Chick-fil-a is the Nordstroms of fast food. Their customer service is top notch, there is nobody else that can begin to compare them to. The employees are always curtous, helpful and friendly. I love that I am sitting at my table and not only do they deliver my food to me, but they walk around and offer free re-fills on your drink. Chick fil a is my go-to fast food place! This location is good not great. I miss our old chick fil a where the staff was super friendly and would have tons of events for families. So upset!!! The staffs here messed up a lot of orders and many of them are just rude, as if they are doing me a favor by giving me food. I placed a mobile order for my kids lunch. The App stated order will be READY in 15' to 20', which is fine, since it's in the morning. However, when I came to pick up half an hour later. They told me I have to wait for another 20', because their System has changed and won't make drive through mobile order UNTIL the customer arrived... How ridiculous? She then gave me a smirk to my face and said " I CAN CANCEL IT". If my kids are late for school. How inconsiderate! Chik Fil A, we love you, this is the only place my kids eat fast food but you failed with this particular location with the staffs. My son is Allergic to tomatoes, even if I asked for no tomatoes in his sandwich they continue to do so . One time, they threw away 3 sandwiches, and the fourth one they gave me NO TOMATOE but no lettuce either. Gave up, will think twice before I eat here. I was a good customer, that is until this week. I made the mistake of asking the girl at the drive through if they would be opening the inside soon. I thought maybe with the state reopening 100% and seeing the inside of the restaurant that day filled with at least 30 employees not social distancing and some with their masks around their chins in the kitchen that maybe they were. I am not a fast food fan at all and never eat inside but my family does enjoy chickfila and I was just curious. Anyway, big mistake in asking this. She responded back in disgust that no they would not because they were taking Covid "seriously". As she says this I am looking directly behind her at what is taking place in the kitchen which I described. This woman was literally gleaming and so proud of herself for displaying her utter ingorance yet in believing herself to appear righteous with her shallow insignificant gestures on her narcissistic power trip. Conveniently located near the intersection of IH35 and HWY 29 in the Wolf Ranch Shopping Center this Chick-Fil-A truly stands out from the rest. I have been going to this location for years and though they may not always be perfect their strive and attention to customer satisfaction is always spot on. The establishment, despite being heavily visited, is kept clean and staff are always busy either handing out orders, picking up trays, wiping down tables or doing something to help customers. The drive-thru due to the physical space of the lot is not very big and the line can get quite backed up during lunch time; parking can also be a bit tight. The staff does their best to send out employees to take orders by hand to help speed up the line. Overall just a solid place to eat more chiken. read more

Any Chick-fil-a I go to always leaves me satisfied. I have never had bad service here. My meals have never taken longer than 5 minuets even when the inside is packed. The employees send off good vibes and there is WONDERFUL customer service. My order has only been wrong one time and I have been going here for 7 years now. I really love chick-fil-a. It's usually my top pick if I have to eat out. I feel like this restaurant, however, has consistently poor service. In their attempt at efficiency they are rude and rush you through the line. I understand that this is a busy location, but making your customers feel as if the person in line behind them is more important is a big turn off. I don't normally waste my time writing reviews for fast food restaurants. I mean really it's fast food are our expectations that high to begin with? I think not. However, the service was so terrible at the Chick-fil-a in Georgetown I felt compelled to write a review. And the saga begins: my daughter I go in and there is one register open with a couple in front of us in the process of ordering. I tell my daughter what I want and the go to the restroom. When I return from the restroom my daughter is still standing line with the same couple in front of her trying to order their food. The elderly woman at the register just wasn't getting it. My daughter then goes to the restroom, returns and I am still waiting in line! Finally its our turn to place our order. 2 number 1s, one of them without pickles both with Dr. Pepper. Simple right? WRONG!!! The elderly employee repeatedly asked me to slow down as she aimlessly pecked at the cash register. Finally, I think she's got it. Then she tells me the total is $18 and some change. A little pricey for two meals. Yep, you guessed it! She had rang the order up wrong. So, the process starts all over. We had asked for our food to go as we were just passing thru town on our way to San Angelo. The food comes out which she hands to me on a tray! I tell her "we had a to go order" to which she lets out an exasperated sigh and blames it on the kitchen. I know, I know you would think this review is getting ready to wrap up BUT you'd be wrong! Next, I look in the bag to find that my order is wrong not only are there pickles on the sandwiches but one of them is a deluxe which comes with lettuce and tomato. In an effort to try and get the hell out of there I tell her it's fine I'll just remove the lettuce and tomato but I still need my drinks!! At this point I have become extremely aggravated that I have been in a fast food establishment for 20 minutes and STILL don't have all my order. So as I am waiting for my drinks my actual order comes up. YES folks that's right. My order was wrong because it WASN'T my order! She continues to blame it on the kitchen though she was the one that handed me the first order to begin with! Then she proceeds to tell me how bad her day has been and she is ready to go home!! I could give a fuck at this point in time. Did I mention I was on my way to the funeral of a close family member?? I think my bad day trumps hers! I'm all for hiring the elderly. I really am but don't for the love of God put them on a cash register when they have NO knowledge of modern technology. So to wrap this review up my daughter and I get into the car 27minutes later and begin our journey again. I get settled into my seat, my frustration begins to subside, I take a bite out of my sandwich and of course there are PICKLES!! The morale of the review is If you find yourself in Georgetown looking for a place to eat for the sake of your sanity I suggest you eat anywhere but Chick-fil-a. read more

