The food is about standard. It's exactly what I would expect from a drive through. The service is typically good. Everyone is always friendly. However, I give this location 2 stars because the design on the drive through is awful. I have been cut off at least twice, and had someone pull in front of me into the drive through entrance. The don't generally make mistakes here, and when they do they forget little things like BBQ sauce. On weekend during busy hours they actually have a police officer there at the DT corner to prevent random acts of violence when some idiot cuts through at 20 miles an hour just to cut in front of the line already waiting to order. If they didn't have this major design flaw I'd easily give them 3 or 4 stars. It's just too frustrating to deal with when I'm hungry and have my kids with me. read more

My family is addicted to Chick-fil-A and the food is always served hot and fresh. We have been visiting this location routinely for at least the past 7 years practically once per week. Historically they provided a free kids meal with a meal purchase every Tuesday in conjunction with their Kids Night with crafts and activities but recently no longer offer the free meal due to a recent change in management. With the management change I have noticed a decline in customer service that I hope is addressed because the food is still good. You receive free refills on your drinks when you dine in. read more

I have been a good better yet one of their best customers. Not only I've been going to CFA for the past 20 years that I moved here from Fl but have always loved how CFA have shown their appreciation towards their customer. For the past 3 months, the managers at CFA Germantown, not only refused to give me for what I had asked for as a paying and loyal customer but had the audacity to tell me that I will be charged for an extra 25 cents for a cup of ice. Here's the thing, why is it that 1 out of so many managers and assistant managers in that place only one can relate to my frustrations. At first, I figured this is petty and I'll just let it go. The way I see it if I ask and was granted to me well then my attitude towards that is "Thank You!" However, not only that place is so INCONSISTENT but trying to make more money out of me!!!! Each and every time I asked for a side large cup of ice because when I order a sweet ice tea, I would get a cup full of ice and then get a MEDIUM size worth of tea which I need to remind y'all that I paid for a LARGE SWEET TEA! Then, I decided to get more tea out of what I actually paid for I requested to put light ice on it and asked for a cup of large ice since the ice melts so quickly, I like to have my tea really cold! That's what we do down south to have a very nice refreshing sweet tea! Here's my gripe on this "I can't give you a LARGE CUP OF ICE since other people continues to ask for it and then some idiots abused that privilege for me and the rest of us! But my thing is this, if I'm spending, whether it's $10 for breakfast or $15 for lunch, as a paying customer and to make me feel that you appreciate my business that I bring in your store, I'd be the last person to get HELL from everyone in CFA! But see between my family and I, each and every week we would spend a good $100 a week at CFA! Then, now that the guy manager, who's hair looks like it needs some combing and washing every time I see him (and it's so disgusting) tells me that he will give me a medium cup of ice this but next time I come back he will make sure that he will get me pay for any extra cup of ice. Another funny thing was this management would rather give out 2- medium cups of ice than give me a LARGE CUP OF ICE which technically would cost them less! Ms. Kelly Smith, if you care so much about how your store is running, I would suggest to 1- have your managers/asst. managers to go to customer service class and management classes. 2- if you care enough about this store, I would also suggest, that while people like me who spends money and been a customer of yours for over 20 years, I would reconsider about your new policies! Yes, your management continues to tell me that it isn't them that the owner is the one that makes them do it! 3- they definitely need to learn some manners! The only 2 worth it managers you have there is Tammy and I think his name is David (skinny white guy). Chick-Fil-A is my husband's go to place for lunch on the road. He stopped in today for lunch and had the 4 count Chick-n-Strips. These are made from the most tender part of the chicken breast, marinated in special seasonings, hand-breaded and pressure cooked. They are so satisfying. For Christmas gifts for the grandchildren, he purchased two $10.00 gift cards, which I know they will enjoy. Austin, the cashier, was so friendly. read more

Even if there are 5 kids running around, there are still plenty of seats away from them. I wouldn't sit near the bathroom because.. BATHROOM. I don't need to say anything more. I'm giving this place four stars b/c of the service from the cashiers and the people who service the food but on one particular day I happen to go up there when it was free chicken sandwich day as long as you dressed up as a cow. So sometimes I order my food through the mobile app which in case I did so I clicked the button on my app stating that I was at the restaurant, it was probably a few minutes before I went in and I'm waiting on my order and young man just happen to ask me if I was waiting on a mobile order and I told him yes and he told me that some young girls took my food. So I informed the manager what happened and he never once said did he apologize. Maybe I was expecting too much but I at least wanted him to say I apologize let me offer you something but nope nothing. I just really that was poor management skills on his end. read more

