First time ever coming to this location. We decided to go inside since the drive thru was ridiculously long. The drive thru is always in the way of coming and going traffic. We received fast /friendly service. The Cobb salad is always good. We also tried the spicy southwest salad. I enjoyed it best!!! Nice portion size. I also had a side of Mac & cheese. Food was great! But the bathrooms were a mess. Hadn't been cleaned for hours. Worse than any I've ever been in. Told a staff member who didn't seem to care. He didn't go tell anyone or say anything except "yes ma'am". No sense of urgency to check it out. Today I ordered breakfast from Chick-fil-a Fultondale, I ordered on the app then picked up in the drive thru. I love the ease of ordering on the app and the ability customize my order and I earn rewards at the same time! I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and a Hash brown scramble bowl with grilled chicken and no hash browns at only 275 calories I feel good with my food choices to start my day. The bowl comes with salsa and is covered with cheese it is a filling meal that is not too heavy. The iced vanilla coffee was a great pick up to get me started on my day. read more

We just left this Chick-fil-A. This place is not run or managed like other Chick-fil-A locations. We arrived at 8am on a Saturday morning. I'm pretty sure the restaurant was left a mess from the night before. The tables were filthy, all trash including bathroom trash was full. When I told one of the employees they said, "oh, we know!" There was never once a, "My Pleasure." We will not EVER stop here again. read more

This is the SLOWEST chick fil a i have ever seen we have waited 30 minutes before on dinner. I always mark im waiting on pick up 10-15 minutes before i get there just to hope its ready when i arrive. I went there this week and ordered curbside pick up. After waiting for 25 minutes for my food, I noticed the person in the car next to me had to go into the restaurant to get her food (She had been waiting longer than I had). I then decided to go in to check on my food. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with an absolutely rank smell. I don't know what was causing the smell, but the entire restaurant smelled like a combination of vomit and diarrhea. Ran through the drive thru while passing through on a Friday evening. Chickfila has a drive thru system that is truly mesmerizing during rush hours. I was in and out within 10 minutes even with a line out to the street. The food was delicious and my order was perfect - I even got extra Avocado Lime dressing (the only reason I order the wrap)! COVID - The staff were all very polite and respectful, continuing to wear masks around each other and the customers. Food - I ordered the chicken wrap and avocado lime dressing, a healthier option than some of the fried chicken. However, I would not recommend eating while driving. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience gets worse every time I come. I give 2nd and 3rd chances to this location. It never fails every time they mess my order up. Whether they add something I didn't even say or left something off from what I actually said. The female manager is a lil snarky on my last visit but maybe she had a bad day but I will not be coming back to this location. I'm not sure if there is a communication issue or they have too many workers but the front window area is always crowded so they probably can't even hear customers for coworkers being on their back. I'm speechless. Hesitate to even eat my food. This place was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms were nasty. Urinal hadn't been cleaned in a long long time. The key pad that you pay with was covered in something gross. I was going to eat in but the tables were nasty. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to. At 11:00 a.m. on a Tuesday, we were 5th in line from the pick up window and sat for 10 minutes in one spot. First I have to say the food, once they got it right, was good. My husband transferred his coffee into a travel mug and when he did, he noticed it had quite a bit of coffee grounds in it. He said it tasted good, he just prefers it without the grounds. He also had to go back in the store to get our order straightened out. We are traveling back to Texas and needed a place to eat and use the restroom-so we ate in the car then I went in to use their restroom. I noticed that the restaurant didn't smell good, I've never been in a Chick FIL A that smelled badly. As I walked to the restroom, I noticed that the floor was REALLY slick and I had to be careful not to slip. I mentioned that to an employee and she acknowledged it was an issue, and told me to be careful. The bathroom wasn't up to standard either. As I was leaving, I told the male manager behind the counter about the floors. He too acknowledged that he knew about the problem and said they were trying to figure it out. Used the App to purchase some food from this location. The app is easy to use and pretty efficient. I ordered and within 5 minutes the food was ready despite being very busy inside. Our food was well prepared I got the chicken strips and superfood salad and my finance got the chicken bites and superfood salad. One thing I noticed is the superfood salad comes with some sort of dressing on it. I don't think it should, you should have the option to put dressing on your salad or not. read more
