I know this place has a following, like hard core chick fil A fans, and I don't fully get it. I mean they are good, the service is fast, the food is good, but I would not say that I have to come here or that it's my favorite, but it does good for my fast food needs. Every day I was seeing a line around the corner of the next building so I had to see what all the hype was about. I've decided to get in line and wait I actually timed it and it was a fairly quick moving online it was about 25 minutes for some of the most delicious chicken I've had. All of the staff members were wearing a face mask and have gloves there was also a employee handwashing station outside that several employees were using. The first person took my order and then I pulled up to the second person she took my payment they had small menu is connected to their payment devices. My chicken sandwich was delicious tender and juicy fried to the right crisp. It was not oily at all and truly worth the wait. I also got several sauces and the Chick-fil-A sauce is very delicious in addition to the buffalo sauce and the honey mustard sauce that I truly have always loved. I am planning to bear the line again and get a grilled chicken sandwich the next time the food was so good I couldn't even take a picture but this place has really good food. As far as being one of the best chicken places it's definitely up there but I cannot give it the crown without further exploring the chicken menu. read more

Gluten Free is not a choice, it's an allergy for me and Chick-Fil-A is one of the 2 options I have to feel safe. On 12-16-23 I ordered the grilled chicken club with a Gluten Free bun. I told them it's an allergy. I finally got my food, putting my grilled sandwich together, took a bite of bacon and I immediately knew something was not right. I spit the food out to find a large piece of fried chicken batter that was stuck to the bacon. It blended together so I didn't notice it. This is full of gluten and now I'm scared, a young man walks by and I stop him to let him know. He had no concern, and asked if I wanted it to be re-made or a refund. He didn't understand or care that this can make me very sick. I asked for a refund and to advise the manager. He came back and handed me a receipt. I came to Chick-fil-a in 2019 in November and December. Each time I kept forgetting to take pictures! Anywho, I never understand how they became popular as they are SO overrated to the max! Don't get me wrong...the staff is courteous and kind! The lines for this place can get LONG like In and Out as I don't see how. I have tried each variation of their chicken sandwiches and each time I am UNDERWHELMED like all the time. The presentation looks good but that's it. It's just a pretty sandwich with no taste. Chick-fil-A is my go to spot and has been for most of my work weekdays. The grilled chicken salad with avocado dressing is very healthy and is my favorite option on the menu. They had fresh carnations on each booth. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with gluten free bun. The grilled chicken was very tender and moist! So juicy!! The gluten free bun was a bit dry. Not my favorite. My husband ordered a crispy chicken club sandwich! I didn't try it but he said it was the best chicken sandwich from a fast food restaurant! This place typically have long lines and is closed on Sundays. I've been to this location several times before. Most recent visit was during the first week of official quarantine. The drive - thru was longer than usual. However there was 2 workers walking to the cars to take the orders which make the process easy and quick. I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal. The deluxe came with tomatoes and lettuce it was very good and filling can't really go wrong with this sandwich, but I felt it wasn't spicy at all. The meals comes with waffle potato fries and a drink. The waffle fries was alittle over salted but good regardless. The meal was alittle over $9 it wasn't too bad for the quality. You also have an option to choose 2 dipping sauce I got the Chick-fil-A and the spicy buffalo. These sauces definitely compliments and adds more flavor to the burger and fries. It is really sad to me that fried chicken establishments in the Valley have, well, failed at their own namesake, namely: fried chicken. IMHO, they have the best chicken nuggets anywhere. They have excellent sandwiches, both fried and grilled, with all kinds of options--cheese, buns, produce, sauces, and of course the must-have BACON! Their Macaroni and Cheese is great--not "cheese powder," but actual cheese and very creamy & flavorful. If you like waffle-cut fries, theirs are good, but need a little salt and if you're taking it home, a little time spent in the toaster oven to crisp them up. Their sauces are many, with Honey Mustard and Polynesian my favorites. I haven't tried their breakfast items, but I'd bet they're