No Star rating, The lady Anna that works drive thru in the mornings, is the worst Chick Fil A representation. I always ask for a cup of ice,on my receipt it states 0.00, why does she find a misc. key to type in an amount to charge me, all while holding me up. If there's a fee, put it in the POS and charge everyone, not only who you choose to charge. She's literally the ONLY person. Everyone else that takes my order gives it to me cause clearly its free. Then her personality is horrible, it does not matter how many mornings I request salt and pepper, she gives me jalapeno sauce for my eggs. I really hate to change my route simply because of her to avoid this location. read more

Today at about 5:40-5:50 pm I was in the Chick-fil-A Frisco, Texas drive through on Eldorado, near the Tollway. The drive through line was wrapped around the building as it was dinner time. The orders were being taken outside the building at the car line-up. The order taker was having a bit of an issue taking the order for the car in front of me. His computer may have crashed, I'm not sure. He went inside for a while as we continued to move our cars forward in line, and soon came back out to complete the order of the car in front of me. Then, he took my order with no problems, although he did not give me a receipt, and he moved to the car behind me and took their order. When I got up to the window they could not find my order. The young lady manager said that my order was not taken. I told her that there were no issues and the order taker told me "thank you" after taking my order and directly took the order behind me. The manager said "no, the computer crashed on my order". I said the transaction took place and the order taker also took the order behind me, but the car in front of me was the one that had the problem. The manager argued with me and tried to send me on my way without my order. The manager asked me if I could check my bank transaction and I told her not until I was home. She continued to argue, but because I was holding up the line she gave me my order, but with a smaller tea as I ordered a large one. She told me I would need to pay the difference for the large tea, even though I told her my transaction was for a large tea. I just took the smaller (watered down) tea as I wasn't going to pay again for anything. After returning home I checked my bank statement and the pending payment was there as I told her for 9.84. I'm completely fine with Cane's across the street for future business. read more

There are several Chick-fil-A's in the area to choose from, and although we don't frequent them, we've been to a few in the Frisco/Plano area. This one is by far the least friendly and clean of the locations we've been to. The staff wasn't very pleasant when taking our order, which is odd, because every other location we've been to is almost so friendly that it always stands out. For example, here's a typical convo with a CFA employee taking our order: Server: "ma'am here's your half/half iced tea" (ps, I hate being called ma'am but always let it go here because they are trained to be this nice) Me: "thank you!" Server: "my pleasure!" My friend: "can we have some Chick-fil-A sauce please?" Server: "of course!" My friend: "thank you!" Server: "my pleasure!" You get my drift here...they're always so friendly, so accomodating, and it's one of the things we love about eating at CFA...but not this location. In fact it was so unpleasant we probably won't be back even though it's the closest to where we live. Also, our booth was super dirty, crumbs all over the seats and table. I had to wipe it down before we sat (and this was the cleanest option of the tables that were available). Only bright side, courtesy of Yelp of course, I unlocked a free 8 count chicken nuggets here! Which reminds me...don't order the grilled nuggets, they're super salty and not worth it (what I get for trying to order "healthy" at a fast food joint). Typically, my favorite thing to order is one of their salads and an order of small waffle fries-dipped in CFA sauce of course! If you haven't been to Chick-fil-A before, I definitely reccomend it, but not this particular location. read more

Worst place in customer service. The lady placed order with was unfriendly. Unable to show me how to use the app. Even though the app had money in it she insisted that the app is only for point. I asked to show me how to use the app because it was my first time. All she wanted a method of payment. It was talking to a robot. Went to drive thru worst service I asked them how to use the app & showed them my app had money & I asked to reverse my transaction because I wanted to use the app. They said no we cannot. No sauce included in the order, no receipt nothing. I give this location 5 stars because they increased the line speed here, so they'll move way faster than before. It is the best fast food place for breakfast in my opinion. The food is always hot and fresh the staff is beyond helpful, and they keep the resturant clean! The chick fil a chicken minis are my favorite One warning is it does get really crowded here in the mornings, especially right before high school starts. I received a raw grilled sandwich today and called within 20 min of leaving when I noticed. When I called Isaac was very helpful and put me on the list to come and get my sandwich remade. Upon arrival I spoke to Joshua and he was rude Af almost as if I was lying to get a free sandwich. This location use to be better when they first opened... I'm sure it's because there were corp managers there helping with the open. Once the handoff happened to the local management it all went down hill. Now the customer service is equivalent to a Taco Bell or Burger King location and sometimes worse. This location is all about rushing and have messed up my order numerous times and never even apologize. When I make them aware of the issue they just only offer to replace it. No apology. Nothing. They don't care to notice how I have to drive all the way back to get it corrected. Chick-fil-a is about customer service. These guys are terrible. Also their quality of chicken is sub par to other locations. The chicken portions are smaller and over cooked harder. Don't believe me test it out. So I'm done with this location. Got in line at 10:15 ended up waiting over 20 minutes in line and then when I get there it's 10:33 and they can't serve anymore chicken minis. I rate this Chick-fil-A 5 stars for multiple reasons. Not only is the food and service good but they go above and beyond on the service. I happen to lose my ring while I was eating there and realized after I had left. I went back in and let them know I thought I accidentally thrown it out after washing my hands in the bathroom. So, they went through the bathroom garbage to look for my ring but it wasn't there. They then went through the garbage that had been thrown out in the sitting area and there it was. Ricky thanks for all the help finding my ring. My wife was very happy too. And for those wondering how my ring ended up on my tray and not my finger. A ketchup package exploded in my hand and I had to take it off and clean it but didn't put it back on. read more

