The food is good but I find it odd that both times I have ordered here they forget something. Today they forgot a whole second grilled wrap and large fries order which seems hard to miss. The bag the food was in was stuffed and I made the mistake of not checking the food at the counter, only to arrive home and see they forgot a chicken tender order and all the sauces. This is the best fast-food place I have ever been in in New Jersey. (A&W is still my favorite out of all.) The food is fresh, the fries are salted just right, the chicken is juicy and tender and coked right! The lemonade is not your ordinary lemonade, it was a PERFECT! Lemonade. The employees are so kind, and love their jobs by the way they ask you if you'd like a free refill, and offer to take the trash into the garbage for us. They just take the extra step for our enjoyment. The janitor/employee Michael I think it was, was one of those people who took the extra step. He greeted us and said his goodbyes. The staff is awesome. The food never disappoints me it is absolutely my favorite fast food place. If I could eat chick fil a for the rest of my life I would. I always come here with my little brother and they always give him a placemat, and their kids meal are highly generous they give more than enough and more than you would get at any other fast food place. Food's good and service is good. Just the bun of the sandwich easily crumbles. However, I removed a point because it is hard to park in the disabled parking spots because of the line of cars going thru the drive thru. Those cars are actually blocking the access of the disabled parking including some non disabled parking. They need to find a better solution. read more

Ive been to this chick fil a before numerous times and overall my experiences have been positive. However, I just got a number 3 and specifically asked if they could give me a few of their Polynesian sauces, being that they are the best ones. When I got home, I was disappointed to find that they did not give me any sauces at all. The food was still good but I had to knock them down a star because of the missing sauce. read more

As far as fast food chicken goes, you usually can't go wrong with chick-fil-a, but I wanted to commend the service at this location - it's not everyday you find a fast food restaurant asking for refills and checking on your table for cleaning, napkins, placemats..etc. A little effort goes such a long way to please the customer. read more

Amazing customer service! I was immediately greeted and ordered my food. They asked me and called me by my name. Set up a placemat for the baby and bought over a high chair. I ordered a tray of nuggets for my super bowl party. They give me the bag and I head out. I get all the way home and realize that they didn't give me the sauce that I requested. Very disappointed. This is the one located in the Freehold Raceway Mall food court. I had only tried Chick-fil-a once before. It was the Howell location and I hated it. It was the most tasteless food I've ever had. That was a long time ago, but I never bothered with it again. Now, I found myself in the mall and hungry. I was going to have Boc Boc but the have closed up. My son, who also didn't like Chick-fil-a had told me he had it here and it was good. So i took a shot and tried it. What a surprise!! Very tasty chicken sandwich and all clean white meat. Very crispy breading. If I can knock one thing it is this. When someone orders a hot sandwich with cheese on it......melt the fu*$ing cheese!!! Seems to be an epidemic amongst fast food joints now. You get a hot sandwich or burger and they throw a cold slice of cheese on. WTF????????? Any way, the staff here were very friendly and helpful. As I ate, one came over and asked if I needed anything else. Could he get me a refill for my drink, etc.... Will def be back again in the future. read more
