Extremely organized, very popular Chick-Fil-A location in Freehold Raceway Mall. Very fresh food, top eating choice in mall. Two things really surprised me when I dined at this location. First the number of people packing into this restaurant for lunch. Secondly how quickly they moved everyone through the line and taking your order while standing in line. Very impressed! Perhaps the best dining option in the food court at the mall. My market salad was incredibly fresh and healthy. All of the ingredients were super fresh with moist, well seasoned grilled chicken. I almost didn't eat here when I saw the line but really glad I did. They take your order while you are waiting in line so that when you get to he counter you pick up!! It was quick! Highly recommended!! This is my Freehold Raceway Mall eating spot from now on for lunch! read more

Hey for a fast food place, Chick-fil-A rocks. This one is clean, has a friendly staff, and the food came out promptly. What made things go quickly was the staff member who made his way down the waiting line taking orders remotely so by the time you got to the register you paid and picked up your order. Randomly closed on a Monday, tried calling and was apparent that they had unplugged the phones. No sign of a reason for being closed. Immature and Irresponsible. As a religious man my stomach as rumbling for my favorite type of christian food and they have disrespected all values of our religion with no signs of communication. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A! The chicken nuggets are my absolute favorite! This place is an amazing deal with amazing value. The chicken nuggets actually taste like real chicken, not the fake "chicken" nuggets that you get from other places. This location in particular is located in the mall in the food court. The place is right near the children's play area and the carousel making it perfect for families. This location is the DEFINITION of effectiveness. If the line gets long, workers immediately go around with iPads taking customers orders, if the orders aren't being taken fast enough, another one will help out! The food is brought out quickly as well!!! The staff are always friendly and helpful!!! Because I got a large order they offered for us to sit down and have it BROUGHT over to us!! Which was amazing!! The manger even came over to everyone asking if everything was good and if we could get any refills (what other place does that!?!!). I personally get the 30 count chicken nugget. This is the best deal whether your one person who eats a lot of splitting it with family or friends. It's the best bang for your buck at $14! The place was also amazingly clean! Tables turn over quickly and the moment someone leaves an employee comes to clean up the table. Overall, I love chic fila! read more

Must be in the minority but while the food is good, the service could be trained a little better to be more professional. My youngest son could hear a worker making fun of other workers and asked if that was nice to be making jokes about other people. In fact, he saw another person working who could not be older than my son (10 years old) and asked why can't he get a job if that boy was able to. read more

Of course the food is so very tasty, but as soon as my daughter and I entered this location, we were greeted by two lovely young ladies with menus to help you know what you want BEFORE you got to the line (genius!). I don't normally write reviews for fast food places but the service at this location is consistently EXCEPTIONAL!!! The staff go above and beyond here. If you have a child with you they offer to get you a high chair, place mats, one time we even got a plush cow! The chicken nuggets actually look like real chicken unlike other places. The salads are fresh. Definitely the best fast food place in the area by far!!! Honestly this is better than any of the chain sit down restaurants I've been to in the area. read more

There was a super long line when we approached but they took everyone's order while they were online and by the time they got to the front all they had to do was pay! Super efficient service. I got the tenders with a side of large fries. The fries were too much for me and not super crispy but still yummy & the tenders were delish. One star. Food I bland and nothing special. And what establishment is closed on a Sunday IN A MALL? Weird. Seems like a waste of space for something good. I'd rather have a McDonalds. I waited in line for about 12- 15 minutes , I only wanted lemonade and it's so good I was willing to wait. When I finally got to the front of the line they told me they had decided to turn the machine off for the night , sorry...... it was 6:56 at the time. I thought chick-fail-a was better but after this they're on par with McDonald's If you ask me. read more

Staff is too nice. The person in the register even drops off the food to you on your table. Always enjoyed their chicken fingers and chicken sandwich, dont forget their polynesian sauce. I always respected Chick FIL A for having off Sundays. Sundays is family day and I respect that. read more

