I go to this location probably too often for my own health. That being said, I really appreciate the service here. Whether in the evening or morning, the crew is kind and attentive to welcome me in and serve me with speed. The restaurant is always spotless, and even as I write this review I am watching an employee walk the lobby arranging the chairs. The food is always the right quality - I mostly get breakfast biscuits or the cool wrap. If you participate in the app a lot, the owners send free stuff weekly which is just a nice benefit and makes me feel appreciated for being a regular. read more

It's hard to recommend a place who 3 visits equals 3 times items were missing. For the price and the "my pleasures" that get thrown around at this location, you would think they care about customer satisfaction. Not the case! After 3 visits, each was met with a missing item or the second time, they gave me medium drinks instead of large. I will admit that each time I have complained, I have gotten that item returned to my account free BUT without any paid for upgrades. This last time, I added chocolate syrup to the ice cream cup but that is just a loss on my part. This is why I give 1 star instead of 2. Great food! This place looks more modern inside. There's barely and booths only in the front for pick up. But glad that the chairs has a soft cushion so it doesn't hurt. Yummy chicken. I got myself a spicy chicken deluxe meal (deluxe sandwiches come with a tomato slice, lettuce, and cheese). Unfortunately, replacing the fries with any other sides increases the cost of your order. I had a fruit cup which increases the price of the meal by $1.64. I also bought a pack of 6 cookies at $9.49. My whole order came out to be $23.78 (including tax and tip) The food itself was above average and the service was excellent. The cookies had a this odd flakey texture to them though. read more

Can never go wrong with CFA. The employees are always super friendly and the food is as fresh as you can get for fast food. I have the app and put in our order and pay and as soon as we arrive they submit our order and we drive on through. The family loves the nuggets and we usually just grab a 30 count nugget meal to share. The kids love the frosted and regular lemonade. Their new brownie is served warm and fudgy it's actually really really good for not being homemade. The prices are a bit more expensive than if you went to another fast food joint but the quality and service here is superior! We will be back soon when the craving for CFA hits. I really don't know what I can add that isn't already known. They have great customer service, which lets you leave feeling like your mood has improved. During this pandemic they take your orders in the parking lot while you wait in line (inside your vehicle). Once you order, you pull forward to the next staff that verifies your order and/or provides you with a receipt. When you get your order from the window they have it in a bin so that you can grab your stuff without having contact with people. Let me know if they are selling the stuffed cow again because I missed out. read more

Great location. Bought some food for our trio while one was getting PT at the out-patient clinic. Their app states you can order for pick up inside or in the drive-thru, but when I got their they had curbside pick-up spots. I was confused. One of the employees said that Chick-Fil-A discontinued curbside service (?) If that's the case, I'm very disappointed. The food was good but took a very long time to prepare. This location was clean and the employees were all very friendly. I'm going to have to check with my inside sources to see if all CFA's are shutting down their curbside service. We rarely have any issues with Chick-Fil-A and this restaurant lived up to what we love! It's on a corner so getting in and out can be a pain especially during rush hour. But not too bad to keep us away! We placed our order for pick up and it was prepared in about 5-10 minutes, which is quicker then using their drive thru. Everything was correct on our order and they even gave us the correct amount of sauces and ketchup we had asked for. The line was the longest I have ever seen. Told the wife I didn't want to go cause I was hungry and did not want to wait. She convinced me to get in line and I could not believe how fast we got through. 7 minutes from the time we entered line till we left with our food. Tonight at around 7:15 I spent a grand total of 5 or 6 minutes at the thunderbird rd chik fil a. I had made a mobile order, and on the app I had originally selected pickup. I was pulling up to the restaurant, and I noticed there was no line. So, in the spirit of convenience, paying no mind to anybody else's inconvenience, I stayed in my car and went in the drive through line. I said to the gentleman in the drive thru that I had a mobile order for pickup. I said "can you just give it to me in drive thru instead of pickup?" However, before he could answer he told me my order hadn't appeared on his screen. After less than a minute or so of us looking at our apps, he used his walkie to talk to the front of house. Once they responded, he offered for me to ask at the window, but he didn't seem sure that anything could be done. I said "I know, but they can just get it for me, I used to work at chik fil a"... I asked the girl for a mobile order for Emily. The girl at the window looked for a moment but didn't see my order. She offered for me to pull around and come inside to pickup my order, just like I had entered in the app. I'm sure I looked miffed. I said "can't you just bring it to me?" I might as well have said: "can't you just leave the window.. like I know you're not supposed to... just for me?" As I already knew, they could not, so I began to pull around. I had begun to begrudgingly accept that this is just the way things are with apps, and I can't always get my way. But before my heart could get any more cold, or my car stall for even a second, a young man with blonde hair came running out with my order. He said "here you are, she didn't see the order!" My heart was touched. As I drove away, I recognized my moment of hubris. My inconvenience need not come at anyone's cost but mine, honestly. Everything in life is a gift, and it is so human and so sad that we always try to think of ourselves as deserving of more than we really are. But God! He is rich in mercy. I had no right to receive this kindness, but this young man blessed me anyways. Feeling very humbled, and very glad I went to this chick fil a tonight. A word of caution to consumers and I hope Management takes this as lesson learned and improves upon it. This will be the last time I order from here. Last night I ordered via Uber Eats from this fast food restaurant. All was confirmed approved and almost ready for the Uber driver to pick up. I texted Eddie to bid him safe travels as it was raining, and he replied. When Eddie got to the restaurant he was told someone else had picked up my order. Between Eddie and myself we were like what now. So he hands his phone to a Manager we go over what I was told, she confirmed the order as I was thinking perhaps two Delia's could have ordered to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope, someone walked in and reviewed orders for pick up, decided mine read yummy and stole my dinner. I felt horrible for the awesome Uber driver Eddie and questioned the next step. So between Eddie and I contacted Uber, I got my money back and poor Eddie lost out on the tip. So lesson learned here for the restaurant is to hold our orders behind the register and ask to view the phone for confirmation. You have lost a valuable consumer and will share it for all to read. Ordered Large Original Cold Brew Only to get to the window and be told they're barely making biscuits so I would have to move out of the drive thru and wait until they were made. Going to a Chick-Fil-A used to be special. My how times have changed. I went to this location because I had a bad experience at another location. Parking lot crowded. They seem to cater to the drive through business but some of us still like to go inside. Half of the inside was blocked off for some unexplained reason, even half the order line was blocked off. Not a single person ever said 'it's my pleasure' for my second time in a row. Sandwich was OK, price seemed high, but service and ambiance was non existent.
