Chick fil a is my absolute FAVORITE fast food place. Ask anyone i know. I can eat it everyday for every meal... but.. This chick fil a in particular either messes up my order continuously, has terrible customer service, or under cooks my chicken. I cant count how many times i have left the drive through trusting chick fil a's "excellent staff" on giving me my order correctly and i've left either without some of my food, or it being completely wrong. I mean, i guess thats my fault for trusting them.. even though they do pride themselves on customer service. A few other times, going through the drive through i will ask for another sauce and the drive through employee asked "didn't i give you some? you need more?" and rolled her eyes and tossed it in my bag rudely.. Honestly the food isn't bad. Don't come to this location though. The traffic is beyond awful and always wrapped around to the highway, blocking two of the three entries into wolf ranch and locking people into the Target parking lot constantly. You'd be better off driving to round rock, to a store that can actually handle the busy-ness for the same quality of food. read more

I absolutely love chick fil a and their great service and food! However, on my most recent trip for dinner I had an unsettling experience. I witnessed a manager yelling at her employees in the utmost rude manner. I understand a manager is the boss and must make demands, however, insulting young high school kids is not okay. Poor customer service skills. I asked the attendant politely if I could bring my 3 year old in to use the restroom and she said a single word answer "no". I asked if she could ask the manager if they could make an exception as my daughter really needed to go and she went in the building to place our order and returned and said "no she can't use it". Very disappointed by this attendant's poor attitude and general demeanor-usually the staff is very friendly. It is also unfortunate that an exception couldn't be made for a 3 year old to use the bathroom-this was not family centered service. read more

My family doesn't eat much fast food but Chick-Fil-A in Georgetown in one of the top 3 places we eat fast food. You will find the friendliest staff here. When the drive through is really busy, you'll be greeted personally by the staff outside who takes your order to speed up the process. Later you pick up condiments from another friendly person. You will find the best fried chicken as well. Even though Popeye's and Cane's moved in across the street, Chick-Fil-A is still our favorite. read more

Every time I've been to this Chick-fil-a, I've always had a good experience. The service is friendly and efficient, the food is always correct, and the dine-in section is clean and pleasant. Horrible service. I sent my daughter for lunch and the associate at the window named Michelle was so very rude. Shoving drinks and handed her money making all the change fall. Then when asking for sauce she asked how many and shut the window in my daughters face. Someone really needs to discuss customer service to this lady. I love my favorite Chick-fil-a but lately I have not been happy and I have slowed way down on my visits. I think a new young lady they just hired took an application from a young teen looking to get a job and just sat it to the side. Then when it was given to a manager, the application was updated and returned within 20 minutes. The new employee took it again and I do not believe it was given to the managers. It appeared that she and another young lady were making fun of the young teen girl who turned in her application. It also appeared to be racial motivated. I personally would hire the young lady to work for me if I had my own place and those to would take a sit in the unemployment line. I think I will start going to another Chick-fil-a from now own. I stay giving them my business and using my app. My orders have been incorrect and I still don't complain because they use to be my favorite place to go but now after see that display of racism and discrimination, I will never step foot or tire in this particular Chick-fil-a again. read more

Where do I begin. F- performance today from the lunch staff. My order had TWO errors then in attempt to fix my order at the window the girl managed to steal 1 item of my order back. So I had to pull around again to get my chicken strips. They sent out a lady WITHOUT the strips. Chikfila rocks because they are fast and accurate. This location is neither. Usually busy which would be a indicator of good food in this case no different then other locations but service is horrendous. Past 3 out of 5 drive thru experiences orders have been missing atleast 1-3 items. We have a large family but having to pull over & go they everything just to ensure we received what we paid for is ridiculous. VERY poorly run Chick-fil-a. Normally these places are run like a well oiled machine, this location is a joke. One person at a register inside during peak hours, drive-thru a mile long with no one taking orders outside, just one of the worst locations I've ever visited. First of all, we are big fans of Chick-fil-A and have always been. However it seems like the staff is having a difficult time getting orders correct. Well at least for me and my family. for the last 6 months or so it seems like they always get our order wrong. Be careful if you order the kids meal B (the grilled nugget one). Make sure you check the nuggets. And its not just the kids meals that they are messing up, its pretty much everything that we have gotten from them. now their food is still awesome and this wont prevent us from ever going to another Chick-fil-A, however if they don't fix the breakdown in communication then we will have to start going to the cedar park location. read more

Still, not my favorite place. I do stand by my statement that they make the best sausage & egg biscuit in town. I stopped in this past Saturday morning at about 10 a.m.to give them another try. Obviously, they have a fan base. There were 15 or more cars in the drive-thru. So, I went inside. They did have 3 people taking orders and they got to me right away the nice lady was quick, friendly, and efficient. She gave me my coffee right away. The coffee was just AWFUL, and with coffee being such a big deal these days I can't understand any place not doing a better job with their coffee. It took 10 or 12 minutes to get a single S&E biscuit out, but it was hot fresh and delicious when it came out. I'll be back and they are obviously making a sincere effort to improve and it's working. read more

The food is nothing short of great, just as you'd expect from any Chick-fil-A. However, the service is unmatched and quite frankly, unmatchable by any other fast food establishment. I ordered twice here and both times my order was ready before I even paid! Awesome service and awesome staff. I say awesome staff because I left my bag there and when they were cleaning up for the night, they saw it. Once they saw it, they swiftly brought it to the back so no one else could take it. When I returned to try to get my bag back, the employees and the manager were extremely kind as they returned it to me. We wished each other a nice day and I was off. Okay. Maybe I'm bias because our friend Lance and Tammy own this particular Chick-'fil-a but my family and I love this chain anyway. I used to eat at the one at Baylor all the time for lunch. Now my wife has me hooked on the grilled chicken wrap (with ranch dressing.) My son loves the nuggets and my daughter gets a salad. This place is usually packed and the parking lot is small but it is in a shopping center on a busy highway, so one can always park in the shopping center parking lots close by. read more