I've had several bad experiences at this location but unfortunately it's the only one even remotely close to our house. After today I just had to write a review. For as busy as this location is they need better management. All the employees here who are over age 25 always seem miserable. And all the millenials appear to have zero problem solving skills whether it be fixing problems with orders or figuring out how to talk to people. Today there was a long line inside in addition to a line on the side of the counter that had formed for drink refills and problems with orders. I stood in this line for a drink refill for 8 min. Three times, two managers (including a Training Director) walked by and just stared, then turned around and walked off. Not one person asked what anyone needed or was waiting for; no acknowledgement and no direction given to any staff on how to remedy the situation, just ignoring. Finally a young man who worked there must have been bothered enough by the line, that in addition to working his register, came over to help people get drink refills. And beyond this particular experience, this location NEVER has anyone who walks around to ask if you need anything and they don't do a family night (buy one get one free). I don't know what all the other positive reviews are for, because this is one of the worst locations I've ever been to and I've lived in 4 different cities in the past six years. read more

Like previous reviewer, we find this Chick fil is very poorly run. We have tried it several times since moving here. Each visit there has been an issue. Line out the door & only one cashier on each visit. On 2 different occasions we got salads that had a LOT of very brown lettuce. Last one had the hard bottom core piece in it. Got refund. Manager did not say sorry & did not ask if I wanted anything else. Most of the cashiers are not trained very well or could just careless. Entire store is lacking in exhibiting any customer service. Really bummed because we really love Chick-fil-a & were previously spoiled by stellar food & service. read more

Love this place! The food is always outstanding. The service is unsurpassable. They are always busy, never too much so to welcome you as though you are the most important guest who has walked through the door . Always quick to clean tables to have them available for new guests. I like that even when the drive-thru line is busy, they will meet you at your car window and take your order to keep things moving. Wow! What is up with Chick-fil-A Georgetown? They now have servers in the parking lot (and I use that term loosely) to take your order 3 times before you get to the checkout window. I suppose this is supposed to speed up the process. Ive gone thru this ordeal now twice during lunch and it is so inefficient it makes my head spin. Literally I had to repeat my order three times. Additionally, The checkout lady repeated once again to me correctly but when I Got home the order wasn't complete. Really??? The five star rating is for the service alone. The food would get 4 stars, simply because it's fast food and waffle fries aren't my favorite. But the service at the Georgetown Chick Fil-A is the best there is. Always friendly, I love the people coming around to check if you need a refill while you're eating. This Chick Fil-A should be the model for all customer service providers in fast food. Wonderful. It is packed during the summer at lunchtime, but once school starts, you can usually find a parking spot and a place to sit. read more

Today I just realized why I have not come back to this place for some time. I usually purchased a chicken bowl in the morning (for breakfast). Today, I decided to go back to Chick Fil A to purchase two chicken (hashbrown) bowl through drive through. I told the customer service that I would like two chicken bowl, she said is there anything else. I said I want meal for both of them. She asked me for the drink and I said sweet tea (at this point I have a feeling that she did not hear that I would like TWO bowls). Then I said it again that I wanted TWO chicken hashbrown bowl meal. Then, she said is there anything else? (I still have a feeling that she did not get it but her attitude got in the way). Turned out, it is true that she did not get it. She only gave me 1 bowl. I said two of them in front of this white hair lady (her name is Bonnie I think; she has a lot of attitudes; I always told my students that Chick Fil A is known for their excellent customer service but I starting to doubt it). She told me to wait on the side. I wait in the parking lot for at least 5 minutes to get my TWO chicken bowl. Once I got the bowl, I realized that they forgot my drink. I was thinking to go in and ask but in my head, I said I have no more energy to deal with this place. This might be my last time coming here (I know that I am only one person, probably wont make much difference to the revenue of the company but trust me, if this happens to me, it might happen to others also) read more