Their employees are working so hard to provide excellent customer service despite the challenges of Covid-19. They bring you everything on a tray so you can grab everything yourself. They wear masks, gloves, and keep their distance when possible. Their new protocol is executed extremely well. This is my "Go-to" Chick-fil-A as it is close to home and in the transit center I use, so i am next to it when i return from work. I use the mobile app to order and earn treats, and 95% of the time my order is ready quite quickly, sometimes under a minute. The chicken sandwiches are good, and the shakes are excellent. I just wish they had a larger menu so I could stop by more often. You can only do chicken sandwiches or strips so often per week. I miss a lot of items they removed or changed since the founder died, like the coleslaw. I would have ordered it with most meals, but instead get a salad once in a while. But now they have even replaced ranch dressing. The staff is always friendly though. read more

We frequently eat here before hitting the movies down the street, and yes - they are very often busy. I'm baffled by the other reviews, stating how busy they are so often are, are too slow, leave a poor review, but yet they keep coming back (SMH). Anyway, many times we've been the 10th, or 12th car in the drive through, but has never taken more than 10-15 minutes on our longest wait. They often have extra employees outside expediting orders - even in heat & rain. Always multiple people working at/near the window, working as a team getting orders out. Always polite courteous staff - unlike some places that fail to even make eye contact. The food is always the same - not hit, or miss like some places. As for when we dine in - the service & food is always exceptional, and the restaurant always clean. I may not write many reviews, but when I'm unhappy with a restaurant, and give a bad review - I don't return. This place must being doing something right - to have unhappy customers keep coming back. read more

I ordered a macaroni and cheese and got home and found a long black hair after I had taken my second bite. I sent my son back to get me a new macaroni and cheese WITHOUT hair in it. When he explained to them that there was a hair in the food all they did was give him a new Mac and cheese. They didn't even say sorry! He said can I get some kind of gift card or extra menu item for my trouble of 1) having a disgusting piece of hair in my food and 2) having to come all the way back to exchange it? And to top it all of they were searching for the hair in the macaroni and cheese when we brought the entire cup back uneaten. Like I kept the hair in it? No! This place sucks! I am really disappointed with the service and the way the management deal with us the customer. I have been a chick fil a one member since 2016 and spend hundreds of dollars in food every year. I came into the store because I got some food and and drink from The drive thru and I wanted to purchase more food for my friend and get a re-fill on my soft drink. This older worker Stephanie told me I could not get a refill inside the restaurant after I purchased a soda 15 minutes earlier over the drive through. THEY MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DRIVE THRU LINE!!!!!! I have seen people get into screaming matches because cars "butt" in line all the time. Then the cars that butt in line hold up traffic and prevent people from exiting in their parked cars. It's extremely frustrating when you've been sitting in line for 10-15 mins and a car pulls up and gets to bypass the line. Have one of your super friendly hosts stand outside during busy periods! If your looking for fast food that doesn't taste akin to the Chernobyl disaster- Chick-Fil-A is the spot for you. I love their "Chik-Fil-A chick-n strips salad." The strips are delicious, the salad is large, and it has broccoli, croutons, carrots, sunflower seeds, and other really fresh veggies. I love the Chick-Fil-A sauce so much that I use it as dressing for my salad. The last time I went there, I asked for 4 packets of the sauce instead of salad dressing and the extremely friendly cashier engaged me in a conversation about this salad supplement. She was genuinely interested in what I was doing and really delivered a level of customer service that was paramount. By the end of our short conversation, I handed my credit card over as a woman behind the cashier handed me my food. When I was sitting, the host came over and offered fresh ground pepper, and a refill on my diet coke. Chick-Fil-A shouldn't even be referred to as fast food. I feel like its unfairly characterizing it as something its not. It's delicious, fresh, fast, reasonably priced, and a customer service oriented restaurant. They have also stopped their financial contributions to highly controversial issues and put out their tax returns to prove it. read more

