I ordered the online steak burger meal. It was delicious. It came with some things I have not ordered before. Frozen coke drink, fried jalapeño bites and cherry fries. Everything was great. The Asian manager was great. He did an amazing job on assisting me with an order to earn rewards points and a 10 dollar burger gift card to redeem. After a looooong wait in the drive thru, I'm watching the gentleman who works the drive thru window. His black facemask around his chin, he picked his nose as he's getting my french fries, then drops the brown bag on the floor, picks his nose again then picks up the bag to put my french fries in. I did a review on this location a few years ago and it's disappeared. Funny how that happens, isn't it? They tore down the old building and put up a new one. New building, same sad, pathetic service. This place is a joke. The owner needs to know what's going on in this establishment. The other night I was waiting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes no one was talking my order so I got off drive thru and went around front. while I was pulling up to the front parking space I noticed one of the workers was sleeping on the bench inside the restaurant as soon as I walked in, he jumped up and asked me can he help me while the music was playing so loud I barely hear him ask. There were 2 other workers just goofing around and I asked why didn't you respond when I was calling you from drive thru and he just looked at me and turned away. After I left I looked back in, the one worker, who was sleeping, locked door and went back to bench to go back to sleep. The owner needs to fix this place. I'll never eat at this establishment again. Went inside last night to order . While waiting for food I saw one male worker with mask hanging off ear mixing up the chicken fries with his bare hands when noticed we were inside put mask on with nose still exposed. Continued on to make chicken sandwiches again putting lettuce on them with bare hands! I wanted to say something but my friend didn't want me to . Hands down, the tastiest and freshest Whoppers and fries in the area. Best I've had in Jersey thus far. Whoppers were well made--meat was freshly grilled, buns were soft. Fries were hot, fresh--lots of fries (not chintzy!). Great service, too--looks like the manager took our order--very friendly, helpful. Restaurant is also very clean. After being stuck in drive thru lane for twenty minutes,with only 2 cars ahead of me,and no one moved.I looked up number and called.There was no answer.The person in front of me was able to pull out of line ,between 2 curbs.I drove up to order and no one addressed me over speaker.I then found my way out of line.(there was a car by food window,so I also had to maneuver out of line)I parked and went inside. I walked in,there were no customers,and I asked what was going on,and why no one answered phone.I was told phone and broiler broken.Altho was told broiler now fixed.I asked cashier,why no one told the people that were trapped in drive thru line.She told me she was new,and got a manager.When I asked manager same question ,she informed me she was waiting on the customer that was at drive thru window for twenty minutes.I told her I also waited that long ,and so did several other people.She told me that she didn't have time to argue with me,and walked away! I had worked at a Burger king as a teen,and was appalled at how adults treated me with less respect than I or other teens treated customers in the eighties. I dialed corporate right then as I waited for my food.My son ate one of his 2 whoppers in the car.And then when he went to eat 2nd,he saw that there was mayonaise,when i ordered without.I turned car around and went back.When I went up to same cashier,she said "I gave you your order awhile ago"I then explained why I was back. Doors were locked at 10PM even though the sign/app says they're open until 12AM. Went to the drive through. The screen/speaker was blank and obviously broken. Waited for 15 minutes to pick up my order. One car pulled in behind me and left when they realized the speaker was broken. Super rude lady started screaming at me "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO LET US KNOW THROUGH THE SPEAKER!!" She did not want to hear it was broken. "THE SPEAKER WORKS!!" Whopper was decent, but I had to throw away the chicken nuggets. They stunk and tasted like they had been fried in rancid oil. I rarely get fast food. I usually go to this Burger King because close to home and I like the chicken sandwich from BK. I am not a racist, but I saw this guy made my two orders of chicken sandwiches and he was not wearing gloves when preparing it. Before that, he was cleaning the shelf and countertop. He brushed my sandwich buns to remove the breadcrumbs from the top toaster without wearing hand gloves and dumped his hands to grab some lettuce. He supposed to wear gloves especially serving and preparing food to the public. I will never go back to this place again and should be reported to Department of Health for serving unsanitary food. Experience as of 05/12/17. Came over at around 7.30am, ordered 2 croissant sandwiches in drive through. Turns out no bills over $50 ( a very rude girl told me). I was paying with $50. To me no bills over $50 is a $100 bill. Please correct me if i am wrong. But the attitude of the girl... come on. If you cannot represent at BK, where can you? This is one of the cases when i will go crazy and contact the BK headquarters. What happened to all the customer care? To start, I am not a Karen and I don't write bad reviews for nothing, I am being completely honest with what happened and not writing this for nothing. I went to Burger King yesterday to see if I can win the ps5, from my house I tried to make an online order, the website was down and not processing. Ok, that's not bad, we go to the restaurant to the drive thru and we pulled up to the window and took a little bit to come to the window and came and then said I will be there in a minute, 6 minutes later he came and I had to tell him the order about 5 times because he kept asking to get it right because it was an order where stuff had to be adjusted. After a little bit we get to the window where I pay the were two people there and the one packing the food, no mask, no nothing covering her face. I say something and the person giving the food who was wearing a mask finished the rest. The place is like 15-20 minutes away and when we get home I go to eat and I am a family of there was 1 meal missing so we had to preload more food at home.