Waited in a very long line today, which is understandable due to the holiday. Finally got to order our food and got to the window. We handed the cashier our card and they gave us our food and drinks. The cashier held onto our card for awhile and said they were having problems with the system, which is no problem as I know it is not their fault. After a few more minutes of waiting a manager sticks his head out the window and said that they are having a system outage and are unable to take card payments...they ask us if we have cash and we tell them we only have $5 cash. He then asks us to hand the food back to them...the food that has been sitting in our car for 5 minutes. My boyfriend asks what they are going to do with the food and the manger said they are going to have to throw it away since it was in our car already. Why not just give us the food then?? Why are you going to make us hand back the food just to throw it away?? Then he tells us Merry Christmas...classy. read more

This Chick fil a is way too slow in the morning. The single lane drive thru and 2 lane ordering is the problem. If you don't have room for 2 lanes, don't do the stupid merge. It takes forever to order and later receive food. Pass on this location and go elsewhere if you are in a hurry. My location near 75 is SIGNIFICANTLY faster. They ask for your name at the drive thru which is a waste of time and only needed due to the dumb 2 lane merge into 1. But the food was great so I'm changing my rating from a 2 star to a 3 star. they're food service is great however, with the double drive through lines taking up old parking spaces, there is even more limited parking now. I was parked in customer parking very close to the building waiting for my online order to be ready and an employee pulled in and parked her car right next to mine in customer parking maybe 25 yards from the front door. I went to chick fil a January 12th 2024, and I ordered a meal but I couldn't afford the fries so I had to return them and the window was open and a guy let out a laugh and started saying "she probably can't afford it". I let it go , today, January 13 ,2024 I go back and I got 4 meals. I went to a store after that to do shopping with no time to check if they did their job correctly , I assume everything is already in the bag as it's supposed to, after I go home I check and there is only 2 meals out of the 4. I give one to my grandma because she was hungry and waiting all day and take the other one with me and the receipt and the card to make sure I prove that it's missing. I provide them with the receipt and tell them it's 2 meals. They start asking me the name and the receipt which I provided. The same guy who said that last remark yesterday grabbed the receipt and said "shes fucking lying bro how do you not notice there's two meals missing" he called me a liar even though I provided them with the information and receipts. They had the window fully opened and u can hear them all huddled up laughing and calling me a liar. I provided you with the receipt and I didn't notice because I assume you're doing your job correctly and that I don't have to check that your doing your job correctly. How unprofessional honestly. Big parking lot, but very busy, because this place is so good. Always clean dinning area and bathroom. Service is very friendly. Chik-fil-A has the best chicken tenders. They are moist, tender, full of flavor and non-greasy. The real lemonade is awesome, although a little too sweet for me I just add water, so no problem here . No one beats the Minis for the perfect breakfast of champions. Add to them jelly or honey and you are in blissful heaven. I don't normally review fast food restaurants as I don't normally eat fast food but Chick Fil-A is an obvious exception. I chose to review this specific location because as busy as it always is, the staff always have a smile and provide excellent service despite the pressure and high volume customers. I take my niece to play sometimes and they go out of their way to offer refills or take my plate away if finished. Definitely outshine other fast food places. Food is always fresh and served in a timely manner. In regards to previous reviews, yes there is an extreme line in drive thru sometimes that makes you not even turn or even go inside, but keep in mind that this is the only Chick Fil-a in Little Elm border Frisco and this area has boomed within the last couple of years. If you don't want to make the line, keep going south or east and eventually you'll see another. Stop complaining about their success! It sucks when I crave Chick Fila and then realize it's Sunday... :-( But I support this business being closed on Sundays 100%. read more

This Chick-fil-A used to be my go to Chick-fil-A. I loved the owner and her family, but recently it has gone downhill. I've been faithfully visiting this Chick-fil-A for 8-9 years and I will not anymore. The manager today refused to give me a refund for messing up my order unless I drove all the way back to their location. I work just like anyone else and I don't have time to go back and bring back the food you messed up for a $8 refund. I love chic-fil-a but this location is a nightmare. This review isn't about their food but more about the attitude of the managers, employees and chaos of this location. The drive thru is so confusing! They apparently want you to drive all the around their store and then awkwardly enter the drive through after the pick up window. There isn't a sign(or at least one that I have seen) so I entered the drive through on the BOA side. There was a car waiting to enter the drive thru on the pick up side so I waited about 10 minutes before it was my turn to enter. Just as I enter an employee who was walking food out rudely told me to move, when I explained that i've been waiting for a least 10 minutes he told me to move on. That's fine, but I decided to call and talk to a manager and my frustration was met with def ears. She put me on hold and when she got back on the line I could hear employees in the background making fun of my situation and saying I was "crazy". I expect this out of mcdonald's but not Chic-fil-a. Very good food as usual. Good service. Decent clientele. Chick Fil A is always a reliable choice. Not too busy, but plenty of people which is good. I waited in line only about one minute or so.