This location 1) SHREDS chicken on the market salad when it's supposed to come sliced. Every other location makes it per the menu advertisement which is sliced. Shredded vs sliced gives you a lot less chicken. 2) no carrots or shrdeed cabbage on salad. LOL SMH Last week I ordered the spicy chicken delux sandwich - and received a sandwich minus the pepper jack cheese. i was told that they were out of pepper jack cheese. I've had to stop by twice now during the busy morning rush on a Saturday to place large, complicated orders for my office. The staff have always been extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. Prior to closing for renovations, this was our Saturday morning treat for breakfast. While it could get busy, staff were always friendly and helpful, food was served quickly and orders were correct. Post-renovation, it's been completely opposite. Food is much slower to come out, our order has come out incorrectly at each visit, and on our most recent visit, my chicken biscuit (which I had to ask for because they gave me a bacon, egg, and cheese instead) had a piece of blue plastic sticking out of it when I unwrapped it. The plastic looked like part of a broom. When I brought it up to the counter, there was no offer to reimburse me for the biscuit, only to remake it. At that point, I was so grossed out, I didn't even want it anymore. Quality has definitely gone down since they reopened. Very disappointing. read more

Finally tried the deluxe chicken sandwich and it's amazing! The Oreo milkshake is also really good. I didn't even know they had an Oreo flavor. The service at this location continues to be top notch. Every employee is so nice and you can tell they actually care about the experience their guests have. When eating inside, it's almost like having a server; there's always someone passing by asking if you need anything or if they can take your empty tray or if you'd like a mint. You'd think they were working for tips but they're not! Only downside is this place is almost always busy. Don't come on a weekday between 10am and 12pm during the school year if you're in a rush because you'll get hit by all the high school kids out on open lunch. Also don't pick the drive-thru unless you're willing to wait a while. I always find that even when it's packed, it's quicker to just go inside. read more

Really disappointed in how this location is now- this was my first place of employment, and really fell in love with the morals and respect that I was taught as an employee there. Going there the other night I saw 0% of what Chick Fil A means to me. Anthony, I believe his name is, one of the managers it looked like, was astonishingly rude to multiple customers that had been waiting more than 10 minutes for their food, and customers who had been in line for much too long because behind the counter was so chaotic. It was a mess, and every employee looked so disheveled it was a shock to see how the employees handled themselves, as well as the upset customers. Just really sad to see what has happened there, and I truly hope the Martin's, the owners, see that their is something lacking with their team there. Today I went to Chic Fil A with my one and a half year old son. As many have said in the comments I have read, the drive through and the parking is a mess. I chose to wait in the 20 car drive through line because my son was asleep. After waiting for 10 minutes, a woman starting yelling out the window cursing at m myself and those in line around me. She then began driving into the side of my car - I had to get to of the line or my car would have been hit. She proceeds to take my place in line. All the while cursing and yelling about how she doesn't care that there was a line. I now behavior clearly this isn't this establishments fault, but how management chose to ignore the situation is unbelievable. When I went inside to find a manager I was visibly upset. My and my son's life were put at danger because of this woman as well as the customers in line behind me. I found a manager and explained what had happened, I asked if something could be done (refusal of service) and if I should call the police. He said he would be right back- that he was going to find the a different manager. He never came back to me. When I found him again, he said "can't do anything sorry" I suggested refusal of service or getting the police involved, as she had put customers in danger, he smirked and said "good luck with that". I will never return to this establishment. If the incident had been inside, if this woman had been a disturbance in line pushing customers out of the way and cursing at the top of her lungs, something would have been done. Management needs to take responsibility for the safety of those in drive through - as they would those in line. Horrible. read more

This was not meant to be a 5 Star Review ! Let me tell you , I went through the drive-through to get a salad and on my way to my next destination I realize there was no fork in the bag . I was not able to eat my lunch and was already running behind as is. I turned around and drove back to the location to get a fork. I had to find a parking space, walk into the restaurant and simply ask for a fork . I was not very happy, but I understand people often make mistakes. I did not complain to anyone in the restaurant I just told them that I was not given a fork in the drive-through and would like one so I could eat my lunch. On my way to my vehicle a manager approached me handed me extra utensils a gift card and said that he was sorry and to have a nice day. AND THAT IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT .
