting. read more

Normally it's great excellent service. Today one guy had to ruin it all drive through very rude. Plus on top of that he wouldn't put give me any mayo for my sandwiches. His words " buddy everything is in the bag u asked for" Little he knew no one asked I was in the middle of telling the guy handing me my food. He at least tried by saying mayo as well. This is a regular spot for my wife and I. The staff are awesome and friendly even with two bus loads of kids running around.

Been here with my wife several times. The food is standard Chick-fil-A food. The location is most times very busy but the lines both inside and outside move at a decent pace. Pros - Busy but lines move fast, the food is good, the waffle fries are unique and awesome. Cons - It is fast food after all, price is on the high end for fast food but standard for this franchise. Over all experience is typically good, not bad and not stellar. read more