awesome too! The only things about Chik Fil-A I don't care for are A) The parking lot (I'm retired, so I can plan a trip in off-peak hours); and B): They don't offer regular fried chicken! I don't usually eat fast food but whenever I'm wanting a chicken sandwich, I often go to Chick-fil-A. At the Fresno, Blackstone location. I tend to visit only in the morning, not during busy times of the day (nor have I experienced the wait times that others have experienced) and so far customer service has been good each time I have visited. The tables (and the bathroom) have been clean and I have no complaints. Granted, I know there are people who find it a bit pricey but for me, it was just fine for a combo. As for their chicken sandwich. It's a tasty, clean chicken sandwich, delicious chicken, comes with lettuce and tomato and the presentation is much cleaner and the wait wasn't long to get my sandwich. I am often asked which is better...Chick-fil-A or Popeye's chicken sandwich? This is all subjective. Both are good in their own way. Both have their own style of presentation, clean vs. messy. One can wait five minutes, while another can wait more than half an hour to order. There is no doubt that Popeyes has the edge in hype and people are lining up to get one. While Chik-fil-A, their sandwich has been around for a long time and there are no long lines, it makes you feel much healthier eating it. But while both are delicious... My pick for best chicken sandwich between the two... Chick-fil-A wins! Every time I go to this locations drive through, I have to plan on being in line to get my food for at least 45 minutes. They are WAY too slow. To top it all off, the way they have the drive through line go behind Joann's, you can't see how bad the line is until you are in it...and there is no way to turn around to get out of it. Love their Cobb salad, breakfast menu, Vanilla iced coffee, and their waffle fries! Favorite sauces are their Chik-Fil-A and Polynesian, finger lickin' good! This is a busy plaza and their drive-thru lines usually get long enough to block cars parked in front of Jo-Ann's Fabric. The line usually goes by quickly, so chill out. Customer service has been friendly for the most part. It's always their pleasure to serve their loyal chicken lovin' customers! The last time I was here in the drive-thru, they didn't give enough sauces for our order which frustrated my fiancé. So I had to wait in this hot mess valley heat, and waste 5+ more min of my time just so he can step inside to wait and ask for more sauces. The food and service here was excellent and they handled the Friday lunch rush seamlessly. The main reason I wanted to leave a review was for Bryce at this location. My son was playing at their playground and his toy fell down to the side and we were unable to get it. This is my son's favorite toy and he was so bummed that he thought he had lost his toy friend forever. We weren't able to retrieve it bc my family and I weren't from the area. I gave the store a call and spoke to a kind gentleman named Bryce. Bryce was able to retrieve the toy for us. He also was so understanding and told me he would get the toy sent back to us at no charge even though it was at no fault of their own. We received "Blue" my son's favorite toy today and I wanted to send the biggest shout out to Bryce. He put the toy in the cutest chick fila backpack with some goodies and totally made my son's day. Wanted a quick bite but this is such a bad chick-fil-a! Why? Three things. 1) Service wasn't good. Much improvement is needed. No fork was given to us for to go though ordering a salad. The server didn't even ask if we wanted sauce for nuggets and we have to check and then wait again to get someone available to get it for us. Hello!? Are you serious? 2) The waffle fries were nasty. They were all soggy and it's as though it's been sitting for a while. Yuck!! Fries are suppose to be crispy! 3) Overall environment wasn't sanitary. They somewhat recently redid the indoor seating/ layout so there's more seating and gave the place an overall better flow. I have conflicting feelings about this company, but their chicken nuggets and Chick-fil-a sauce are a weakness. The workers are very friendly and nice. Still not used to their chicken sandwiches being essentially plain except for pickles. On my last visit when paying we were told it was too late for them to add tomatoes or lettuce to a chicken sandwich so she wished us a good day instead. They used to have their dipping sauces out for you to grab, but now after ordering they'll ask if you want any and then put it in the tall cup/ order marker you place on your table for them to deliver your food. It still annoys me that they don't have onions here. I'm half tempted to walk across the parking lot to In-N-Out for some onions. I personally love onions and if I order a sandwich, I like it to be fully loaded for maximum flavor and enjoyment.