One star because I couldn't give zero. The manager tried to impend on my first amendment right of free speech while having a conversation with friends. Not only was the manger rude but they messed up my friends orders as well by not having pickles on the sandwiches. Strongly recommend you do not go here the service is horrible and rude and they'll mess up your order read more

Uniform like any other chick-fil-a. Food is great! I don't consider it fast food, although the food gets to my plate soon after ordering. Its quality, and the managers name is on the wall, and she always comes by and asks it everything is up to standard. Love this place. Wish it was not closed on Sundays, but, we understand given the founders view of working sunday, as a religious day. If you haven't tried their chicken sandwiches and their crisscut fries, you are missing out! Also, try their house sauce!!!! read more

Wish I could've tried the food. Went there today around 1pm. My stomach get upset when I have certain foods. One of those foods is raw cabbage. Tried to order it with out and they gave me such a problem. Spent more time telling me how hey can't do it then if they just made it. Every other location I've gone to is great and understanding. This location not at all. The manager Jeffery wouldn't even talk to me. Kept talking to his employees right in front of me like I want even there. Finally the manager Lauren came to talk to me also saying the couldn't do it. I ended up just walking out. This location is very unfriendly to dietary issues. Do not go. read more

If you're looking for a place to be ignored this is a great place to go to. don't even bother trying to get the workers attention here regarding your messed up order, because they'll pretend they don't see you. then when you say "excuse me?" politely they'll say "yeeeees?" in an annoyed one. they don't want to be bothered. yes i get it you're busy, but i still expect minimal respect. then when you ask for sauce they give it to you with a lot of attitude. i usually have great experiences at other chick fil a, wont be coming back to this one. read more

This was the first Chick Fil-A that I have ever been. I've heard so much great reviews about this fast food, and it did not disappoint. The food was great,, for fast food. Their chicken nuggets are actually made of chicken (you can see the strands on the meat) They have drink refills. Also, they actually give you the Southern hospitality. There is always someone checking on you. If you need refills, if your food is good. The owners are here almost whenever I visit too. read more

It was great. Got the classic number 2 added pepper jack cheese because it's 20 cents more. So it's better then ordering the deluxe and you save money. Large fries because to upgrade also is just 20 cents more. Fries were great but there was 1 HUGE problem. HOW don't YOU have CHICK-fil-A sauce??! Just missed a 5 star. read more

As always Chic Fil A did not disappoint. This particular location was exceptional. They had workers taking orders in the line to be more efficient, we had our food within 5 minutes. I also tried the frozen key lime for the first time, 10/10, would recommend. The guy who took my order was also very good looking, his name was Chris I think. went to the new marlboro store. got on drive thru at 1151 am on a wednesday. c0mpleted by 1217 pm. was getting food for one of my sons. ordered a #8 which turned out to be a $7 plus wrap with no fries or drink. not what he would usually get but maybe he was looking to get healthier. any way in my opinion chick fil a is okay but i really don't know why people would wait that long for it. i won't do it again. but yes the staff was nice. read more

This location is in the Freehold Mall food court. This is the first CFA that I've been to that is inside a mall and not a standalone store. I think the workers here are exceptional, though I know that is the national reputation of all CFA workers. I just think these are such nice, cheery, and full of energy people here. I've been getting take-out a lot here using the app and they always have it ready for me by the time that I drive over. My order is always correct and everything comes out hot. I think they do a great job here and I just wanted their managers to know they are All-Stars. read more

The thighs were small and not as meaty as something I'd find at KFC or even in a family pack of Purdue chicken, although, they were delicious- they weren't quite as meaty as Hattie B's, but still very good. Not sure how sustainable $100.00 fast food meal is for the families around here but meal prices about $22 per person including tax, a higher price point than Dave's Hot Chicken in Neptune, and for this you definitely have a lot of options around town which are healthier, but the close proximity and flavor is almost worth it. Between the nonstop crowd and great service, I have a feeling their 9 PM close time won't last long and maybe the volume will even drop the prices a bit. This place definitely hits a demographic that'll probably have them staying open a bit longer. We'll definitely be back!
