They're very meaty and what I really like was the flavors you could taste through the heat. Their blend of herbs and spices would make the colonel blush. Next time I go I think I want to spilt an order of tenders with someone and get the first 4 levels of heat (including none) to compare. This provided a full size patty cooked to medium rare with juices trickling from the gentle, loosely packed beef. Full-coverage Vermont cheddar added silky richness, red onion jam added contrast, and tomato and arugula added vegetation. The star, at least visually, was the bacon: crisp, yet soft and bendable, with glorious color. Flavor was even better, with a deliciously strong cure. The whole package worked beautifully. One of the better burgers I've had this year for sure. -- Fries (a $2 add-on to the burger): A big stack, hand-cut (they also have hand-cut sweet potato fries), cooked just to the point of crispness while leaving a little droop and fluff.
