Just about everyone loves Chick-fil-A and I'm no exception to that fact. This is the closest one near where I live so when I'm in the mood for it this is the one I primarily go to. The only unfortunate thing is that last time I went to this one I ordered two salads and got everything we needed for both (utensils, dressing, etc.) but only one salad. We didn't realize this until we had already left the parking lot and the location closed soon after. I tried calling a few times since I knew people would still be there just to let them know but no one answered. But thankfully the next day my girlfriend was able to go and let them know what happened and they refunded us right away. Stopped by this Chick-Fil-A while heading home from a trip to Charlotte. While the food was decent in comparison to other Chick-Fil-A's the service made the experience awkward and unwelcoming. They do say, "my pleasure". However, it doesn't feel like it is when you ask one question and the manager has to be paged multiple times just to give you a sarcastic and rude reply that anyone could have told you. Of course it's a 5/5 it's chick-fil-a been going here since I've lived in fort mill and I've never had an issue whatsoever, and man they have long lines that last for hours so I credit the workers for doing an amazing job. last week when I went to this chick fil a for the first time the Mac and cheese was amazing! So I decided to try it again a few days latter at the Rivergate location it was horrible barley cheesy, so I figured maybe it was just the location ! So went back to this location and it was horrible again !!! Very very disappointed ! I feel like I'm searching for the original one I had that was so so good ... there was a Cheese pull and everything it not only looked good but taste amazing ! Politics notwithstanding, we decided to hit Chick-Fil-A as a Black Friday breakfast before going to the stores. It was pretty great. We each got cups of coffee; she got a chicken biscuit, and I for a bacon, egg & cheese. My food took a little longer, which I didn't understand, but I suppose it was a bit busy in there. She said hers kind of fell apart, and she was keeping it together with ketchup. My biscuit was very solid and tasted quite good. The bacon was thick and plentiful, and the egg was fluffy without disintegrating. The coffee in both cases was piping hot, and I burned my tongue on first taste, but it made for good road sips. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, as usual and as always. read more

The fire brigade showed up and they hate gay people. I can't believe that when I showed up on Sunday they wouldn't let me in to get that tasty chicken. I must've been banging on the door for 30 minutes before anyone told me it was closed. The fire alarm screeched my entire meal. However, I got lots of free food when everyone ran outside. I wish there was a zero or negative rating to choose from.....I was unfortunate enough to go thru this location's (1600 Hwy 160 W in Ft Mill, SC) drive thru a week ago! It was 2:30 in afternoon so no lunch rush! I placed an order, gave the attendant my card which he swiped & I made my way thru the MAZE FROM HELL to the window! I was informed at the window that they did NOT have my order! I told them I'd placed it & my card had been swiped! Their response was, "if they did not have my order, my order was never placed or paid for & I would have to reorder & let them swipe my card again!" You CANNOT get thru the MAZE FROM HELL without placing & paying for your order....it's impossible! (And I later proved that I HAD PAID for this order as my card had been charged!) I did not want my card charged twice so I refused! I informed them that I am diabetic & since it was 2:30, I was in serious trouble & needed food to get my blood sugar up so I would not pass out & have a seizure! This did NOT matter, either I reordered & waited for food (it was a special order) & let them swipe my card again or no food! I left without credit to my card or food! I contacted the corporate office & a week later was contacted by the franchise owner's (Michael Crosby) mother, Nancy! She turned out to be the antichrist of business or at the very least, the antithesis of what Chic fil a is suppose to epitomize (courtesy or at the least, civility)! She was obnoxious, rude, aggressive, dismissive, condescending, & a ban-chi from hell! I would have rather dealt with the IRS! Seriously! I just wanted my order filled or credit back to my card! After talking to Nancy, I now know why this incident happened and progressed to the point that it did! From a PR perspective or a litigious perspective, a diabetic should have NEVER left this location without food that she'd ordered and PAID for......but after talking to Nancy, I now understand the problem! read more

I'm not one to review fast food stores, however this Chick-fil-A has really surprised me with their quality of service and attention to detail. You can tell that the employees here are very committed to their work and respect their jobs, as well as the managers. It's not only the fresh food that keeps me coming back, but it's also the exemplary service from the entire team working here. I experienced wonderful hospitality from Mrs. Margeri today. Also wanted to give a huge shout out to the drive thru process here. With the volume y'all receive at lunch it's truly impressive that you can get a customer through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. Huge props! read more

Politics aside...what's not to like about Chick-Fil-A? The food is great and the workers must be trained to be helpful and pleasant. A playground for the kids gives the parents a chance to talk amongst themselves. Most people cut through the gas station next door to enter the parking lot...this is an accident waiting to happen. read more

This Chick Fil A has changed a lot. About 2 years ago they had excellent service. I nearly always have to go back to get my order corrected. I have avoided negative criticism thus far. Even after I had to get a sandwich replaced twice due to them using spicy chicken instead of the regular chicken breast and it still wasn't assembled properly after the second attempt. I stayed away for a while after that. So, today I go there for breakfast (not my idea) and yet again a complete mix up on the order at the window. I thought I had it straight after correcting the cashier at the window. I checked the receipt to make sure she keyed it properly. She did. However, I drive off and just like clockwork the order is wrong. I didn't check to make sure the two containers in the bag are chicken minis which is what I ordered. Neither is chicken minis. I have a biscuit in addition to two orders of hash browns which I didn't order. So I had to turn around and go back again. This Chick Fil A does not have good customer service. The manager in the morning is the absolute worst. She's helping to fill orders and does not pay attention to detail. I'm critical because I eat at Chick Fil A all the time, but I have found other restaurants in the area to be just as courteous and they get your order right! I travel to Columbia a lot and I never have problems with the Chick Fil A's down there. Charlotte never gives me problems. Rock Hill's Chick fil A's are on point too. Baxter Village needs to get there act together. read more

Once I waited in line for a good while and received a free 3 piece chicken fingers and the manager apologized. I was not upset but I am 24 and most people do not care about the younger crowd and only cater to older individuals...so I was very grateful. read more

I love this Chick-Fil-A. They are always very quick, polite, and have outstanding customer service. The only negative thing I have to say about this chick fil a is when going through the drive thru and putting my order in, they always ask what dipping sauce I'd like with my meal, "barbecue please". Expecting sauce in the bag when handed to me, 4 out of the past 5 times, the barbecue sauce has not been put in the bag. Was not the experience I expected. Breakfast burrito had more peppers and onions than eggs. Chicken biscuits and minis were dry. Didn't have a good variety of sodas or menu items that we are used to. We were told,"well the owner doesn't like the spicy chicken or rootbeer so we don't serve them here." Really?! I was so disappointed in this place.
