She didn't tell me the total or I would have caught the mistake. When I drove off I opened the bag to find 2 biscuits w egg cheese and chicken. And to add insult to injury the biscuits were rock hard. They definitely were not fresh. What a dissapointlent I have had issues before w the egg cheese only. For some reason they can't get it right. So I was charged $14 instead of $6. For the food I ordered. I would really like my money back or at least a gift card. read more

The only good thing about this location is the staff. I've gotten food poisoning 3 times in the past 6 months from only this location. I've always thought this chain was pretty good. The last couple of times they have changed their fried nugget chicken. It ruined it for me. The chicken is gristly, and I no longer like the taste of their food. If I ever hear that they have reinstated their product I may return. Today i ate 3 of 12 nuggets and left the rest on their table. Nearly all restaurants in this country have now sacrificed their quality and raised their prices. I suppose they have to because of this horrible economy. It's too bad. Definitely not a go to for me any longer. I will add it to the list of restaurants not to eat in anymore. The Chick-fil-A on Preston and Gary burns is a great CFA to stop by. They are similar to most Chick-fil-A which is a compliment. This one in particular has great customer service with quality food. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. There is a play area for the kids while you eat with friends. The drive-thru moves very quickly with a team outside to process your order. The only thing I will say is those fries don't get filled up enough for me! Overall a great Chick-fil-A! read more

Well, I'm not sure how you really review a fast food restaurant but Yelp won't leave me alone about it so here we go!! I almost always order via the mobile app so i get reward points and status as a Red member because being special and elite is very important to me. The rewards are great and i have gotten enough points to redeem a free item almost every trip now. Since most Chic Fil A drive through a are usually super busy i like to do the curb side pickup on the app and saves a lot of time!! The orders have been brought out and never had an error either!! We came in tonight for dinner and had an awesome experience! Everyone who works at this location is super nice. Our cashier Kamilah (I think that was her name) was super nice and even complemented my shoes. Food came out fast and was warm and delicious. The dining room was super clean and they were staying on top of it. We tried the new Cloudberry Sunjoy, just without the tea and it was AWESOME. Overall we will definitely be back at this location. Food is always fast, if inside you might be given your order before you can even get to your table. The service is always great, never had a rude employee and always greeted with a smile. Food quality is great haven't had anything bad yet and is always hot. (Except the bacon, DONT get the bacon) as much as I go I've never had a missing item other than the rare missing straw or sauce. Parking is good on the OFF times, but the crowded parking is a testament of how good this place is. Of all fast food, no one beats the chicken strips of Chick-fil-A. They are super tender, moist and full of flavor. The real lemonade is on the too sweet side for me, but I just add a little water and it's perfect. I buy their Minis Trays for my office staff and for daughters pool party. Staff is amazingly friendly and courteous. Dinning area and bathroom are always clean. read more
