The AI can not understand special orders, I.e. "No Ketchup." How is a system that is flawed on all special orders helpful. At the first window, the crew member could not communicate due to a language barrier. The second window staff could communicate politely; however, she seemed overwhelmed. All receipts are a special request, and delay the drive through. For this, a manager needed to be requested In the end, the experience was negative and half the family got the wrong order Wendy's, you can do better and have in the past. Please re-prioritise customer service. I will stop by and update this review in hopes of improvement, Jim
