Living Howell I have Chick-fil-A just down the street, but I will come to this one, when on the other side of town to while running errands. Drive through line, hasn't been as long of a wait for me the last few times I have gone, not sure if it is just the time I am there, or the line is just moving along faster. I usually get the 2- 4pcentree chicken strips and 2 large lemonade without ice. This way I can take my time eating while I am driving around, doing all my errands without bottoming out. Went there for curbside pickup. The food was literally thrown at the face. So rude. If the staff came out to deliver the food, at least have the courtesy to hand it over nicely. Don't shove it on the face. The food comes out cold. Fries were ice cold. read more

I'm a Chik-Fil-A customer for over 25 years. I've been to MANY locations up and down the East Coast. I've never written a review, but have been meaning to about this particular location! Get it together! This stuff isn't cheap. Frequent mistakes at this locale. Today. No dressing for my salad, but thankfully I checked bag before driving away. My salad had humongous pieces of romaine not cut up. Plus the center lettuce "heart" was in my container! Please do better. Take some care! Have never experienced this at other locations. read more

I went to this Chick Fil A last night; I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and THERE WAS NO CHICKEN IN THE SANDWICH. (I included a photo I took last night) By the time I opened up the sandwich (I brought it home to eat) the store was already closed, so I couldn't go back. Being tha t this a new location , everything is setup very effectively. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I had bad timing I came for lunch and I was only probably 4th in line and ended waiting around a 25minutes for just a sandwich and fries which I kinda upset about because I was on a time crunch . The staff let me know that their toaster? was down and it effected all the orders which kinda sucked. But overall was happy when i got my food as it tasted very good ! read more

I love this Chick-fil-A! They opened relatively recently and my family loves the connivence of its location. I love the friendliness of the staff, it's always clean, and my food comes out very quickly every time. I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich (add pickles!), or a milkshake if you want something sweet. read more

My visit this afternoon during lunchtime was definitely different from the recent reviews. There was no line in store surprisingly and the ordering process was smooth, especially for our $100 order. First day opening, wait was 10 minutes from taking order to receiving food, not bad for Chic Fil A. Food of course was warm and delicious. Staff seems super friendly at this new location. Worst drive thru setup of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Two lanes cause absolute chaos and ordering from a worker with an iPad instead of seeing the full menu screen is horrible. Workers are miserable too which I feel for them because this setup clearly is not working. I've been to many Chick Fil A across the country and never seen this type of mess before. Food quality was also lacking from their normal standards. Fries were over salted, chicken sandwiches were soggy and cold. Drinks didn't come with straws despite asking for them. Everything felt off here, avoid this location at all costs and visit the well established locations nearby. Night and day experience. read more

Ordered 2 four count chicken strips entrees. Paid for both. Received the bag and did not realize I needed to check the bag as the job shouldn't be so hard that reading comprehension is an issue. 1 is 1. 2 is 2. They gladly took my cash, but screwed me on the food. So now I paid just shy of 20 dollars for 4 pieces of chicken and a bottle of water. Ridiculous. Hire smarter people, it wasn't even busy as I was the ONLY drive thru customer. I'm not going back. Terrible. read more

Lines move better compared to 4 months ago, but now there seems to be a large quantity/quality issue. I see lots and lots of buisness at this location. Does a manager check the quality of the food? Seems to be managment issues. The sandwiches had dark brown old nasty oil dripping off and were double oil fried foul tasting. Old oil and get a manager that actually dies quality checks!! Best nuggets we ever had, and the barbecue chicken sandwich with bacon and Jack Cheese with a side of Mac & Cheese. I've given this chick-fil-a plenty of chances and they always let me down. We've been going for lunch around 1130/12 on a Tuesday or Wednesday with no one else there. I've waited 25 minutes for my salad because there wasn't any prepped. They offered me a free milkshake card, that's not what I wanted considering my family finished eating and I didn't even get my salad yet. They have a lot of people working there but it doesn't seem like anyone wants to put in the work to make this a better establishment. Super disappointed. read more
